After several attempts, the technician went to speak to the manager who came out and tried to have one more time. He explained he has a problem and it would not accept my debit card. I had no trouble 10 minutes earlier using my debit card at Meier. I told him that was not my problem but his. Then the attitude came. Basically told me if I don't pay, he was calling the police and walked away from me.. A dickhead to say the least. Worst customer service I have ever had. So naturally, I paid with an actual card and not Apple Pay. I've never been treated like that at a place of business in my life. By the way, all the other technicians were wonderful.

We trusted them to do a simple job, and they failed at the most basic level. We won't be returning, and I strongly recommend double-checking everything if you decide to bring your vehicle here.

A courtesy inspection performed during the visit (which I did not request) noted corrosion on the brake line. Immediately after leaving, my brake system failed and the vehicle became unsafe to drive due to a brake fluid leak. I barely made it home. I contacted the shop from home and was offered another inspection, but was also told I could be charged if they determined it was not their responsibility. Given the damage during service and the safety issue immediately after, I did not feel comfortable returning. I had the vehicle inspected and repaired at another shop at my own expense. I have also contacted corporate regarding this situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before using this location.

I said what the hell how bad can they mess up a tire install. Well... that was a bad assumption. I Drop the jeep off at 9 AM with the rims. When I went in talked to the manager. He said he one had 1 tech so it may be later in the day but would be sure to call me. I get that and told him that was fine. All day at home trying to not be pushy but it hit 5 o Clock so I called to see how progress was. I was told the the rims I had were 18s and tires I ordered were 17s, which is a lie. I attached photo of the rim stamp. I asked why he didn't called me and thought maybe I did make a mistake on the rim size, if you called me I would have simply said put them on the factory 17s. He said he called the place I ordered tires from. I said that is not what you promised. If you would have called we could have settled it simply. He just wanted to argue telling me that he called the tire place instead. It is clear he does not know how to manage or schedule his own business apparently and can make appointments and commitments that they can not honor. So I am done with them for good and the pr**ck wouldn't even give me my property. I have to wait for new tires to be shipped directly to me and I can go wherever I want to get the tires installed and they will pay for them. As well as having to go through what ever process I need to do when it comes to car X. which may not be much more than blasting them on every platform I can think of.

so grateful for the fine folks at guaranteed automotive…read more my wife, 7 week old baby, and puppy were driving from cincy to chicago after our first road trip as a family of 4. engine completely gave out on 65N. we were in a crisis, on the side of the interstate with semis speeding by. we got a tow to the nearest mechanic (20+ miles) - and it happened to be guaranteed automotive. they were busy as could be, but still managed to let us know that our catalytic converter went out. they needed to order the part and could get it fixed for us - but it'd be a couple days. the real problem was that it was purdue's move in weekend - and even though enterprise allowed me to book and check into a reservation online - not a single location had a rental car in all of lafayette. same issue with every rental company in the area. what a shame. we needed to get back to chicago bad, especially with a crying newborn. after several frustrating calls with enterprise and hurtz, we decided we'd just uber on home ($270) and come back for the car when it was ready. but out of nowhere, guaranteed auto offered us their little loaner and let us take it back to chicago for 3 days while our car was getting fixed. saved us some money and was very convenient, after a long stressful day. we're so appreciative for the kindness and efficiency we witnessed with guaranteed. i hope i never step foot in there again, but if you're reading this and you're broke down in the area - they'll get you right. only somewhat negative feedback from me is that they're closed on saturday and sunday - and waited to call until friday around closing time to let us know the car was ready for pickup. so had to wait a couple extra days to pickup, whereas if i knew it was going to be ready i could have been there friday afternoon. oh well. pretty good, not bad, can't complain. thanks y'all!

The front desk staff were very friendly and I really appreciated Eric's help. I had a speculation I was burning oil and they made sure to take note and set up an appointment to address that in a months time. Oil change, air filter, and windshield wipers were all very reasonably priced. I had an appointment for 10 AM and was out by 11:30 AM on a busy morning it seemed. Nice little waiting area as well. I will be taking my car here for future services.
