This was my second visit to take five. I posted a review four months ago on how wonderful everything turned out. After the usual friendly and a tentative service my debit card would not be processed by their machine. After several attempts, the technician went to speak to the manager who came out and tried to have one more time. He explained he has a problem and it would not accept my debit card. I had no trouble 10 minutes earlier using my debit card at Meier. I told him that was not my problem but his. Then the attitude came. Basically told me if I don't pay, he was calling the police and walked away from me.. A dickhead to say the least. Worst customer service I have ever had. So naturally, I paid with an actual card and not Apple Pay. I've never been treated like that at a place of business in my life. By the way, all the other technicians were wonderful. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service here. My wife brought her car in for an oil change, and they put in the wrong type of oil for her vehicle. On top of that, they completely overcharged her for the service. There was no transparency, no explanation, and no willingness to take accountability. When we came back to have their mistake corrected, the staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of owning the issue, they acted like we were inconveniencing them. We trusted them to do a simple job, and they failed at the most basic level. We won't be returning, and I strongly recommend double-checking everything if you decide to bring your vehicle here. read more

This place was amazing. Drove in, they came right out, gave me candy and a water bottle. Service was excellent. Didn't take long, checked everything over, topped off fluids, checked tire pressure, and washed my windshield. They even reset my oil change service light for me. Waited for a half an hour in line and 30 minutes in the bay and no one acknowledged me. The people in the other 2 bar got service before me, and even a new customer got help prior to me! I ended up leaving after an hour. read more

Had an oil change there. Busy (not the problem) and waited an hour. After oil change my mileage went way down , turned out they never latched the air filter box after showing it to me. Also draft coming from glove box area. They never replaced the cabin filter after showing it to me. Called manager several times and took weeks to get a reply and they said nothing they could do except give me a 30% discount on next oil change- same as their coupons. Call Take 5 headquarters and got a claim and district manager supposed to call. Guess what months have gone by and after repeated contact, no call. Do not use this place. read more

Was short on time, and figured I would give this place a shot changing the oil on my 2016 truck. As advertised, drove right in, stayed in vehicle during service. 1. Expensive. See picture. Convenience has a price 2. Will upsell- no different than any other quick change place 3. Spilled oil all over my engine and had a huge struggle getting the engine air filter cover off and on. Caused the whole experience to take over 1/2 hour. Manager was apologetic- asked if I would leave an honest review, so I did. I've always had my coolant topped off has never been a problem & they've always been able to change the filters I brought in. Maybe you should take that up with your other employees since they were doing that the whole time I've been coming there. They asked about adding in a cabin air filter, quoted me $44 for it, looking on eBay the next day I bought the same thing for $8 total. It is this sort of American corporate price gouging that is disgusting and repulsive without excuse. I can't imagine such prices worth car care short of an included full feature day spa service alongside the oil change with optional free 10 minutes with a certified therapist for the prices charged here. I easily could've bounced into the $150 range just for synthetic oil and all new filters. I should point out I have an aged Honda nearing 300,000 miles. Perhaps for the smug European drivers accustomed to stealership mechanics these prices make sense. But for us common folk, places like this would do well to ensure their customers are not scammed into business savvy delusions of grandeur. Even with a $13 discount I found online, my basic oil change and engine air filter was over 70. Completely nuts! I'll be back using Fast Eddies as I have for years which gives a free car wash and interior detail for an online coupon of 60. I can happily say that I was treated very well here and water bottle with candy bar does give some aloe to the sticker shock but not enough. read more

been going to take five for a year or more they have always topped my coolant off and change the filters I bring in (since they don't ever have the ones that I need and charge $60 per filter) . I got my oil changed yesterday and they tell us they can't top the coolant due to metal cap and they can't change filters I brought in because of "free labor" . I've always brought in my filters and they changed it. even with my metal oil cap it wasn't a problem until yesterday on June 22 .2025 . Whoever yalls manger im sorry for how many people that dude has made upset . Sounds to me the dude is lazy . I'll be finding else where to get an oil change . read more

Very quick, but too quick to actually check my tire pressures, other fluids, and air filter...despite the service printout/receipt saying that your team had accomplished these things. I always watch, and these were not accomplished. I have always had great service at other Take 5's, but I'll never return to this one. I paid for more than an oil change, but received no more. I went to a competitor to get my oil changed by the recommendation from friends. When I arrived they noticed that Take 5 was the last place to get my oil change and looked under my car for maybe 2 minutes before coming up to me to explain that Take 5 damaged by scuff plate and screws when they changed my oil last. They said that they could not remove the screws without causing further damage. The worker explained that he used to be a manager over at Take 5 and that I need to go over there to demand that they replace my scuff plate due to damage. I went over to Take 5 mad as hell and the worker grabbed a manager to talk to me and the manager Joe, explained to me that this is the work of a scorned ex-employee and that he would take a look at my scuff plate to access any damage. He removed the plate and screws to reassure me that there was no damage and that the screws were easy to remove. He was extremely professional and made sure that I did not feel embarrassed about the situation. His team went above and beyond for my service due to the slander the ex-employee was trying to cause.
