So either I go to Tmobile, or download an app. I told him Nick told me they would do it, and he said Nick was new and didn't know anything yet. We have always found this to be the go-to place for any technical issues we have had. As I was trying to set up my new iPhone, I continued to run into problems setting it up myself to the point of frustration. I found myself going in circles without success. I took my phone to Geekmatics in Palm Harbor and was fortunate enough to have Colin address my concerns. I have had Colin assist me in the past, and each time he had demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and has always provided outstanding service. This time, what I found to be very difficult, Colin completed my set-up within about 2 minutes. Colin did not tell me "it was easy" and did not make me feel that it was an issue that I should have known to fix myself. He made me feel very comfortable with his professionalism.
