So my previous review i stand by as well as his statement that my phone cam had not been fixed for months that was not the casse you explained it could possibly have dirt but the action speak louder than words i paid more money got my phone back in worse condition had the same repair at two others both went flawless i went to international mall and the gentlemen there fixed my phone in minutes new screen new camera works great and cost less than the failure i had here go to the mall or a more legitimate repair shop be wary of any tradesman who trys to make the job seem so much harder than it actually is either their not that good at their trade or they are just ripping you off upselling you. The Indian men at the mall were so nice and efficient and so cost effective they fixed it right in front of me. read more

I told Lenny, the owner, that I had an Honor 8 smartphone with a broken front glass screen. He agreed to replace the screen with my own part for $60 + tax for the labor. Today I brought my phone and new screen to be repaired. After leaving his shop, Lenny sent my wife a text message stating that he would replace the broken screen for between $90-$120, significantly higher than the price he quoted. I refused to pay almost twice as much and took my phone to CPR Gadget Tech near Tyrone Mall. CPR Gadget Tech did an amazing and extremely professional job and only charged me $55 + tax!!!!!! Do not bring your phone to a dishonest repair person like Lenny!!! read more

So lucky to have found this repair shop! Called about a cracked iPhone screen. Given very competitive quote, better rate then other places I checked. But what really sold me was Lenny was so friendly on the phone and was there at the shop and ready with the parts to repair my phone right when I called (other places didn't even answer the phone). A little while after calling, I came by the shop as a drop in, no appointment, and was able to have phone fixed in half the time he estimated while I waited. Lenny explained the repair while I waited and we chatted. Found out that he also repaired Fitbit watches and laptops. After he fixed my phone, ran home to get my watch and laptop and came back. He fixed both issues I was having with those 2 items in minutes! The laptop was taken to BestBuy Geek Squad, who suggested not fixing it, they said it would require replacing the motherboard and would not be worth it, better to buy a new one they said. But Lenny was able to fix it in a few minutes without having to replace the motherboard! Amazing! Would definitely recommend Innovative Cellular for all of your technology needs! 3 different items repaired on the same day in less then an hour at an amazing price with fast, friendly, quality service right in my neighborhood! My Nokia Lumia 1520 is a bit of an oddball phone, so I appreciated the fact that Leonard could fix it--and when it was going to take a bit of time to get the part, I really respected that he called me right away to tell me, and again when it arrived. As it turned out, the new screen arrived early and he got to fixing it the moment I dropped it off. Great repair job, really glad to have the screen fixed, and would definitely do business with Innovative Cellular again! (Just hoping I don't have to). This guy is a scam artist my girlfriend brought in her iphone 5 to fix the screen and front camera he told her 190 dollars never openly admitted after she came back the next day for the screen working but the camera was not that he never checked the camera then put the phone back together said there was nothing he could do about it when she went back to her car then the screen started not qorking now he is trting to tell her that cause the battery wasnt fully charged it messed up the phone and wont give a refund or fix the mess he made would never see this guy if he was the last phone person on earth I give 0 stars if it was a option read more
