He spent $106.00 (because he was told this was the "going rate" and it's better to have a "professional" install them), 1.5 hours waiting (while being the ONLY customer there), and said he will never go there again. I have a 19″ rims, front 8.5″ width; and rear 9″ width, The rear is .5" bigger. I had already purchased my tires from TireRack so he brought those in. I bought Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position tires, 245/40R-19 (front), and 275/35R-19 (rear). My husband paid, left, and pulled right back up. They put a rear tire in the front and a front tire in the rear. The first response should be, "I'm so sorry, let me fix that!" No. It was "What do you mean? How do you know?!" Because it's rubbing and because the tires are clearly marked. I didn't think this was complicated for a tire shop to manage. I don't even care that they took forever to get this done, nor do I care that they left my tires full of that grease (though I wish they cleaned up their mess a bit). I would appreciate a little more attention to detail to put my tires on correctly.

We also had one vehicle in the body repair shop when a large tree limb fell on the windshield and hood. This repair cannot been detected from the rest of the vehicle. Also, very timely service for a busy day as the balance, wheel alignment, and lung nut and two new tire installation was performed within 45 mins if not less. As we know, it is difficult to find honest work in auto service and even more so to place your trust in the people handling your car. I am fortunate enough to say that I have found my shop, and my experience with Nicholas and his teammates played a significant role. Nonetheless, Stephen was able to retrieve the tire, and was happy to wait on me to pick it up that same day. When I arrived, Stephen was busy helping out other customers, as well as giving a hand to his teammates in the bay area. A few minutes later, he received me with a smile, and rolled over the tire to my car. He even dedicated a few minutes of his precious time to "apologize for the trouble" and shake my hand. I purchased my tires at a different location and I got the warranty…read more(honestly getting that warranty is a game changer) so I had popped in because my low tire pressure light was on. Come to find out that I had a nail in my tire that they patched for free (warranty) and if it couldn't be patched, they would have replaced it for free. They also price match, so don't let their online tire prices deter you. Additionally, they have mobile service at this location and can meet you at your location. My wife went 2 weeks ago to get a nail in the tire plugged, they told her the front brakes are worn. Now both the front and rear are worn. Just onre thing after another trying to sell something and it took 2 hours just to change the oil. I would not ever go back here and suggest no one else do the same. The place is just trying to rip people off. I tried as the business owner suggested to call but all they did was try to sell me something too. Instead of fixing the sensors they broke, they tried to sell me more at a discount. Wow!!!
