A few days later I scheduled an appointment online and received an email confirmation. No one ever showed up on the day of the appointment. The tech, Eric, who came out was friendly and personable, but their service was completely ineffective, and they've been ignoring us now for weeks. We noticed some mouse activity, and we wanted to get a professional in to not only address the issue, but also identify and cut off (or give us tips to do it ourselves) potential entry points to solve the problem completely. We specifically picked EcoPest for their ecologically friendly approach. Eric came out to assess and then address issues and sanitize. We were told that within a few days the activity would cease. Immediately after the service we noticed there were still droppings in the area that had just been "sanitized", but we let it go and decided to wait for the follow-up visit to have them address anything left from lingering activity. Activity never stopped. They returned once after several days to address some obvious access points that they had missed, which we found easily, after our tenant saw a mouse dart across his kitchen. It's now been nearly seven weeks since they came out.. The issue is ongoing, and we are having to take remediation action ourselves. They used regular gap sealing foam, after saying it was ineffective and rodents would chew through it. It/They are completely chewing through it. At this point I'm wondering what we paid for because we could have just done what they did, and done it more thoroughly, more neatly, and more aesthetically. The whole point of contacting a professional was to get things done quickly and effectively - address the issue and stop any further access. They never come out for the "final" assessment, and they have been completely ignoring our multiple attempts to contact them and resolve lingering issues. I can't recommend EcoPest at all. Save your money and find an effective company who stands by their work. read more

It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment with Eco Pest Solutions, and their service is totally professional, awesome, and went well above my expectations. Eric did a great job eliminating all of the spiders, their webs, and other pests within our newly purchased 125-year-old house, including the really creepy basement and crawl space areas. He also patched up the holes in the attic where the mice were likely getting in as well as baiting for them in the future. He spent 2-1/2 hours doing all of this in a home that has been completely neglected for many years, until our arrival about a week ago. Eco Pest should be at the top of anyone's list when it comes to pest control, both insects and rodents. We'll certainly be using them again in the spring when "ant season" arrives in our town. They came out to spray my daughters yard while I was there and when the tech was done he said he needed to charge her double because of her lot! wrong way to start!! He agreed to come back in 3 weeks with no charge but he guaranteed no mosquitoes in the meantime. Let me tell you how many bites my granddaughter had and the rest of us that night. In the meantime I asked him to go spray my house. Sure enough next day mosquitoes everywhere! I do not know what was in his can but he kept filling it with water at my daughters house. We are still waiting for service to take care of this mosquito issue... Horrible, I should have stayed with the company I used last year. If they do not come out to spray soon, I will have no choice but to call the BBB for the service not carried out as agreed or better yet call the media. read more

We've used there services a couple of times and they get it done. Last year we had a massive infestation of ants, they came once and it solved the problem mostly so then we had them come back two more times and they got rid of all the spiders and bugs too. We just had them come back this year because had a problem with wasps. I like using them because they use all natural products that are not harmful to breath. I had my house exterminated last month by this company. The guy was awesome. I had carpenter ants randomly in random rooms every single day. Silverfish too. It was freaking me out. Have you seen how scary-looking a silverfish is? Granted it could have been worse... but I can't deal. Anyways, I had this company come. They did a super thorough inspection inside and out.. They pointed out holes outside that needed to be plugged and other little issues we didn't realize... and fixed the problem overall. Their chemical is eco friendly- safe for kids and pets. And I have not seen one bug in my house since. He gave me a bunch of tips and was super friendly. Also super affordable- and I am not rich; for reference. Spent way less than I anticipated. I was SO skeptical to think they could get rid of these bugs. They've been here since the dead of WINTER when we moved in. They are GONE. Completely not here. I didn't think it was possible. They came out after we agreed upon a price based on my lot. When he was finished, I was told that he had to double the price because he used two times the spray he needed, to which I answered that it was not my fault that they did not calculate the lot size correctly with how much solution they would need. He let it go and left to go spray my parents house since I referred them. The very next day, I got bit my multiple mosquitos. We had my daughters first birthday after a few days and we could not sit outside due to how many bugs there were. Their solution did not do ANYTHING! My parents house is the same way. Bugs and mosquitos everywhere. I called for a re-spray and was told that they were going to come out for a second time anyway (which was in the original price, and would see if we needed a stronger spray.) It rained the day they were due so I figured they wouldn't show. They didn't but never called me to reschedule. I've called 2 times now and left a voicemail. STILL NOTHING. Will NOT be using them again. UPDATE: they have disappeared off the face of the earth! They never came for my second spray which I PAID FOR!!!!! I called for the 6th time and left a message telling them if they do not call me back I will be reporting them to the BBB and taking steps to make sure I get my money back. NOT COOL! read more
