This car wash destroyed my 2025 car on 02/14/2025, and they refuse to do anything about it. Please note that this was only the second time it had been washed; the first time, it was hand-washed. Edited from quick quack response. The body shop I took it to said it was absolutely consistent with damage from an automated car wash. I guess we will have to let the courts decide. read more

It's not worth the money. I spent $20 on a wash and my vehicle was just as dirty as it was when I went through it. Very disappointing. You also couldn't tell my tires were "cleaned". Also the vacuum cleaners barely worked. read more

Went to the one on Soncy but it was closed for maintenance. Showed up here and glad I did. Service was excellent and they did a great job cleaning the back of a large vehicle which is something I often see missed. Highly recommend! read more

The team on South Coulter are always friendly and courteous. I have the basic wash and I am pleased when it is complete. The manager, Dave, is very nice. Today's young man who dried my car off I was most impressed. I am sorry I did not ask his name. He dried my side view mirrors the best I have had. Thank you to this QQ team! read more

Be very very careful going to this car wash. In February I went through , and paid for a 14.99 car wash with my debit card. They asked for my email telling me they would send me my receipt, but instead they proceeded to charge me 29.99 monthly for the months of March and April before I actually caught the charge on my checking account. They didn't tell me they were signing me up for their premier monthly package of unlimited washes, which would be ridiculous for me to purchase I've only had my car washed 4 times in the last year, and I will never go back there again because of this dishonest deceitful behavior. Make sure you pay cash, do not give them a credit card or a debit card, do not give them your email information they are surreptitiously slowly and dishonestly signing you up for a monthly membership without your permission. Canceling our membership! Went to car wash on Coulter today. Poor service and wash. Decide to try the one on Georgia later the same day. The rudest people ever. We had to wait on someone to spray the car down before entering the wash. Afterwards they didn't even come to dry the car off. I wish I could post pictures. read more

Always fast and super friendly. It's definitely worth the monthly unlimited price- because there are locations all over town.

Worst car was yet! Would be equivalent to a gas station was but more expensive. Hand dry was ultra lame. Car has spots and streaks everywhere. Won't be back!!! That's unfortunate since they have such a great name and duck in the front. read more

We just went through the Quick Quack on Coulter and the car wash was fine which is why I gave two stars, HOWEVER, one of the two people drying the cars decided to walk away as we pulled through the dryer. I thought maybe we would wait until the first walked around to dry the other side, but no. We pulled through with one side still wet. The second worker walked back up but I guess he just wasn't interested in our car... My husband proceeded to get out of the car and ask one of the guys for a towel. I thought surely he would come over but instead he handed my husband a towel and we dried our own vehicle. Great service Quick Quack. read more

Wow great car wash. In and out quickly. My car came out very clean and the free vacuums are a plus. I recommend this to everyone.

The wash was alright like most automated car wash places but what really surprised me was that the vacuums were HORRIBLE. They had NO suction to them at all and I tried two different ones. What's the point of getting a car wash if you can't even vacuum your car out so it's clean inside and out?? read more
