Both myself and my boyfriend have used this car wash since they opened! We love the touchless wash and being able to vacuum after! Staff is always friendly and kind! And the cost is a little high for The Works, but since I only drive once or twice a month, is worth it. read more

I would not recommend Tommy's for anything Went through June 2025 the wash tore off the weather stripping on the roof of my vehicle and scratched the roof of my vehicle all along where the weather stripping was submitted a claim took over a month for the manager to contact me when the manager contacted me said all they would do is replace the weather stripping denied that their car wash had anything to do with any of it said that the brushes don't even touch the car if that's the case how does your car get clean offered to show me video to try to prove that their car Wash didn't have anything to do with it told him I was busy I didn't have time to go look at the video right then I called 15 minutes later to go look at the video encounter the rude assistant manager he told me the manager was gone and he wasn't going to show me the video and they weren't going to do anything about it they don't have to do anything about it I waited a few days I called spoke to the manager Hunter Castro and told him I wanted to come look at the video that he offered for me to come look at at first he was trying to make excuses told him I was on my way he told me all he would do is replace the weather stripping I go look at the video I record the whole thing while I'm there and you can clearly see the brushes touching the car he says they don't touch the car he says you think they touched the car my response was anybody that looks at this knows they touch the car how does your car get clean he refused to take accountability for the damage that the car wash did to my car and continue to say that he would just do the weather stripping all while his assistant manager was interrupting the conversation between me and the manager the whole time and during watching the video for some odd reason everything went down the video everything took forever to load back up and when it did continued to make excuses saying that their car wash didn't do what it did to my car only showed me the front part of the video and the last part of the video where it clearly showed the blower blow the weather stripping off the roof of my car which is where the scratches are as well I took video while in the car wash in my video of music is blaring inside of my car you can hear the crumbles and scratches and scrapes right before you get to the dryers which is where the issue happened where it scratched the roof of my car and knock the weather stripping loose and then the blow dryers blew it off again the whole time I was there assistant manager kept putting his two cents in actually telling me that that is just the risk you take going through a car wash like it's my fault I told him why isn't there a sign out there enter at your own risk I left there pretty heated as their assistant manager could not keep his mouth shut they took pictures of my car again said they were going to submit a claim and asked them why are they doing that when they did it in June mind you this was July 18th by the time I got to go in and watch the video as I said it took about a month for him to contact me to begin with as stated I was pretty heated over the whole situation and the assistant manager interrupting me and Hunter Castro's conversation so I left I called Hunter Castro on my way home and apologized to him for storming out and asked him to let me know ASAP what the deal is when he hears back from submitting the claim fast forward to September haven't heard a word from anybody from Tommy's car Wash not Hunter not the mouthy assistant manager that thinks he knows everything but really knows nothing as I said I have him on video while I was in there saying that's the risk you take coming to a car wash I haven't heard from the owner of the car wash haven't heard from nobody I called the main office the lady I talked to put me in contact with Hunter I asked Hunter why he hasn't reached back to me how come I haven't heard anything from him his excuse was because I have a thousand things going on my reply was you think I don't and then he said I told you in the beginning all I would replace the weather stripping but I'm not going to do anything about the scratches we didn't do that when it's all on video I have it on video then continue to say that look how I'm acting because I'm upset over the situation so he wasn't going to do anything at all and I let it be known how his assistant manager was and that I have it all on video and advised him that I would be posting reviews on this and possibly getting a lawyer to look into this there are reviews I already seen after my incident of the same situation people's vehicles being tore up by this car wash and they're not taking any accountability for it basically told me he don't care he's not doing anything about it I would advise anybody and everybody to use a different car wash on their website it says that the car wash is tailored to take lowriders through from what it did to my car NO WAY!!! read more

I thought I'd try out the new carwash. Luckily for me it was being offered for a free wash. I asked for their top of the line wash just for my car to still come out looking dirty. I wasn't about to run it through again either. The belt that pulls your car through is way different. It quickly starts pulling your car before you even have time to think about putting it in neutral. It was a very fast belt. I pulled up it, soon as he opens his hand to proceed the belt starts pulling before you can even react!! Pics included. The spinny things on the side didn't even touch my car! I would give this place in Amarillo Tx 0 if possible!! They need to all get on the same page!! Yes free month, but if you join in the middle of the month then you only get to the beginning of the next month free.. so it's month to month, not date to date which they told me and I was fine with that. I asked all the questions! Could our other vehicle be added on under the same subscription? Yes in the Tommy app in the garage. Ok great so both vehicles can be washed under the same subscription! Yes ma'm! NOT! First I had trouble getting into the app. Had to make another trip back up there to get that straightened out! Today I added our other vehicle in their app and after all the pertinent information was put in,in the garage I pressed save and the app charged me $29.99 immediately. I called Tommys and got a different person then who I signed up with yesterday and was told my other vehicle had to be signed up separately to get a free months wash but then in September they could both be washed unlimited for $29.99. WRONG! Each vehicle has to have their OWN subscription. If you choose the #2 package it's $29.99 EACH! I do understand this, other wise how would they stay in business but get on the same page when training your employees. I canceled the whole shebang. Train your employees TOMMYS! It's not the employee's fault they don't know how to explain your rules to someone. I was promised my money refunded that I was charged today. Their computers were suddenly down and would cancel and refund and call me back. We shall see. TOMMYS do better for Amarillo! read more

Car wash scratched my wife's car. Used it twice. Management dismissed the claim but we found several others that the car wash destroyed the clear coat. I can only imagine it happened because they don't clean the brushed in between cars. Don't use this place. read more

Do not go to Tommy's Express Car Wash!!!!! Let me explain all I have endured since my very short membership. First, the automatic wash ripped off my back wiper. They did repair it, but was told at first that my car had already been repaired, then after assuring them that it had not, they then stated my wiper was installed on another vehicle, so they had to reordered mine. After the repair, the staff stated they were still out of protection for the wiper so I needed to go through the carwash without any protection. I stated, I surely would not, it already ripped off my wiper once, why would I allow it to do it again??? Were they going to continue replacing it each time??? I then stated that I had paid for unlimited wash and they needed to get protection for my wiper or it was going to be a problem because I would not allow my vehicle to go through the wash without the protective covering. They stated the baga they ordered were still on back order but they were able to get another type of protective bags by the time I came back the following day. The first time I went through, the staff waived me on to the automatic belt that pulls your vehicle forward. The staff person was having trouble placing the bag on my wiper and I almost went through without the bag. So the next time, and every time I went through, as the staff would waived me forward, I waved the staff over and told them i needed them to place the bag on before I entered on the belt, since staff almost didn't get it on the last time I came through. Well the staff would place it on each time the way I asked before I would enter on the automatic belt, but with MUCH ATTITUDE!!! More times than not, I would have to call them on my cell phone to tell them i needed the bag placed on my wiper. Many times they had me waiting for long periods of time before anyone would come out and place the bag on, and then did it with ATTITUDE!!! I would try to explain why I asked them to do it this way, but they would continue to walk by ignoring me. Even In the automatic lane, once, after it read approved but the arm didn't lift, I was made to wait on that too until they decided to lift the arm!! On July 7th, I again received ATTITUDE when I asked the staff to place the bag on my wiper before I entered on the belt....mind you, I have to explain each time wh and calI them on my cell phone before I was helped. After the wash, I proceeded to vacuum my car and the vacuum wasnt working. So i moved to another vacuum that wasnt working either. This was at 9:30am. So I attempted to enter the side door that was LOCKED. I waited to see if anyone would come to assist, but because no one did and the norm is that they dont come out time and time again, i walked inside through the doorway the cars enter the automatic belt. Getting wet in the process, as I walked inside, a staff member met me and I informed them that the vacuum wasnted working and I didn't appreciate having to get wet to get service. I asked why the door was locked and the staff stated that door was always locked. I knew this not true because Ive had to time and again enter that door to get service. I then asked to speak to the manager. I waited and when no one came, I proceeded to vacuum out my car. When I got done, a staff member came out but never did approach me to ask what I needed. I walked up to him, and asked if he was the manager. He was and he stated his name was HUNTER. The first thing I asked if the entry door was suppose to be locked?? He stated No. I then stated they needed to get their story straight because another staff had just told me it was always locked?? He then changed the story and said they do lock it at times. I then stated that I really wished I knew who the owners were because I thought they might want to know how this staff runs their business. I then informed him that I would be reporting all that had happened that day to their corporate office. As I began to walk off , HUNTER "THE MANAGER", handled it in this way. He stated, "Corperate already knows you and "You are a JACKASS and your account is now CANCELLED!!" I then turned around, took a step and turned to face him and stated, " YOUR THE JACKASS!!" I walked back to my vehicle and proceeded to call their cooperate office. I was asured that I would get a call from the coperate office. That was 2 days ago and no call back. They charged my card on july 4th, havent reversed the charges, haven't called me to hear what happened and when I called back earlier today again asured I would receive a call and still no call..... So I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!! If you complain about any of the services not being rendered and attempt to call to report them, their policy seems to allow their staff to curse you and fix their unrendered services by simply cancelling your account and keeping your money!!!!The most unprofessional staff and unethical carwash business!!!! read more
