Awesome BUT they need to figure out replacing the towels they use to have with paper towels all dispensers are empty. Maybe we're getting stolen so we couldn't do the usual wiping down of the windows after the wash This was at the Coachella location. read more

I understand the cars needs to get detail remove the water. The problem is every single time the we use this location theres no clean towels. The towel conteiner has no separator from the clean and dirty towel , i think the did it on porpuse, cause i check every singleone,i think the administration did it. Fix the towel basket bins!! All dirty towels don't stay on top of the bin they go down as if it was clean! It clearly says on the signs that the dirty towels go on top but the basket bins don't have dividers so they slide to the bottom and people keep using the same dirty ones. This left my windows greasy and dirty. I had to go home and clean they again! I have a membership and I expect to have clean towels! When are you fixing the towels bin so that the dirty ones stay on top ?? read more

My car was put in too close to another vehicle that had a hitch, and it mangled my license plate. The young gentleman assisted me with submitting a claim and said that someone would get a hold of me in 3 to 4 business days. This happened in MAY!!! IT'S NOW GOING TO BE SEPTEMBER!!! I've gone back to the same location and seen the gentleman that filed the claim, and he apologized and gave me his personal number that he was gonna call the claim department immediately, and have them contact me asap!! Yeah!!! That happened twice!!! I had to email them 3 separate times, then they need my license plate number, the color of my car, incident claim number, date, all this damn info im providing and I got a response that I would be contacted. Today I learned Quick Quack car wash provides free license plate removal with purchase of a wash. Fortunately I noticed before I was too far away and was able to return to the scene of the crime and retrieve my plate. Unfortunately they had multiple plates to choose from. This quick quack location is probably the worst out of all the other ones we've been to. We have the monthly membership for 2 cars and typically just make the drive out to the la Quinta location because their equipment is better and provides a better wash. I will say that Jorge is our absolute favorite employee at any quick quack we've ever been to. He is always so kind and greets us with a smile and just the absolute best attitude. This car wash is mainly for people with the monthly pass. I paid $26 for a single wash which was the top tier car wash with armor all and all the ceramic coats. After it was done being washed, I was not impressed, the car was soaked and had no shine. The wheels still looked dirty. I go to car washes like this all the time and the top tier is usually $14 and those do a way better job then this car wash. I'd say this is a low end car wash with expensive prices. This only makes sense for the monthly pass users. Other than that I would not recommend it. If the price was $14 Instead of $26, I'd still give them a 1 star. Horrible wash. Damaged our car, took report, and proceeded to ghost us to this day. Have spoken to their customer service on the phone. at least a down times and each time the representative is shocked that no one has gotten back to us with the amount of notes they have in the system about the incident. The manager admitted their fault and witnessed the damage as it happened, and filled out a complete report and told us that they would take care of it. Since then he hasn't responded any phone calls or emails. One QuickQuack customer service rep even remembered the first phone call from us and has subsequently talked to us at at least five times and has apologized profusely for the unprofessionalism of the company he works for. Wish I can double review because Juan is a great employee, 5 stars to him... he's out here doing his thing getting the job done and being very focused on it. He's dripping sweat and still enjoying what he's doing. As for Valentin!!! I just don't know why they hire people that hate their job and have the worst customer service. I've been a member for over 4 years and never received service like this from this location. Because of Valentin I will be considering the Gogó membership. I used the yelp coupon for a free duck car freshener. Nice touch! The service was friendly. I bought the base wash. It did not remove the bugs in the car's grill, I was disappointed, but then again, it was the cheapest wash. The vacuums are do it yourself. Plus they have the air compressed blower thing. Quick Quack does stick to their motto, Quick! I have been here a couple of times and have not been disappointed yet! The prices range from $6.99 to $19.99. They also have monthly memberships that start from $19.99 to $34.99 a month if you are interested to wash your car everyday. As soon as we drive in, the employees are nice and friendly, they help us right away and ask what wash we would like. They give you a free complimentary Quick Quack wipe for your dashboard. When driving in, there is another employee who gives you instructions on what to do and they rinse the car as you are driving into the wash. As you are driving in, there is this nice colorful entrance. When my car gets done washing and drying, I can honestly say that my car looks shiny and clean! I can see the difference! The downfall is the drying. By the time the air dryers are done, the car has water drops on the car. Maybe too quick? Just bring a few towels to solve the problem. They also have free vacuums if your car needs cleaning on the inside. I have not encountered problems with the vacuums yet. I had a car wash membership for 4 of my cars. I cancelled my membership cause every time I went to the car wash my car would come out spotting. The equipment would not work correctly. Too much water and not enough soap. At times the blowers would not work at the same time. One of the blowers would be out and my car would always come out wet. I went back yesterday to give them another try. Now the brush the goes over the top of your car, starting from the hood and goes over the cab and to the back of the car was out of order again. I let the employee know about it and they didn't seem to concern about it. So I took a different car to the Indio location. And their car wash did a awesome job. Lots of soap and no water spots and left my car completely dry. I will never go back to the Coachella location and the staff was also much more friendly and respectful then the staff in Coachella. And I live in Coachella but I will now be going back to the Indio location. read more

I saw this new car wash and decided why not try it out ( bad decision ).First location was in palm desert ca. Washington street location. The first 5 car washes were fine it was new so I decided to buy into the monthly program for unlimited washes. So I went back the following week and drove my car through the wash and when I came out noticed that the tires were not dressed( armor all )asked the attendant for some tire dressing so I could do it myself and was told they don't keep any on hand for that so I went back to the car and also noticed that the rear of the car still had soap had to run it through again oh well. Following week went back to wash the car about 7:30 pm and there was a sign that now they were closed by 7pm for winter hours SMH . There was no warning and I had to drive my car over to the nearest gas station with a car wash and wash it there. Then there's today went to the Coachella location and washes my car there Li and behold came out and the drivers side tires were not dressed and the passenger side tires were only half dressed again asked this location if they had any dressing and again nope no dressing to cover my wheels. Then she tells me oh sorry I should have told you it's been broken for a while. Also only half of the hoses were available to vacuum the car and they had one side cut short so it didn't even reach to the back of my car to vacuum. This place is quickly going to sh*%t. Definitely not renewing next month or ever. read more

Bad service period. Vacuums do not work! Literally I was only trying to vacuum a small amount of dirt from the passenger side and could not. The car wash machines leave the car dirty. When I took my jeep it seemed like I didn't even went through the machine. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Took a smaller vehicle, a Nissan. Same thing happened with the Nissan.
