Avoid this place at all costs. Their machines scratched my car. I filed a claim with them and just like expected, they denied it. My car is brand new and said my car was already scratched. What a joke. They would not email me the footage either. So they claimed my car was scratched already but wouldn't provide me with the "evidence". This is the correct location this time... I have been a car wash member for years and have become disappointed with these guys closing the post washing area twice in one week at prime washing time (+/- 9:30 - 10:30am). The car wash remains open, but the lot is yellow taped to prevent customers from using the remaining facilities. The last time, I went through the car wash and parked in front of the yellow tape along with other freshly washed cars and walked under the yellow tape to get a towel and wipe down my car. Today I went to the Washington location for a wash and spoke with Marybel about this. She encouraged me to resubmit my compliant and also put down the correct location. Done. read more

This place is extremely misleading and unprofessional. I went in for a simple one-time car wash and was pushed into a $19.99 monthly membership without clear explanation. When I tried to cancel, I spent 45 minutes on the phone dealing with a rude and disrespectful representative. They refused to cancel my membership unless I provided the exact payment details -- which is impossible since I paid with Apple Pay and don't have access to full card information. So what's the expectation here? That I drive 150 miles back just to cancel in person? This is completely unacceptable and feels intentionally designed to trap customers. Avoid this place at all costs. Do NOT sign up for any membership here unless you want to deal with headaches and unprofessional behavior. This is not how you treat customers. Quick quack is a great place. Just this one avoided at all cost used to be great employees have horrible attitude last week. Some employee was screaming at customers in the drive-through area today. I decided to come again, even though I knew I shouldn't I pulled up to the cashier side cause I wanted to buy an air freshener and the girl was there just talking and talking and talking and talking and talking so I guess no air freshener I. Decided to just go through the member side like always left after washing my car the same freaking employees talking to the same car absolutely ridiculous. Are you not getting paid to do a job? This is ridiculous. I'm paying the monthly service for something. I barely use to be treated like garbage. At the person responding to these reviews, don't ask me for my phone number or email just fix the problem. I'd been to the one near the Walmart Super Center a couple of times, they were super nice, and I decided to sign up for their monthly service. I don't know if they changed management or what exactly happened, but beginning sometime in the following few months, they became extremely rude. After staying away for several months, I was desperate for a car wash and went to Quick Quack. I was told by the woman that worked there that there were "gaps" in my car and they weren't responsible for damage. Well, these gaps that I'm still yet to find certainly hadn't prevented them from charging my card for monthly service. It made me think that there may be something in their equipment that's damaging cars, and they want to avoid any potential responsibility. With a combination of their being rude and now a bit untrustworthy, well, I won't ever go to a Quick Quack again. read more

Great car wash with excellent value for the price. As a Rideshare / Delivery Business driver we want a fast wash with easy to use vacuum & compressed air, then back to the road. During the festival season it's hot and dusty in the desert. One trip through the Rideshare lot at the Neon Festival and you need a car wash..!! So this place is a bit higher priced than other wash chains, @ &11 minimum for basic wash and that's all we need.... With ten locations on the valley map, they are well positioned. Staff is helpful and friendly, with free, clean, microfiber towels and currently a large dust barrier between the facility and the construction area next door. The Quick Quack car wash I frequent is off Monroe and Varner, by the Walmart Super Center. The service here has completely improved over this past year. The new car wash cleanser really do a great job taking off bugs or difficult spots very easily. I haven't had any issues with towels, because now they constantly insure there are plenty stocked. Personnel is friendly but location has become very dirty location and I've been coming since it opened. You can see bird nest and dirt all over the vacuuming location. It bums me out to write this. Quick Quack was great, some locations are better as far as washes, but the staff is great and my car always looked great. Just be careful when you sign up for the monthly plan. It is an automatic withdrawal every month, which is fine and very convenient when you need a quick wash. Unfortunately, I moved out of California and neglected to cancel my monthly plan. The day I saw the charge on my account I notified customer service and requested a refund, since I can no longer use their service. They flat out refused to refund my money because "we really can not process a refund since your billing cycle has started." So long story short, they can easily take the money automatically, but it is impossible for them to return a transaction. VERY DISAPPOINTING. For a lousy $30 bucks. read more

Upon my arrival today at the opening, the car next to me had clearly been there all night, with people sleeping inside. Air for hoses and vacuums seem to never be working properly. No air hoses working on half the stations. Has become extremely dirty in the parking lot. Drying system needs to be adjusted does not dry the rear of both my vehicles. I've been to different brand drive thru car washes and got to say my car wash experience her was well satisfied. I purchased their monthly package and feel it is well worth the value with unlimited washes. As for the vacuum stalls there are many to accommodate. Only thing is that they don't offer complimentary air fresheners. But other than that I had a nice experience. Will recommend. read more

This car wash in Indio is always breaking down with one problem or another. When it is working the car wash is okay but rarely cleans the wheels. I have been using this location since they opened but find that it stops working like 50% of the time. Today it stopped midway through at the rinsing section. I got back in line to go through again and while waiting for over 15 minutes it started and stopped twice. This was my third wash for the month and only once did it work properly. I finally gave up and left with a soapy car. When I called to get my credit back they would not refund my monthly fee. I will now take it up with my credit card provider. read more

Took my car through and noticed damage. Came back and filled out a report to have a manager contact me to "review the camera footage". He cancelled 3 appointments on me, then when I did show up for my appointment 2 weeks later he wasn't even there. I was then rescheduled with another manager from Palm Springs quick quack. She said that I had waited too long and the footage was now not able to be reviewed. she looked at my car and said that it was not possible for their machines to have damaged the 10 spots on my car. Said if it was from their machine there would have been MORE damage. She then proceeded to tell me that it was my own fault because my cars paint is frail and is more likely to be damaged in a machine wash than other cars. My claim was denied. She said if I wanted to complain further she would give my information to the regional manager. I told her to do that and a week later I still have not heard anything back. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Well, had high hopes for this place since it's close to the house. Gave it a try... Not worth it. Returned to run the car through again because there was dust all over the trunk and roof... Second wash was no better. Still dust all over the car. Their best car wash doesn't provide full service... For 5-10 more you can have your car cleaned inside and out. I have used Quack Carwash for over one month. First of all I was never told that if I selected a monthly subscription I would have to pay one extra if I cancelled. Secondly, although I have an older vehicle I take pride in keeping it clean. I prefer to use drive through car wash's as I have a portable vacuum to clean the interior of my car. After using Quack Carwash I noticed water stains that were never previously there. I have always used wax spray after I run my car through the wash. However the wax does not remove the water stains. I am trying to cancel my subscription subscription and I am having a difficult time. There isn't a business number available and the Quack website site does not accept the data I am trying to enter. Do Not enter inter a subscription with Quack Carwash. I was able to secure a business number for Quick Quack Carwash and I reached a representative that was able to help me cancel my subscription. She was very professional and informed. read more
