The Car wash is fine, however, they use deceptive business practices. They advertise $9.95 for the first month of washes and they charged $31.95 on my debit card. It took 10 days and a lot of time to get the difference refunded. I was also promised a free month in May and was charged $31.99 When I called the phone #, I was told they can't do refunds and promised a free month for June. I asked for a Manager and I was told 72 hours before one would call me. They Lie, Very crooked business With no Customer service. Just a warning. read more

The car wash itself was fine for a drive threw car wash not gonna be 100% the best but it gets the job done, and the employee who helped me was friendly. But a fair warning for cars who have gas cap doors that push open not a locked one pushed by the button. One of the machines in there pushed into my gas door hard enough to push it open but before it was clicked open it punctured through the barrier next to the gas cap itself. I'm sure it was something flukey that happened and my car was the lucky one but just giving a little tip. But this review isn't a complaint on the business at all so go check them out! read more

My car has not gotten good and good and clean on any visit. Always have to wipe and scrub the car and get the dirty spots left after each wash. There are trees where I live and my car will have drops of sap and such. Other car washes in the area do a quick brush down of the car to get any spots they know the machines aren't able to get. This one might hit it with a spray but that's proven to be of no value. Then, called to cancel membership, customer service states they're unable to refund even though the day of cancellation is the date of the membership charge. They don't stand by their tag line: Don't Drive Dirty so why stand by this policy? ‍ Response to Business Owner: Just to note, there are other express washes in the area and they get my car quite clean. My car doesn't hit the filthy stage by any means or does it sit long with dirt yet it does get natural elements on it (it's a car). So when my first wash wasn't satisfactory I did tell them and they apologized... that's it that's all. No offer to rerun the car. When I'd gone to cancel, I'd received notice that I'd be charged the next full month due to canceling within the initial amount of time. Used the wash for what it was just wish I'd set a reminder to cancel as soon as I could. read more

I have unlimited membership with several vehicles. Posted hours are 7am-9pm. The last few times I've come close to closing, they are already fully shut down. Hours posted are not accurate. Today I came at 11:30am and they are fully shut down again? They should fix their issues during closing times so it doesn't affect customer access. We're paying for a membership not per visit. It is now 11/08/2023. I provided the details and information regarding unauthorized charges to Quick Quack via email, however, I have not received a response. I am currently disputing charges with my bank. Quick quack has cameras and are able to verify every time I go through the car wash so I'm not sure why they haven't checked to verify my claim. I was told when I called customer service initially that someone in Fontana was getting free washes on my Quick Quack membership. Still not sure why they have not confirmed. I canceled the unauthorized vehicles through the app but have not received any refund. There have been no updates if they even looked into the issue. I was told from initial conversation with them that vehicles cannot be added without my card. This is probably true at the location level, but someone higher up may have an override ability to add vehicles because this was definitely not authorized by me. I'm very disappointed. read more

I do like this car wash but it's unreliable, sometimes I drive there to wash my vehicle and is under maintenance. I don't understand why they have to do it during hours of service. Also I have the VIP membership and they don't let me borrow the towels. Some times those young employees are rude. The vacuums almost every time don't work well. read more

We go to this location and the other one in Corona off of Cajalco. This Cajalco one is way better than this one. I have had my car damaged on three different occasions from this particular location. The first two times I had rubber trim come off and the third time I had my front driver window scratched. Avoid this location. They don't maintain their equipment the way they should. read more

The actual wash is great and I have no complaints. My issue is with the membership service. I signed up for it on a promotional day and unfortunately was in a bad car accident and toatled my car a week before it was due to renew. I called to cancel the membership and they informed me I had missed my cutoff to cancel and would be charged for the next month anyway. So I had to pay 31.99 for a monthly membership on a car that can't utilize it. Super annoying. I will be sure to not get the membership again for this reason. read more
