I have been a patron of Quick Quack for about 9 months. It continues to get better. The dryers now mostly dry the car, far better than any other drive thru car wash I used before. I have all my cars enrolled in the unlimited monthly program . It is a good value. The facility is always clean and the vacuums work. Great job to the team and managers. read more

The wash itself, for some reason, is not as good as when they were new. Even simple mud or bird poop stains won't get washed away, and i had to do it myself. Sure, unlimited wash sounds like a good deal, but to have to go repeatedly defeats the convenience a drive thru car wash provides. read more

In December, I was at the main street, quick quack car wash, and the car in front of me put the brakes on while on the conveyor belt. This caused my car to roll into hers and the one behind me to roll into mine. What seemingly was minor damage resulted in an estimate of $14,000 to fix my two bumpers The information that was gathered at the time of the accident has been difficult if not possible to obtain, including the videotape. read more

My first experience at this brand new car wash was awful. My 2018 Ford Fusion now has damage to the rear due to a poorly designed exit strategy. On the promotional wash day the employees were running too many cars through the wash at the same time and no one was paying attention to the exit lane. I was in the wash when the car in front of me put on their brakes inside the was and stopped! Meanwhile I am still being pushed forward! So my reaction is to slam and hold my brakes while honking my horn furiously! It took a manager about 1 minute to finally hit the emergency stop in the wash. The car behind me however was bumping into my car over and over as the was drive belt continued forward. What had happened was the cars in the exit lane backed up and could not get out since the vacuum stations were full (the vacuum stations entrance and exit is the same lane, and there is not exit at the opposite end). This created a problem and now I was stuck in the wash bay getting sandwiched. I filed a report with this quick quack location and I have not heard back from the staff after they took the incident report over a month ago! Do not go to this wash service as they do not care about their customers and if an incident happens to your vehicle. Stay far away from this particular station as it is poorly designed! If you do not know how to navigate the exit lane of the wash, then you end up with a backed up wash bay and a potential accident waiting to happen. They should not have to have a person manning the emergency stop just to prevent accidents due to a poorly designed exit strategy. I will not be using Quick Quack washes ever again! read more

Quite often only 1 employee for 2 lanes. What is the point of the "Members Only Lane" if you don't have anyone working it? Employees often don't take notice of order of customers arriving, so you might end up waiting longer than the other line that someone came in after you. They still haven't replaced quite a few air hoses that have been missing for months. Some employees like to close 5-10 mins early, also shut off the vacuums prior to closing without warning. read more

Now there is new management and it's like I'm just another number and the employees aren't friendly anymore.
