Of course they said it was my fault that their machine tugged on the blades and bent the arm. I can't wait to see the owners respond saying my claim was denied because of it was my fault and the machines see 100s of cars a day and they don't bend any other wiper arms. The point is they don't care about your car or your business they would rather send an email than call you to avoid you. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My husband and I prefer the convenience of automatic car washes and I would just say, if you want a good deal and a great car wash... This is not it. I would rather go to the Mobile gas station down the street. First, they always assume that you want to buy a membership. Super pushy. Both times we have gone have been terrible. We first took our Silverado and it left so much water on it. It wasn't even worth it. The second time we went, we took our BMW and our license plate fell off. Our car is brand new. I had told a technician or sales person what had happened and customer service was lacking. He didn't even come and check the issue. He just told me there was nothing he could do. This location doesn't seem to measure up to its sister locations. Additionally, my friend, who has a membership here, had the rear lights on his truck broken during a wash. When he asked about it, Quick Quack said they weren't liable because the truck was old, which seemed like an unfair response for damaging his property. New car wash opened up in town. Very packed on weekends. Hopefully the car traffic dies down after the free promotional car wash weeks. I came here on Sunday for a free wash. I got the most expensive package for my free wash. The wash could have used more water. I still had soap residue left on my car after the wash. Its a black car so the soap residue was very obvious. Since the car wash was packed there were no vacuum spaces available when my car wash was over. Lots of inconsiderate cars in the spaces with their doors wide open to not let a car park next to them. There were no employees on the floor to monitor the cars vacuum spaces. There was an employee walking around asking cars to write Google reviews for them in exchange for a free car freshener. I hope they focus more on customer service in the future other than their Google reviews. Prices were a little higher than most car washes in town. The cheapest wash is $9. They are offering a promotion where its $9.99 for unlimited washes for your 1st month subscription for any price package. The only convenience of a monthly package is that you can use it at any one of their chains. All in all, this was a fairly average car wash. I would only come here again for convenience. read more

Had the membership for a few months now and I noticed that their carwash is slowing eating my car. First it took off the license plate frame on both the front and the back which I thought wasn't a big deal. Then I noticed the badging on my car was missing along with a vent on my rear bumper. I notified the attendant and told me email them. I emailed multiple times and got no response. For this reason, I canceled my membership. I drive a $70,000 car and it's my fault initially for taking it to a cheap carwash like this. If you drive a nice car, this ain't the carwash for ya. read more

There were no staff, only the assistant manager and 1 other person. Look at the photos and let me know if the vacuum wasn't broken. My truck was hit here as a result of their faulty rollers. Management never called me after I filed a complaint and after numerous escalations of my claim not a single person reached out. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere except here. Also terrible employee gaslighting myself and the car in front of me saying nothing happened trying to get us to leave.... Luckily the guy that was on duty with her saw and told her that we definitely hit. Basically there is no manager, based on my numerous in person visits trying to speak with this person they were never there. This was the most traumatic experience ever. read more

Stopped by this location about a week ago to get my car washed. It was was just ok. I guess I shouldn't have expected much from this place seeing as my experience at the Bedford location was sub par. Must be a problem with the company as a whole and not just based off the location. Anyway, I received no dash wipe and no towels. All the towels in the bins were wet and dirty. Do I need to ask for towels and a dash wipe? I don't feel like it should be my responsibility to ask for these basic items that are supposed to be included with my wash. Of course, I didn't realize I didn't get them until I was already parked and about to vacuum my car. I guess I could have driven around to ask for them but I don't think I should have to do that. So I usually bring my car here when I don't have time to wash at home. It's been 3 times already where I go in and for some reason the rollers retract and don't make contact with my car. Customer service team is not service-minded. Their renewal process is obviously designed in a way to make it very difficult to avoid auto-billing (an unusual 10 day advance notice is required to cancel) and no reminders are sent if you begin a promo period. And then when you try to reach out for help, you'll be met with a team that is unwilling to budge on their policies. Most companies, even big ones, have no problem making case-by-case exceptions. I was offered an in-person promotion to add a vehicle to a membership for no additional charge and then it was renewed at the normal rate. It feels very "bait-and-switch" to get people into memberships, especially when considering I cancelled the moment I got the renewal receipt and had no intentions of renewing or using the service further. You'll be met with a cold, rigid response that cares more about enforcing rules than making customers feel happy. Really unfortunate since I enjoy the actual car wash experience, but service misses the mark. read more
