Stopped by this location about a week ago to get my car washed. It was was just ok. I guess I shouldn't have expected much from this place seeing as my experience at the Bedford location was sub par. Must be a problem with the company as a whole and not just based off the location. Anyway, I received no dash wipe and no towels. All the towels in the bins were wet and dirty. Do I need to ask for towels and a dash wipe? I don't feel like it should be my responsibility to ask for these basic items that are supposed to be included with my wash. Of course, I didn't realize I didn't get them until I was already parked and about to vacuum my car. I guess I could have driven around to ask for them but I don't think I should have to do that. It's a shame because I was thinking about getting a membership since one of my coworkers loves this location. read more

So I usually bring my car here when I don't have time to wash at home. It's been 3 times already where I go in and for some reason the rollers retract and don't make contact with my car. I don't have any accessories so it shouldn't be doing that. I go back around and let them know, go back in and same thing happens. CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD I am sad to have to be writing this review. My car is a 2022 Kia seltos, only 6 months old. I take very good care of my car and have it washed once a week. I decided to purchase the monthly subscription from this car wash so I can continue with my weekly car cleaning as it is very close to where I work. I entered the car wash with no cracks in my windshield on Wednesday June 8th at approximately 6:16pm and exited with a crack in my windshield. I immediately went back to the entrance and spoke to Tabitha, the manager/lead where she stated "it was probably there before you went through the wash, and your car was just dirty so you didn't see it, but if you want I can still write up a report". I said yes, a report was filed, photos taken, my information taken down and I was told that Tabitha would pull their video footage and send it to me proving it was there beforehand. I left the wash as she stated I shouldn't wait as it might be a couple hours. 20 minutes later I get a phone call from no caller ID and she called me to tell me she sees the crack before I entered the wash. I asked if she would email me the footage so I myself could see, she stated yes. She was very prompt throughout this entire process but after this point I received no email, no proof. I have reached out every day to their customer care with no helpful response. I was told to literally go back to the car wash and ask Tabitha for the footage again. A new ticket was opened for this issue when I called customer care and was told I would receive another confirmation email of my open ticket, which also never happened. At this point, I now have to get the crack filled because I don't want it to get bigger. Unfortunately unless I can prove they caused the crack, they won't do anything. I am more than willing to look at the footage and if I see it as well (before I entered the wash) I will gladly update this review. But I personally feel I would have seen a crack in my windshield of my brand new car that is dead in front of my face. I'm not trying to get money out of this business or anything for free, just ownership of the situation and to replace my windshield as this is a very costly replacement. Place is nice, customer service was good, but when it came to the wash I was disappointed. I brought my truck and I got the basic wash and there was still dirt left on my hood. From past car washes I always get the basic package and my truck is always left clean for the most part but I was disappointed with this outcome considering this place is somewhat new. Will have to finish the job at home. read more

Arrived today at 7am when they are suppose to be open it was closed I waited 20 minutes and no one ever came. Disappointing I like to come right at opening before there is a long line and no bays open to vacuum. Might have to go to the Eastvale location from now on. read more

Their renewal process is obviously designed in a way to make it very difficult to avoid auto-billing (an unusual 10 day advance notice is required to cancel) and no reminders are sent if you begin a promo period. And then when you try to reach out for help, you'll be met with a team that is unwilling to budge on their policies. Most companies, even big ones, have no problem making case-by-case exceptions. I was offered an in-person promotion to add a vehicle to a membership for no additional charge and then it was renewed at the normal rate. It feels very "bait-and-switch" to get people into memberships, especially when considering I cancelled the moment I got the renewal receipt and had no intentions of renewing or using the service further. You'll be met with a cold, rigid response that cares more about enforcing rules than making customers feel happy. Really unfortunate since I enjoy the actual car wash experience, but service misses the mark. read more

Went to this Quick Quack location for the 1st time on May 30th 2025 since it is close to work. Got roped into a monthly membership. Went into the tunnel and my front grill was completely ripped off. Attendant had to go in to find the grill. Filed a claim with quick quack and three days later I get an email saying claim was denied. When I responded that I intended to take them to small claims court Ryan their store leader sent me another email stating that I was welcomed to come see the footage but I would not be able to take pictures or video of the footage. I questioned why I was not allowed to take pictures or videos of the footage since that was the reason they were denying my claim. I informed them that I would be happy to go see the footage with my lawyer and have not heard from them since. Below are pictures of my car before and after the quick quack car wash. Cancelled monthly membership and will be taking them to court since they apparently can't do the right thing and pay to replace my grill. I come to this location quite often. The machine works great, unless it stops for some reason midway through the tunnel. If that happens, my car is never as clean as it should be. This is fine once in a while, but lately the machine stops every time I come through and my car is just not clean. I pay for the $37.99 monthly subscription, but I'm probably going to be canceling because of their mechanical issues at this location. Today, for instance, the vacuums aren't working. And if it isn't the vacuums, there are no towels, and if there's are towels, then the machine stops halfway through your car wash. Also, the teenagers they hire to guide you into the car wash don't even look down at your wheels, which is the whole point of them, guiding you in! They also spray the pre-wash haphazardly, which does absolutely nothing to improve your car wash. read more

Went to the car wash this morning and went to grab some of the drying cloths. The rags were soaking wet still, and I had to ring out the remaining water. i've also noticed that the car wash isn't doing a very good job at getting your car cleaned. There is still a lot of dirt and grime still on the vehicle when you come out and dry it off. read more
