There are 2 car washes within walking distance from my house! It is crazy. Eagle Mountain doesn't even have a decent size library or a fitness center but has 2 washes very close to one another in the Ranches. To be honest, I bought a single car wash for 21.99 but should have just paid for the basic one and prob still got the same outcome on my vehicle. My tires were not as clean as I would have liked. They were just ok. Not exactly "shine". There was still some residue on the back part of our SUV. BUT .....MY MAJOR GRIPE WITH QUICK QUACK IS THIS: I went to the free carwash when they first opened. Of course they had a promo going on for the unlimited. I got suckered into it because they say "cancel anytime" so in my head I can try it for the month at promo price. I even set my phone calendar to call a day or two before my month was up. They told me when I bought this-- come in or call the customer service # to cancel -- ANYTIME! At least try it for a month! That's where they get you. Because if you look on their site under Terms of Agreement-- it says we must cancel AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO RENEWAL DATE. When I pointed out to customer service on the phone that this was not pointed out to me when I purchased, they simply said "they should have told you that". It was a big headache, talking to a manager and just finally getting my cancellation and getting my refund for the month that was already charged even tho it was 1-2 Days before my month expired. Ok let's go now to today's visit. It snowed 2days ago and we needed a wash badly. I told my husband I didn't care and he pulled into QQ. As we were waiting he pulls up the website and I recall the big headache with the membership -- I look under "Terms"again and I notice there is a "Day pass" option for memberships. Oh maybe that is new?!?! It explains you can chose a stop day and it won't auto renew! Ok maybe that is good because the single car wash we were about to chose was 21.99. And they posted a promo for 21.99 - unlimited a month for the basic. So we try to tell the cashier who approached the car. I point this out on website cuz she's never heard of it. She tries to explain we can "cancel anytime"(here we go again). Then she checks on her tablet and sure enough there is that option! "Omg I did not know that!" -- and there are options for 30 day/ 60day, etc. but guess what?!?? When u chose the "Day Pass" Option the promo price is $10 MORE! It's only the 21.99 If you chose automatic renewal! Ha! Surprise, surprise. So I decided to finally Yelp This place. (I never did Yelp back when that membership stuff happened to me)! This location has been great! All of the employees are so nice and when they see that I'm driving a van, they ask how many kids I have in the back and they will do a little picture on all of their windows! So sweet! My kids and I love it! read more

They deviously try to get you to unknowingly pay for a subscription. We pulled up to get a car wash and the teenaged attendant asked me which package I wanted. I quickly scanned the options and made my choice. It's not until it asked for my email address that I realized something was off. I asked the attendant if I was buying a subscription and he said that I was. I then had to navigate the strange UI to get to the hidden "one-time car wash" section. As I made my final selection, I asked the attendant if he was required to sell people subscriptions without their knowledge and he confirmed that that was the case. These techniques might work in the short term but no one wants to build a relationship with a business that they can't trust. Needless to say, im never going back. read more

Don't bring your car here if: 1. If your car is older than 5 years or 2. Has aftermarket parts I came in here and the washing arm with a mop-like head, wrapped itself around my spoiler and ripped it off. Literally. They WILL not reimburse your vehicle for damages and repairs. I'm left with roughly $1500 in damages out of pocket now. I guess there was a sign somewhere stating this, but when it's super busy and backed up with cars, how are you to see that? The onus is on you. Not that I saw this sign somewhere the one other time I'd been here? I guess you need to be in the correct lane for it too. With that said the manager offered me $100 or free car washes. Like really? I have damages exceeding a thousand dollars now and you are offering me to come back...and damage my car even more with more car washes and offer not to pay for it? Is this some sick joke? Better yet, I think I'll go out of my way to ensure no one else I know takes their "older" cars that may be "slightly modified" in and get destroyed. The kids working told me this was like the second one they'd seen in a week. This is where my spoiler was... Update: My favorite part is how this manager is calling me a liar. Speaks to his character and the type of service you will get here. I feel for these employees. I am telling you directly what the attendant told me as he apologized profusely. I also stated your signs are not clearly marked or viewable when you're busy, especially with two lines backed up (as it was the Saturday I visited) in fact your attendee (the same one that told me about the previous spoiler being damaged) had to point it out to me as he went and pulled my spoiler out of your wash. Always has towels out for us to use vacuums work well and a very friendly staff. Does a awesome job of keeping the car clean and looking good. We get so much salt on our car this time of year and it is nice to have this so close to home. read more

We LOVE Quick Quack Car Wash! My car gets cleaned and my kids enjoy going. The staff always draws a fun picture on a child's window. They never know what is going to get drawn. It is a fun adventure. The lights changing inside is exciting to them...we don't get out much during the pandemic. Ha ha. The staff is always super friendly. Once I saw a hose plugged up and a worker came out to clear it, but not just that. He went above and beyond and went and checked every hose with his device to make sure they were ALL clear. The only suggestion I have is if you get your car washed in the winter be careful when you get back in your car after vacuuming. The dirty snow is on your feet and will leave footprints. The lady who greeted us was very professional and the vacuums made quick work of the dog hair.

Wouldn't let me wash my vehicle because it was "too dirty". What's the point of having the top tier subscription if you won't let me wash my vehicle especially when it's dirty? Ended up going to another carwash that was fine with it and took care of me. read more

I will never go to this car wash again. I went this morning and a girl about 20 check me and and asked what wash I would like. I told her and then she asked why not get the membership. I told her why and she then yelled at me and told me I was wasting mine and there time by not getting the never ship. She then thew the car whip in my car and walked off. read more

I've only been to this location twice but both times I noticed how friendly the workers are! They drew cute little doodles in the window my nephews car seat is by and it made him SO happy! Such a simple thing but the fact that they went out of their way to do it was awesome. read more
