In Utah there is one thing a crappy car wash on every corner. Not here, which was a pleasant surprise! Phenomenal service. While you wait great amenities to be able to relax. Quick! But best of all my vehicle with dog hair and dirt was immaculate. My total was $105 and they shampooed my carpets, basic detail, treated the leather, wheels and it felt like a new car when I was done and I did not have to lift a finger and was done in 30 minutes. Time is value and they gave me time which was amazing. I would pay for this treatment over and over. Cannot wait until one comes to where I live! read more

Here is my Personal Experience in detail: I recently went to this Fabulous Freddy's with my personal car for the first time. On arrival at 12:45PM, there was no visual menu, but the girl at the booth told me the pricing and a REALLY rough overview of what was available. I have been traveling quite a bit, and had some pet hair in the cargo area, so I chose the Best Interior and Touchless for $45 plus $15 for all of my mats for a full cleaning. I also asked how long it would take to clean, and was told by the girl 20-25 minutes. I went through the drive through portion, (which was not touchless despite requesting the option) and was hand towel dried on the opposite side. I was then motioned to drive to the bay for vacuuming and wasn't met by anyone. I climbed out and asked someone at another vehicle if I needed to park or what the process was, and was told to just leave the key in it and then I can go wait inside. Once inside, I found a table to wait at. At 1:40PM, it didn't even look like my car had been started yet. Finally after 2:00 someone came and told me my car was ready. She walked me out to my vehicle and told me I was good to go and left. I climbed in my car and drove to the gas pumps to use the 20 cent discount for fuel. When I went to check the backseat, I noticed there was still dog hair in the headliner and all over the cargo area; it did not look as if it had even been vacuumed. I unfortunately had to leave for work and was unable to come back same day to talk to someone about the areas they missed. I called a few hours later to speak to someone about my dilemma and they said it was fine, to come back the next day when the manager was there and they would assist. When I came back the next day, I spoke with someone at the cash register inside the gas station and they called someone named Cami? to come talk to me. It was the same person who had told me my vehicle was ready the day before. When I showed her my receipt and expressed that I think my trunk wasn't vacuumed, she stated she wanted to look at it, and that she remembered me from the day prior. We went out to my vehicle and opened the trunk in which she said it was pet hair and would need pet hair removal, and that it was unlikely to come out, but stated she would try to get some of it out. I thanked her many times, and felt I was very nice about it. She then told me to just pull my vehicle into the self service vacuum and she would vacuum it herself. I pulled my vehicle over to the stall and she started vacuuming while I was still sitting in the car, and stated the self serve vacuums were stronger than the ones they use, and it's hard to get pet hair out, in which I told her I understood, and that that was why I came and paid for the most expensive wash option because I didn't have the equipment to do this at home. After maybe 3-5 minutes, she said she was done and did as much as she could do. I saw some hair was removed but not all of it. She also stated she would let the other staff know to pay extra attention to that area the next time I came in. I thanked her for that and she left. After all of this, I wasn't really satisfied with the way my concern was handled. I didn't appreciate being questioned on what the issue was, and wished she had just taken the keys and completed the process from start to finish again or something. Having me show it to her made me feel like she doubted my concerns and honesty. I also would have appreciated the girl at the booth showing me a menu or something so I could see what was really included in the full wash and what my money was going to. Overall, the people were generally nice, and I received an adequate job on the wash and on the interior, but after the cost and the way my concerns were handled, I probably won't be back. I can do this quality myself for a much lower cost, and without being questioned on the concerns I had. I really wanted to love this place, but just wish my experience and concern had been handled differently, and wish my car was fully clean. See attached photos of before and after as well. read more

While I was there, I decided to have the interior cleaned out too. after exiting the car wash two attendants hand dried the mirrors and other spots where water collects. After that, they directed me a bay and practically detailed the entire interior. Great service! read more

When something is wrong, talk to them. They have always made things right with me. A cup we bought from them broke, and they replaced it without hesitation. The first time I used Freddy's for detail it was amazing, but it's got progressively worse in the last few years. On a $450 inside/outside full detail it was dirtier in places when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off. Windows looked like they were cleaned with a greasy rag. I asked that they fix a few issues however it was still hit and miss. After a few days all the plastic trim and vinyl is showing how sloppy they were with ceramic wax and now I have a white glaze on the black trim that has now been there a year. Super disappointed in the interior cleaning. I've given this place a few shots, but every time it's been the same poor quality for interior car detail. This place doesn't even compare to how Lehi's location does on the same car wash. I paid for the "Best" package, being the most expensive, you'd think they'd pay attention to detail. Not only was the front center console not even wiped down...but they complete skipped vacuuming my trunk. Don't waste your money at this location. Drive the extra distance and go to Lehi. read more

Took our 2011 Yukon for a Ultimate detail. $350.00. A Birthday gift for my wife. Plus a $50.00 tip. The chrome wheels look like they were wiped with a dirty rag and very sloppily at best. The interior was rushed through we went to the extent of emptying all of the consoles and were assured everything would be vacuumed and wiped. They never touched the console and the wipe down on the seats was very spotty. Wife spent two hours actually vacuuming and wiping the interior down afterward. The exterior polish and wax was ok. Not knock your socks off amazing but not horrible. We dropped it at 09:00 and we're called 6 hours later. I kinda feel like if you had my vehicle for 6 hours you could be a little more thorough. Made appt in advance. 7 or 8 employees between the food mart and wash/detail shop. Arrived on time, 30 min later my car still in the lot. What's the point to having an appointment? Talked to a Wash guy who was in the parking lot talking to his girlfriend and he said detailers are late, but he would get it started thru the wash. Talked to a rude woman who said "me and him" are the manager. Would not apologize, did not understand how this would make me late. Said having an appointment doesn't mean they start on time, or that it takes the full 2 hours. I'm not coming back here. Staff standing around, overstaffed, wandering around the parking lot all in branded hoodies but not looking busy. Train wreck that needs someone in charge. read more

Horrible job vacuuming...no whipping down of the dash and center portion... Understand.. the wash my car every week and keep it clean in between washing...so there's not a ton to do... When you spend north and f $40 including tip... It fair to have an expectation of your car looking good... Unfortunately...that no longer happens here... Bummer... Will never go back PS... So I'm not to sure how to rate this. I want to put 1 star because of how horrible of a detailing job they did on my car. But the manager trying to make things right and the attitudes of staff was amazing. Which makes me want to put 3 stars. Then I think about how much I spent at this place... So I gave these guys a second chance to make things right before leaving my review. This morning I picked up my car for the second time. The car still has bug splats and the roof was not wiped down. They didn't even attempt to clean any of this off. So when I first came in I wanted their ultimate package. (Not sure if that's right.) it cost about $300.00-$325.00 I believe. They declined to do the job stating they didn't have the time to do the ceramic coating. So I got the second package. Which I payed AROUND $250.00 for. I get my car back and their was dirt, water spots, bugs, and the roof was not cleaned. I was extremely upset and reached out immediately. They promised to make things right. Fast forward two weeks. They redid the detailing and this time I asked to be upgraded to the ceramic coating and would pay the difference. When I showed up this morning, the roof was dirty, bugs still on my lights. Why did I pay so much if they are not going to complete the work? I payed for a $300.00 detail. But they did not pay attention to detail. Then they tried to charge me $100.00 at a discounted rate for upgrading the package. Luckily the staff at the register ended up taking over and worked with me. But still upsetting that the detail manager was trying to get more out of me. Even thought they did not finish the job a second time. I will be asking for a partial refund. Sadly I will never return for a detailing again. Car wash maybe... it's to bad. The staff was pretty amazing. I really wish things would have worked out. The first 4 pictures are from today's visit. Exterior wash starts at $9 and they pre brush the bumper. Excellent service and 'touch free' will not scratch your clear coat.

Went to Sandy location. Worst car wash I have ever seen, not only was my car left dirty they left a spray bottle dripping in my back seat along with a towel. I won't be going back, there are a lot better car washer available check out the pics. Cost me $32.00 to go home and wash my car after I left Fab Freddy's! read more

I paid $60 and waited over 2 hours to get a wash and detailing I could've done in an hour at home for free. The dog hair I specifically asked them to focus on vacuuming up was still there, there's still dirt and crumbs all over the inside of my car - I know they can't get everything, but a majority of my car just looks untouched. Interior windows weren't cleaned at all! You can clearly see places where they just ignored the dust. They were either super lazy, or this wash is severely understaffed and they had to rush - neither are good for buisness, and especially not good if you want a clean car. UPDATE: Once again, this car wash has failed me. They claimed to have vacuumed my back seat but it is covered in just as much dog hair as it was before. Do not come here if you hope to get your car cleaned - you're just gonna pay to have to redo the whole thing again. read more

FF car wash and team have really stepped up their game. Either they have new management or hired serious people to get the job done. Haven't had the full-on detail in a while but do get the $22 wash which includes wiping and cleaning the interior, vacuuming the inside, tire shine, and windows inside and out. And a 4 day re-wash included if it rains or gets dirty again before the 4 days are up. They have more expensive washes that go up to $32 and detailing that ranges from $105-$240 depending on the size of the vehicle. read more

So I took my car up there to be detailed to see if they could get some minor scratches out of it. I had an appointment at 11:00 am and was told it would be about 3 hours. I left my car and went home. Got a call about 4 pm saying my car was ready. The rate was $50.00 an hour and the guy who called me said it took him like an hour to an hour and a half. When I got ready to pay he tried to charge me $150.00 which would be 3 hours of work. I told him you said it took you an hour and a half to 2 hours. He continued to argue with me, I paid for 2 hours and left. I have a dashcam that I left on and it only shows he worked on my car for 45 mins. I called the manager of the location and left a message stating I was going to dispute the charges and she just called me back and was a total bitch to me. I told her "great customer service," I'm the customer, your response should be. "I'm sorry you are not happy but I looked at the camera footage and this is what I saw." I told her the bitchy attitude in your tone tells me I'll NEVER go there again. read more
