Great quality of wash! I love having my membership. The vacuums and towels are so convenient!

Tried to cancel my membership 4 times and finally got it cancelled and they would not refund out money back to us. They also did not ever honor their promotion in the beginning of the monthly service. Do not trust what they tell you Below is a screen shot of them saying that if I provide contact information they would reach out to me and they are sorry that this happened. I gave them my contact information and they called me back to repeat the same information saying they can not refund my money because I used it 2 times over the 4 months that I was trying to cancel my membership with them. The person at the car wash told me they would refund my money and to go through the wash because I was already in line and they made the mistake. What a horrible horrible scamming company. By the way, when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold and then hung up on me. read more

Even the FAQs purposely hide the articles related to cancelling and are only found upon searching - whereupon (if you're lucky to find this Easter egg) the customer is directed to submit a support ticket as the ONLY option to cancel. Here's a suggestion: On the Membership tab, where you have the levels of membership, include an option to cancel membership - rather than the maze you send customers through today. read more

I had never been to quick quack before but I pulled up to this location because its close to my house. I was trying to figure out what I wanted and thanks to Daven he explained everything to me and helped me decide on the best wash! Super helpful service, will definitely be back. The car wash didn't even wash my whole car. The back was still dirty afterwards. The customer service is good, though.

The car wash malfunctioned and threw my car back into the car behind us! Then the manager told us it was our fault and walked away! Filed two reports with the regional office. This place is dangerous and the manager belligerent. Do not go to the Quick Quack by Maceys!! Save yourself some car damage until they fix it! Update: as seen below, the manager continues to assert no fault. The facility malfunctioned and literally reversed the car direction! I have a video of the car going backwards without reverse lights on, taken from the facility recording system, that I will be forwarding to the better business bureau for violation of safety regulations. read more

May 12th, 2019. At 9:30AM I literally threw up in my truck because the water smelled like fucking sewage! I want my 8 dollars back! The poor attendant looked miserable and now I know why, having to smell that garbage water all day long. read more

The attendant was very rude, he made me feel like I was wasting his time. He asked me which one I wanted so I started asking him about the differences but while I was talking he walked around my car (maybe to get the license plate or something) and just completely ignored me. I was gonna asked about the unlimited ones and current offers but again he made me feel like I was wasting his time so I just got the cheapest one I could so I could get out of there, and yet it was still so expensive. Didn't ask me if I wanted air fresheners or anything. The car wash wasn't great (most likely because I got the cheapest one) my car was still covered in dirt. After the car wash I was walking around my car and noticed that my license play was folded over on itself so I had to unfold it. Maybe I just got an attendant on a bad day or something but I won't be going back to find out. read more

The wash did something to windshield. There was a spotty/drippy film on it. It was very difficult to remove.

Not very Happy with my experience. It's got my car free of dirt but that was about it. And it put a huge deep scratch on the hood of my car!! Definitely not going there again. The best part of going there was being able to vacuum my car after, but even then one of the vacuum tubes wasn't working. read more

Took my truck through quick quack. The employees seemed fantastic, but the car wash seemed lacking. It felt a bit tough on my paint, and left residue on my running boards. For the price, I feel that it could be a touch better, but in the end I would go back again just for the awesome customer service. DO NOT GO !!!! they are LIARS and THIEVES!!!!! My car was damaged severely. They said they would pay for it and my rental car . THEY DID NOT ! We got estimates as we were told to from 3 different companies 4,500.00 was average. WE have in WRITING they would pay 1,000.00 for rental car they have not ! This place is top notch! The lady helping me, I think her name was Bailey. Was so nice and very helpful. They are doing free car washes for 10 days AND they give you their best wash! The kids LOVE it. The light show is mesmerizing and the smell of the wash is also amazing! If you haven't gone yet, you should definitely make your way there this week to get your free wash! read more

Be wary of any quick quack in the nation. I went to the providence location on 2/14/2020 and was sold a monthly membership under the guise that I would only be charged 10 dollars for a single month and then would not be charged again after that. I was led to believe that I was buying a single month membership and nothing more after that. I have since been charged 29.99 a month for 3 months despite trying to cancel my membership 2 times (once in person and again with customer service). I went in today after being charged for another month to speak to managers at the Providence location who submitted a request with customer service. If customer service cannot refund my account and permanent cancel my monthly membership that I never wanted in the first place I don't know what I'm going to do. If I keep getting charged for every month for a membership that I have NEVER used, I am going to be furious. I've now been charged 100 dollars for a 10 Dollar car was I got 3 months ago. DO NOT GIVE QUICK QUACK CAR WASHES YOUR BUSINESS. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If my money is refunded and account cancelled by customer service then I may consider taking this review down but until then I'm telling you: please do not give this place your money. read more
