The team tried many things, but did not give up. They finally found a product that would remove the road paint without damaging the paint. I am very pleased with the results. They also did not ever honor their promotion in the beginning of the monthly service. Do not trust what they tell you Below is a screen shot of them saying that if I provide contact information they would reach out to me and they are sorry that this happened. I gave them my contact information and they called me back to repeat the same information saying they can not refund my money because I used it 2 times over the 4 months that I was trying to cancel my membership with them. The person at the car wash told me they would refund my money and to go through the wash because I was already in line and they made the mistake. What a horrible horrible scamming company. By the way, when I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold and then hung up on me.
