Cheap and easy on an overcast February Monday Morning: 68F. Under these circumstances, I'll vacuum the Doritos out of my own car. HOWEVER on a typical Houston day (100F in shade with 100% humidity? No Way! Wash was drive through, although I did appreciate the light show missing from typical drive through. Nicely dressed in tie, a service attendant greeted me, and ran through the process. She helped line up the tire in the track, then started shouting something. Was she talking to me? If so, what was she shouting? Finally, I rolled the window down, and asked. "Put it in neutral." I don't usually go to car washes, but Quick Quack makes a great argument. They offer a very quick and efficient process for getting a wash -- you simply pull up, make your payment, and continue to get your car washed. There are several different options for the level of wash as well as a recurring payment to streamline the process even more. A great perk is the free vacuum service available for those who get a wash. The vacuums are industrial grade and very powerful. I recommend bringing earbuds / earplugs so you don't blow our your ears! You can get a very deep clean for the inside of your car as well and with the 2 vacuum tools and dust blower, the process becomes very quick! Horrible customer service! I went through the other day, got the highest level of wash, and it scratched my car up real bad. 2x3 foot area with scratches on the roof. Horrible customer service from the manager when asked for help. Manager wasn't there when it happened, the next morning when we waited for 40 min and he was just "in the bathroom," dodged my call all afternoon, and left when I showed up the next day too! Where to begin?! All I have to say is... this is the BEST car wash I've ever been to... and I've been to a lot! Now only if Quick Quack would make t-shirts that say, "Quick Quack Addict" or "Addicted to Quick Quack" because it's a little inside joke... My husband purchased the Quick Quack unlimited deal & goes every day rain or shine! Smh. When theres a long line he's talking to the other cars (as if they can hear him through the closed windows) telling them to get the unlimited package. Then he's mumbling to himself that, "They must be newbies because they keep breaking..." Lol. He also plays the Car Wash song and checks into FB to keep track of how many times he goes. Great experience first time here. I like the complimentary vacuum(s!) On both sides of the car. Made it easy to vacuum out the whole car in a few minutes. I am new to the area and this location is just about a 4 minute drive from where we live. The young woman who assisted me was very sweet and helped explain the process. This is the second location that opened in magnolia/woodlands recently. Both of these establishments are clean, quick, and best of all, offer free self vacuums. I would check them out since their prices are reasonable especially considering some other car washes in the woodlands plus they are a well run company. read more

Honestly a shell car wash is better than this one. The vacuums are nice but the wash itself is awful. I have dirt everywhere on the car and the tires are still dirty. I don't recommend unless you're just vacuuming. read more

I went to Quick Quack tonight for the first time - BECAUSE - I arrived at 8:15pm at Blue Wave, where I had been a member for years, to find it closed - I was so frustrated! When I pulled into the parking lot I didn't know what to do or where to go to get a car wash. I was reading a sign and out of the corner of my eye, I saw a young man quickly moving towards my car and another young man coming from the vacuum area. I thought "Customer service extraordinaire." I later learned that their names, Michael and Logan! Both were professionally dressed, bow tie, white shirt, dark pants and a friendly, warm smile from ear to ear! They were excited that I was checking out their facility! They told me the hours, prices and offered me a free car wash to see if I'd liked their services! It was the best customer service I have had in a while. After the free car wash, I told Logan I'd like to sign up for the monthly service, he ran to Michael and the process to enroll began. Michael told me I could enroll with his manager, Amanda, on Sunday evening for 1/2 price off for switching from Blue Wave. I told him and Logan that I wanted them to enroll me because of their professional attitude, eagerness to explain their services and how excited they were to work for Quick Quack. While they enrolled me - which was less than 5 minutes - Amanda their manager drove up. She immediately approached me and thanked me for choosing Quick Quack Magnolia as my new Car Wash facility! Quick is right. Can usually pay and get through the wash fast. If you have time the air compressor sprayer rocks at getting the dust and crumbs out of hard to reach places when vacuuming the interior. My favorite feature here! It is not a hand wash, so the car will not be perfectly clean but great for a quick wash on the run. read more
