This happened at the Tomball location and has been the worst experience ever. Three weeks ago one of their employees when they went to go rinse off my front hood with their brush slammed it onto my new 2026 Toyota tundra and caused a big scratch right on the top of it and immediately I spoke to management they had me take pictures. Fill out a Jotform and submit information for a claim. Three weeks go by didn't hear from anybody. I had to pull up to the location and when I got there, they are saying they are not liable because they don't know if it was there before or after after reviewing the cameras. I just picked up this truck two months ago it's a 2026 Toyota tundra since they decided this route. I did file a police report and now have a case number I let management know my family comes from a family of criminal attorneys and will be more than happy to help me out. We've used all of the self-services washes and WhiteWater is by far the best value. They have freshly washed microfiber towels that you can use along with compressed air to wipe down the water left from the wash. They have a couple of floormat cleaners but if you have WeatherTec or another weatherproof maybe they won't fit. But, take them to the guys at the front of the wash and they'll hose them down with high pressure soap. I've had to run my car through more than once to get rid of bugs, and never had a problem. If you let them k is, they'll absolutely hose down the hood and grille with bug cleaner. They are popping up all over town, so they're convenient as well. read more

Don't ever take your car to any of their locations. My weather strip was taken taken off at the Centerville location. They will come up to any excuse on why they can not cover any damages. Went to the Atascocita location. Noticed after I went through the car wash, the washer ripped my back window wiper arm totally off my car. I notified the store and they verified that the washer did in fact rip the wiper arm off my car but made up a silly excuse that my wiper "looked loose" and then told me they don't cover wiper blades at all. My wiper blade/arm was not loose at all. The fact they felt the need to lie about that makes no sense nor that they do not repair items their machine damages. Poor business practice. When to this location today. Always go to this one and have always been satisfied. Ask the guy from the start to scrub the right side of the car to get the bird poop off. He said I gotcha! I've been using this car wash since they opened in Tomball almost 7 years ago. Since Chad left it has been going downhill. I just went there to get my car washed - they are open but the car wash itself is closed so they make eight cars pileup thinking they're going to get to get their car washed and they just let them sit there until they decide to leave. A manager came out and said they're having technical difficulties but they still have one lane open which gives you the impression that the business is open. Stopped in early before work to get the Jeep washed up on 6/22. Reasonable price, very well engineered wash system and great customer service. The staff hand washes the grill and parts of the side of vehicle that could possibly be missed by the system, I'm guessing. I stopped to vacuum the inside after the wash and found that they have compressed air on a long hose at every vacuum station. You can use this to blow out dirt and grim from crevices that a vacuum won't reach. The manager come out to shake my hand and show appreciation for using his service.
