I haven't had an account or been to this place in over a year and come to find out they were pulling monthly charges that got by me until my taxes. I went into the carwash for a regular car wash at the location on 2920 in Tomball. The attendant was working at a broken machine took my card and charged me for a car wash. After speaking with Jorge, I found out I was charged a promotional subscription fee. I was charged again a month later for the full fee. There was no car wash in between charges. I called for a refund no one answered or returned the call. I emailed -no one responded. I went in today and was told to pull in through the wash because Isaiah could not navigate me out of the car wash. After getting a wash I did not want or ask for, Jorge said he couldn't refund my money because I had a forced wash! Do not go here !!!Everyone is a con artist! The person who signed me up, the manager and Isaiah who could not navigate me out of the car wash. If I could give less than a star I would. They have basically stolen my money. read more

This happened at the Tomball location and has been the worst experience ever. Three weeks ago one of their employees when they went to go rinse off my front hood with their brush slammed it onto my new 2026 Toyota tundra and caused a big scratch right on the top of it and immediately I spoke to management they had me take pictures. Fill out a Jotform and submit information for a claim. Three weeks go by didn't hear from anybody. I had to pull up to the location and when I got there, they are saying they are not liable because they don't know if it was there before or after after reviewing the cameras. I just picked up this truck two months ago it's a 2026 Toyota tundra since they decided this route. I did file a police report and now have a case number I let management know my family comes from a family of criminal attorneys and will be more than happy to help me out. We've used all of the self-services washes and WhiteWater is by far the best value. They have freshly washed microfiber towels that you can use along with compressed air to wipe down the water left from the wash. They have a couple of floormat cleaners but if you have WeatherTec or another weatherproof maybe they won't fit. But, take them to the guys at the front of the wash and they'll hose them down with high pressure soap. I've had to run my car through more than once to get rid of bugs, and never had a problem. If you let them k is, they'll absolutely hose down the hood and grille with bug cleaner. They are popping up all over town, so they're convenient as well. read more

Don't ever take your car to any of their locations. My weather strip was taken taken off at the Centerville location. They will come up to any excuse on why they can not cover any damages. I even had my receipt from when the incident occurred and they still stated they could not cover anything, because of the 7 year policy. Don't waste your time at any of these location. Went to the Atascocita location. Noticed after I went through the car wash, the washer ripped my back window wiper arm totally off my car. I notified the store and they verified that the washer did in fact rip the wiper arm off my car but made up a silly excuse that my wiper "looked loose" and then told me they don't cover wiper blades at all. My wiper blade/arm was not loose at all. The fact they felt the need to lie about that makes no sense nor that they do not repair items their machine damages. Poor business practice. I will never return again Car owners beware... they will NOT repair any damages caused by their equipment. read more

I just went there to get my car washed - they are open but the car wash itself is closed so they make eight cars pileup thinking they're going to get to get their car washed and they just let them sit there until they decide to leave. A manager came out and said they're having technical difficulties but they still have one lane open which gives you the impression that the business is open.
