Always a different excuse for their problems. Air compressor rarely works. Consistently out of towels. The rinse cycle is too short so there is ALWAYS soap on your vehicle after wash. The one on FM 242 is much better but it's a long haul from the back of the woods. I rarely leave a negative review but this place blows. It feels like they can't afford to be good. Literally ripped my antenna off my car, bent the metal so bad I can't even open my passenger side door, have really great dents and scratches all the way down my vehicle!!! Then little girl working there or lack there of laughed at me and this situation when I went in to speak to the manager! I went to a local body shop to get an estimate on the damages done $875.10!!! TOO BAD 0 stars isn't an option. At the "GRAND OPENING" I visited, left with a crack in my windshield. Upon bringing it to their attention they assured me they would handle this. They would get back to me and never did, I followed up multiple times. I was referred to the district office where I spoke to the dumbest person ever and after WEEKS of trying to get in touch with her she said and I quote "my windshield is broken too but it's fine you can still drive" WHAT?! I was also told they would review their cameras and then a few days later said it was a soft opening and the cameras were not yet working. A replacement windshield was over $700 for my Escalade, not to mention the hassle and time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and worthless place. read more

Fully automated wash is quick thorough and inexpensive. The drying area actually blows the water off your car and is at least twice as long as any other automated wash. Big plus is the free vacuum bays - yes you have to do it yourself but you don't have to muddle for quarters. They have a card that you can reload from their website and they offer a 25% bonus for every amount spent. read more

This place is terrible. Yesterday, I visited their location on FM 2978 in Magnolia, TX. I agreed to a prepaid "basic" plan for $19.99 per month. Went through the wash, and the rotatating brushes never touched the passenger side of my full-size SUV. I watched the vehicle in front of me experience the same. I was so pissed that when I got home, I registered my plan on their website, logged in, and attempted to cancel my plan. Conveniently for them, their website does not respond to inputs to "manage my account." I emailed Blue Wave corporate directly, complaining about the poor quality wash and non-functionality of their website. 24 hours later, no response. I also called Customer (non)service, and was put on an interminable hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. This sort of BS won't fly with me. I actually had to pay for a second car wash operated by a competitor in order to get my car reasonably clean. My next step will be to dispute the charge to my bank card. read more

Don't. Do. It!! The vent cover flew off mid way through cleaning. Their car wash broke off the clips as well. The employee taped it back on and now I'm driving around with duct tape. My car us still filthy on top of it. The thing is that I should know better, because the radio was snapped off mid way two years ago on this same vehicle. They will not accept responsibility and they do not care. We also have a new Dodge. It's completely scratched up now thanks to this place. I begged my husband not to take it there while it was new. This place is horrible! Stay away! The customer service by the manager is awful! She is rude, short, and dismissive. The the rest of the kids that work there are very kind and helpful. The car wash tore off pieces of my brand new vehicle after a month of going almost daily and they will not pay for the repair even though their machines ripped off the pieces. The "new" equipment doesn't even wash very good and the dryers don't work. It should also be suspicious that they do not allow ratings on Facebook. It makes me wonder about how many other peoples' vehicles they have damaged that they won't take care of. read more

Went to this location after being a member for several months to be stopped and told I need to remove my hitch after being through this same car wash over 100 times in the past with no issue. The Manager Kyle KC Olmsted is not very customer friendly and frankly his attitude stinks. I had been using Bluewave periodically to wash my 2012 Expedition and last year decided to get a membership. Since then I used them once or twice a week. In September 2019 I purchased a new 2019 Expedition and on 2/16/2020 I went through the wash with my power running boards down because we had a very rainy week. Well both of my running boards sustained damage. I returned to the car wash the same day and filed an incident report and BlueWave is denying responsibility because I changed the default setting on my vehicle to lower the running boards. There are no posted warnings to NOT change your vehicle settings and I was not advised to raise them before entering the wash. Needless to say I am cancelling my membership and I advise anyone that uses them do so at your own risk because they will not take any responsibility for damage they cause to your vehicle! read more

We've used this car wash since it opened and have never experienced a problem. Tonight, mid-wash, the SUV in front of us stepped on his brakes in an attempt to extend his drying time. This is a fully automated, chain-pulley system. Obviously, the chain snapped, trapping several vehicles inside the wash and even more waiting in cue. The Manager and on-duty staff swiftly assessed the situation, cleared the vehicles and issued everyone a credit for a future wash. We were very impressed with the professionalism and timely manner in which the situation was rectified. It is unfortunate that the company will have to pay for that SUVs attempt for a few more moments of blow dry. read more

About a month ago I went to Blue Wave and the kid waving people into the tracks tried to make me go in bumper to bumper with the vehicle in front of me. I wouldn't go in until I saw there was plenty of clearance. Once I was in the carwash, about 1/3 of the way through, the truck behind me slammed into my rear bumper! I ended up with just a small scratch on my bumper because, thankfully, the equipment acted as a buffer between our vehicles. But that dumb kid didn't apologize. He just impatiently said if we wanted to file a complaint against the car wash to go ahead. I will NEVER go there again. read more

A car wash that can't remove love bugs? How are you in business in this area? I went in to see if their monthly program would be worth the money. The "wash" I received was poor at best. The attendant pre-sprayed my car but the car wash immediately washes this off. In the end I pointed out the front of my car to an attendant that was walking by. He offered to run it through again or asked if I wanted a towel. The car wash obviously didn't work and a towel would just smear the bug matter. I'll pay 5-10 dollars more for a full service wash either here or in Conroe. Dryer didn't even come close to drying my car. Need to bring a towel for this. Never had an issue with the car wash but we moved away in November of last year and have canceled our membership. For 4 months now, they've still charged our card. I've stopped payment with Chase but they're still trying to charge it by changing merchant name and stuff. Can't make this stuff up. It's $98 but they're stealing the $98 and that's a crime. I would not subscribe to their monthly membership, not because their car wash isn't good, but because they won't ever allow you to cancel apparently. Love this place. I've been a regular customer for years and look foreword to washing my car What I like most about Blue wave is the great service. I especially enjoy using the free Vacuums. The bathroom is always clean and the staff is totally awesome. Great businesses have great management. Clearly this is a well run store. The store manager is welcoming and friendly. I have a membership for each vehicle in my household (6 total). I love to be able to go unlimited times. The vacuums have good pressure in sucking up on the dirt from the inside of the car. I try to go every day or at least a few times a week. What can I say I like a clean car. It is well worth the membership. read more

Went through the car wash and now my car is dirtier than before I went through. They put too much tire shine on and it gets all over the side of the car the second you pull out and turn. End result is it stained my 2015 BMW white paint. Based on the reviews I am not going back or dealing with the manger. Sounds like Brett and the President of the company both need to be fired. Good place to get the car cleaned inside and out. Self vacuums are good too and always have worked well. Best time to go is when they open or right about the time they close so you aren't competing for a parking spot for vacuuming. I come here at least once a month sometimes more. read more
