Service is quick and friendly, Jenni was loading cars and did a great job guiding me in to the wash. Wash did a great job on my service truck, other washes miss some places on the bed of my truck. I just became a new member and took my white jetta through the wash on 3300 so and now ha e scratches on the roof and trunk lid that were never there before I alawys used brushless magic wand and never had a issue so keep a close eye on your car flat surfaces if your going there. read more

The car wash did an okay job on the exterior, but overall the experience was a bit underwhelming. Some of the clean towels didn't seem very clean. At every other location I've been to, they provide a free wet wipe for the interior along with an air freshener, so I'm not sure why this location doesn't offer that. The basic wash is only $12, but even so, I've found better value at other locations. read more

I ordered the ceramic duck wash for $27.99. A kid doing intake couldn't be bothered to get off of his phone long enough to talk to an actual customer. What's he rang me up on his tablet he pointed to the screen instead of just telling me that it'll be $27 and then walked back into the office without another word. Then I said in a rather firm voice, aren't you going to mark my car so that the people in the wash know which one I ordered? He dropped his shoulders and begrudgingly walked back over to my car and marked my windshield. Once I got to the vacuum stalls, I had to go and ask for wet towels because they never bother to put them out at this location. This is probably the third time I've been to this location. It's a relatively new one and they have some things to fix. Most mostly in their services. read more

Inexpensive but really questionable quality. Post wash I still had bubbles on my undercarriage. Honestly most car washes aren't great, but I guess I'm going back to mr car wash. read more

The last three times I've been there I have had to go and ask for towels to dry my car, to day the ends on the vacuum was coming off. 7-29-24 I was there this morning and I could only see one employee. Had go to a number of stalls to find towels. This seems to be happening every time I go. I signed up because of the towels and vacuums, but if I have to go looking for towels maybe I'll need to cancel my membership. read more

Do not go to Quick Quack Car Wash in South Salt Lake, both of my cars were damaged and they denied the claim because my car is over 5 years old. Also when I tried to cancel my membership it is impossible to do on the website you need to call. The manager Jessica was quick to reply with a denial of my claim but when I reached out to get help canceling I got no response to email or text. Now they refuse to give me a refund, very disappointed in how unprofessional they are with customers. T G. read more
