Half my spray/jets didn't work.. and the cloth roller that dries off your car didn't even touch my car, even though I paid for it, because the idiot driver in front of me, panicked because they've obviously have never been through a car wash before and hit their brakes which defaulted the system and I got screwed of getting my $25 car wash.. and when I complained about it, they said they would let the mgr know and I'd get a free wash when he calls me.. why would I want to come back? I absolutely love this car wash! The people are always so kind, bubbly, and helpful. The owner of this car wash is just the sweetest as well. However today, August 7th at about 9:00 AM I came here and didn't have my usual experience. The girl working seemed very annoyed, didn't smile, and didn't even greet me. I like a good car wash as much as the next guy, but I'll be honest. It's just a chore on my "to-do" list and isn't something that I look forward to. But after my visit to Water Works, I may just change my mind. They have decorated for Christmas, which is fun and festive. The folks that come around to help with payment or to welcome you in hand out candy canes. And once you're inside, the carwash itself gives you a brief light show-more than the traditional car wash lights. If you've got a kid, or you just want some entertainment for yourself, check it out! Yeah, my car was clean. Yeah, there's free vacuums at the end of the wash. Those things are standard, and honestly-to be expected these days. But the small additional touches they added, that's what moves this off the chose list to the list of fun things to do. read more

I usually go to this place and pass up 2 other ar wash places because I like that particular place. My last visit may be my last though! The front window cracked and it sounded lime a rock hit it Luke it might have been on the rotating brushes from another vehicle. I was there 1 to 2 times a week but now I don't know if I want to take the chance of another window cracking because I know they have signs that say there not responsible for any damage. This is hands down the best car wash I've ever been to. A real selling point for me was that their car wash has an undercarriage sprayer that works really good and they also have vacuums and air compressors to blow out the nooks and cranny's of your vehicle (like vehicle badges and in between the mirrors). Even when my truck is super muddy they pressure wash my vehicle by hand before I go into the automatic wash, great customer service and smiles all around. Would highly recommend getting the ultimate membership it's worth every penny. read more

One of the worst experiences ever. Our Van was dirty and so we wanted to take advantage of are car wash pass on the way home and get it cleaned. As you drive into the wash there is a gentleman that helps align your car on the track and then tells you to stop and out the car in neutral so the car wash can do its thing. Just after being sprayed with soap and getting ready to be washed with the spinning brushes, I notice that the car lights in front of me are getting closer and closer and closer. Then BAM, our car is guided and hitting the car 3 plus times for each of the rotors on the ground guiding the car. My car is lift 3 times and the rotors spin out from under my car as I'm stuck hitting the car in front of me!! I held the horn long and steady until they turned off the wash. Let me tell you, the only thing worse than being involved in a car accident that isn't your fault at all is being blamed for the accident by the owner himself! It is not my fault that my car was led into the car in front of me and ultimately crashing into it. He went on and explained that when they came to my vehicle, that I wasn't even on a track and that I must have braked the vehicle, sending the rotors from under my tires. This is complete bull! The rotors were sent from under my car because I had nowhere else to go except right into the vehicle in front of me! Anyways, after being tired of being lectured by the owner and being told this is not in anyway the company's fault, the guy in front of me and myself worked things out like true adults. We were able to clamp my bumper back together and clamp the grill back to the bumper. Car is looking good now. After this whole ordeal, I felt most comfortable to take my Carwash pass elsewhere. I walk inside the office and asked that my pass be canceled and if at all possible, that they issue a refund for the one month I had it for. In which the owner responds, " oh we most definitely cannot issue a refund. But I have to ask, why are you cancelling the pass when we are not at fault here?" Hurray another lecture.... I followed up by saying I didn't not want any push back and that he needed to cancel the pass right now! This is by far the worst place ever to go. Please go elsewhere if you want even the slightest bit of customer service and a decent wash. read more

I took my truck through this car wash. It was scratched by the foam fingers. I took pictures of the scratches and I called the attendant over and showed him. He said the manager wasn't there but he would take my number and have him call me. I never got a call. On 5 different occasions I called the car wash and left messages. I was never able to reach anyone about the damage to my truck. Maverik has a partnership with this Carwash to sell washes to Maverik patrons. I hope they would reconsider this partnership. read more

The only car wash that is kept up and cleans your car each time. Vacuums always work and are maintained. I have had concerns in the past and the owner is alway ahead of the problem when mentioned. Good employees too. Training is done for sure. Monthly pass is a must and is fair for services. Thanks for keeping my vehicles clean. read more

Worst customer service ever from the owner of the company! Came out to my car and had an attitude right from the beginning for changing my mind on the monthly car wash. This man definitely shouldn't be running a business. After he left, the rep was the one to apologize for the owner bursting out like that. The rep even mentioned that he treats them the same way. This is the best wash out there. I take my big blue Chevy there a couple times a week. No scratches or swirls on the paint like Mister Car wash does. They also keep the tire shine full of product, I hate when others barely cover the tires. I have had my monthly pass there for six months, unlimited washes. The best thing is the driers, truck is almost completely dry. Only a couple of drops to wipe off. Employees are friendly, think they have become tired of my face. I wished there was another one like this!!! read more

Fool me once... shame on you. Fool me twice? Do not use this car wash. Will damage and scratch your rims. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a fluke that my rim was gouged, maybe a rock was lodged in a brush or something. Even after checking all other possible sources before going to them. They told me their car wash had never damaged a rim, then I later found out that they have multiple claims each month for damaged vehicles and the owner just got sick of paying the claims. Nevertheless, I kept my monthly pass hoping it was a one time thing, and about 3 washes later, the EXACT same gouges in the exact same rim I just spent hundreds to repair. When I informed them again and requested to cancel my monthly pass, they simply said, "Well, sorry you're not happy." Absolutely no responsibility taken for their equipment and the damage it causes, nor the expense I just incurred. Side note: I drive a stock passenger car with stock size tires and rims. They might have an argument if my vehicle was modified above manufacturer specifications. I went there because of the convenient location but spending hundreds for repairs? Not convenient... Nor is it convenient to have your car on blocks for a week to have a rim repaired...TWICE. Price is right, service is quick. I don't know what else you would want from a car wash? I paid $29.99 plus tip and got a "quick detail" which means they weren't popping the hood and wiping down all the engine parts, but they cleaned my wheels, the trunk, undercarriage, glove box, center consoles, shampooed the carpets...I mean, for thirty bucks I felt like I definitely got my moneys worth and I was there for less than 20 minutes. Horrible car wash. I went through the car wash and it clearly broke my passenger side mirror off. I went in on a Sunday went through the car wash broke the mirror off I asked for the manager but he was at church so his staff told me they would give him my information and he would call me. I waited four days and no call so I went back in and asked the manager what he thought since he did not call me and he said "he watched the video and watched the machine break it off but felt it was not the car washes fault" my car may be 10 years old but it is in pristine condition, it is in the garage it's never outside in the weather and I maintain everything from the body to the engine to the inside 100% and he is trying to tell me it may have been rusted or corroded. I looked at my mirror and it clearly had no corrosion it was a clean break. He asked me to take it to his friends body shop which I did and the body shop said the would get with him on fixing it and he told me he would get back with so anither week goes by no response so my boyfriend called and he said he had not heard from His body guy and would get back to us. Again we patiently waited another week we tried to call and we never could get him to answer and no word so again we drive over to the car wash finally talk to him and he gets huffy with us telling me again it is not his fault or problem. Tells me we can end this now and he will not fix it. Yes he has a sign stating it does not cover vehicles five years or older but if you look at it, it is only after you pay for the car wash and start to enter but still is not that visible unless you are looking for it. It is sad I have been Faithful customer for over a year and he did not want to take care of his customer. He would rather lose out on $25 a month then fix a $30 mirror. Worst customer service I have ever had I will never take my car through the car wash again and I have four family members that are going to cancel as well if you choose to use this car wash please use with caution they do not care about you or your property. If you read other reviews on yelp you'll see cars that are five years and newer have had the same issues and the manager has refused to fix them as well. read more

This is by far the best automatic car wash in the valley. The drying system alone truly gets your vehicle spot free with three massive turbos and plenty of extra blowers. It comes with all the options and the vacuums really suck ;) they get you looking good. Bonus is the guys that work there are so friendly and warm! Brand New Truck purchased on 9/2/17 Went through your Cars wash on 9/26/17 got home and a noticed scratches across both sides and a gash in the passenger head light. The car wash is a great facility; just had a bad billing experience. I had a monthly pass there for awhile then canceled it about 10 months ago (by asking the attendant at the car wash to cancel). He said he would go in and cancel the subscription. 10 months later I noticed it was never canceled (oversight on my part). I called in to get it canceled and was told "I'm sorry that you let it go this long". Obviously I should have caught it as well, rather than just trusting it would get canceled by their employee. I asked if I could have some car washes for the $200+ I spent without receiving a service and was told they will pass the info on to the owner. We will see - if you have a pass here make sure you confirm it was canceled. read more

This car wash did a great job... Until I canceled my "fast pass" monthly charge, or thought I canceled it... Three months later they are still charging my card. When I bought the "fast pass" I was told it was a it was for a month and that I could use the car wash as many times as I wanted in that one month span. I was not told it was a monthly auto charge. I was not told you have to give them a 7-day notice and have to be in person to cancel it, or was I told the price could be increased. None of that was mentioned, it's in the fine print on your receipt. Not a big deal, after a several months I decided to cancel. I went down in person talked to a employee and canceled it. End of story right? Not quite... three months later I'm still being charged. I had to go to my bank and cancel my card. Apparently this is a on going problem after reading other reviews on google. I feel bad I'm leaving a review like this but people really need to know. read more

Stay far away from this place. Owner Kerry is condescending and rude. Will charge your credit card for their fast pass car wash, regardless of whether you wanted that or not. When you bring this to his attention, he will deny you are being charged. Had to dispute charges with credit card company and filed a complaint with division of consumer protection. Only after doing those things, did he help me. You've been warned. There are plenty of other great car washes close by. read more
