Half of the time the spinning brushes are out of order and most of the time if they work they don't even make contact with (specifically) the passenger side of the car. The blower system is horrible and only get half the job done. If you don't have time to wipe down your car don't bother stopping. There is ALWAYS soap left on the ridges and windows. Also, the towels are frequently out and you have to hunt them down at other stations. Difficult to understand why they can't raise the entry bar at the same time they are helping new or newly subscribing customers. If they are, wait times to get entry take a lot longer. However the vacuums are quite satisfactory. They made upgrades to the vacuum areas the same time as the monthly cost increased. But it seems like there have been more mechanical issues since then. read more

Quick Quack receives over 300 Better Business Bureau complaints every three years, that's roughly two complaints every single week. Many of them involve vehicle damage and rehearsed legal denials that mirror what I received. Quick Quack executives continue to get rich while their equipment damages customer vehicles and instead of taking responsibility, they rely on template responses to deny claims and discourage customers from pursuing action. Most people stay silent. I won't. I trusted this business to take care of my vehicle. Instead, it left permanent scratches across the side of my truck. Their customer service response was a corporate script, not a resolution. Out of the many car wash options available, there are better, more accountable businesses that deserve your money. If you do go, take clear before-and-after photos -- especially if your vehicle is dark-colored. Update 1: Visited this location and paid for the highest-tier wash. The attendant told me I could go through again if it didn't clean my truck properly. After the first wash, it was still dirty, so I went through again. Still dirty. Went through a third time -- and not only was it still dirty, but I noticed a large section of scratches stretching two feet along the entire side of my truck. The staff filed an incident report and said a manager would follow up. Two days later, no call. Customer service said there's no way to reach the store directly, so I went back in person. Update 2: I also obtained a $5,500 repair estimate from a professional body shop, which confirmed the damage was not normal and is consistent with what they've seen from automated car washes, including other Quick Quack locations. Spoke with the manager in person. She was rude and dismissive. Claimed the damage was "normal wear and tear" and that it wasn't consistent with how their machines work -- including an odd explanation about scratches needing to look like "Morse code" to be their fault. Update 3: I received a template legal denial from Quick Quack corporate. I've now sent a formal demand letter and will be pursuing the matter in small claims court if it's not resolved. read more

I typically love Quick Quack car washes, but I was disappointed with this location. I purchased the $17 wash, and it didn't clean my car very well. As seen in the attached picture, there's still bugs on my front bumper and dirt streaks on the bottom part of my windshield. On top of that, the employees hadn't turned on any of the vacuums; it was only after customers made comments that we were cleaning our car interiors with pressurized air that the vacuums were finally turned on. I hope this was just a one-off experience, but I'm inclined to try somewhere else in Murray for my next car wash. read more

These drive through car washes won't was the top of your car if you have a rack. Only washes the sides and doesn't do that very well. Just not worth the money when take 5 can do what these guys cannot read more

If you like the smell of SEWER WATER on and in your car, go to Quick Quack. 3 times over the past couple of months I went through Quick Quack and ended up with SEWER smell everywhere. Called customer service each time. After the 2nd, they seemed to have fixed it for a few weeks, but today it's back again. Called CS again and cancelled. read more

Went in for a car wash on Sunday, rudest attendant's I've ever seen. In fact, they were unable to register my car so I had to drive around again, and the attendant still wasn't in appearance. As I drove into the car wash, I was greeted by a second attendant, who was rude, and as I pulled around to use the towels, there were none on the property and their air hose was so weak wouldn't even blow so I canceled my membership and I suggest that you take a real hard look at this company because they actually don't give a fucking shit about anybody. read more
