I'm a premium member here. As soon as I got here there was a long line. Ok cool... The man said it was maintenance going on & that it'll be 5 mins. I've now been sitting in this line for 30 mins. With about 20 cars in the streets waiting! DURING RUSH HOUR!!! Seriously if you're going to have this issues then shut tf down for atleast it's fixed. Stop checking people in!!!!!! Paid for the "good" wash and they didn't even rinse my vehicle! No soap, no water. It literally just rubbed my car down with the wipers. And that was it. How can you be charging people for that?! read more

I was just here in my 1994 classic obs truck at 10:30 I got Ashley as a rep she was nice I just needed to get some bugs and bird crap cleaned off so I got the 11.99$ option I didn't want to break the bank after I was don i drove home I get out and I was shocked to see that all the bugs and bird poop was still there and i don't care about this be im keeping the beat up patina look but a new scratch in my driver side door so after I spent 11.99 + tax I had to go home and start re cleaning the truck i think for 11.99 it should have been spot less Ibe only lowered it 1 inch after I did a 2,4 drop but bigger rims and tires lift it back up that shouldnot have made a difference ri we'll not ever going there again. read more

No stars! If you want your car scratched, and loose spoiler. This come to this quack shop. What a disgrace. I went here just once. And my brand new cars spoiler comes off. Yes the manager sent me to Milsted collision to get it fixed. Which I had to deal with for over a week; then pay for a rental (that got reimbursed), but huge inconvenience, huge. 5/17/21 went to get a car wash this morning, arrived at 7:12am & the car was was locked up tight, not a car in the parking lot, this location isn't the easiest to get in, you have to make a u turn if you're heading towards 45, none the less, I thought Quick Quack opens at 7am read more

I'm not sure about other locations but this one on Rayford Rd is terrible! The car wash itself does not get my whole vehicle clean. Not even one time has there been towels available! The monthly unlimited is a joke and waste of money. I Do Not Recommend this business. read more

They wouldnt let me through the wash because i have some car straps and a metal pole in the bed. This has not been a problem at any of their other locations nor has it been a problem at the other washes i have been to. Unfortunately I live down the street and was going to start a monthly membership with them so its a loss for them and me. read more

I had a problem signing up for their unlimited car was online. They sent me an email saying call the customer service line, which I did and waited on hold for 20 minutes during normal business hours. At the end of 20 minutes I was directed to a voicemail where I left my information. 5 hours later still no reponse to email or voicemail. Customer service is horrible and so is the website. read more

The welcoming staff is polite. Esp the lady, Sam her persona and etiquettes are customer friendly. Vacuum place nice and clean.

We have been coming to quick quack (Rayford Rd.) for years and are members never have I been treated so badly until.today!. JOHNATHON was so rude!. I was in line and he came up and banged on my window and yelled at me to back up, go.behind another car when the other car was already behind me, when I asked him why? He stood in front of my car and said because "you weren't paying attention to me! " and I understand about waiting in line, but he made me completely back up, and a huge ordeal over it. Causing a back up of the line for absolutely no reason other than his arrogance and snotty attitude! Horrible customer service read more

Rip off from a local business: Quick Quack Car wash in Rayford Rd. Dear neighbors, I trust and expect this business to have fair practices, but I found they do not. I bought a unlimited car wash membership in Quick Quack Car wash in Rayford Rd. on March 17, use it only once , not knowing that few days later we will have the mandate to stay home and only use essential services. I was charged again in April 17 when they should be closed. I was not given any document, code, or card to use it, they said they will be there to see my plates to let me use it and direct me to enter the track. After orders given, I did not expected and I didn't saw them to be open when I pass by to a Dr. appointment or when look for groceries. Part of their service include the use of free vacuums. I found today that effectively those were closed. And I never saw cars coming out from it, the few times I circulate passing by when going for real essential needs. We all not have idea how long the order will stay on place. Many business have to close. I understand this was a no essential business, and expected to be closed. I expected they forward the membership or refund it. However, they do not want to do either, not forward nor refund. They said they stay open and that they have personnel there, if they did, they were not visible. They told me that if I never saw nobody there or customers is because customers prefer to be away but they were open and I should call to cancel before. I did call several times, but they never answer. At the end of closing period, May 1st, I expect them to be fair when they reopen. Finally on May 2nd, saw somebody and went to ask for the arrangement of membership to be forward but they said they will not do anything to help me or keep my business. I decided to cancel and request my refund since I have not use it, I request apply my free car wash coupon, and refund the two months charged and not used. They do not care. I finally found their website, different from their business name. Contacted them again, one said they will give me a "one time courtesy I will process your request". However, today another representative told me that their contract said they can not do it. That they can not refund me because I did not call them before they charge it. That I should see the contract in their web page. No easy to find any contract as they said, never was referred when purchased, trusted to much on them. The terms of service were for use of the webpage. But you can find that they said the vacuums were closed. And they consider themselves essential business. As you can see in their picture someone needs to be there to direct you in normal operations circumstances; and before you enter you should see an agent out the door. None was there. You expect that if they are open they should have their personnel standing as usual, maybe using mask and gloves, and I am referring to March and April, not May when all are open. If they were there, they maybe hiding to avoid authorities because they were open when they should be closed, and they telling the customers they were open to keep the money when service was not given and they should be closed. And that it was up to the customers not show up to get the service, not up to civil conscience or due to follow the law and mandates by the governor and the president to stay home and not use anything but essential "Limit trips into the public to essential outings. Traveling to work, the grocery store, the pharmacy or to seek medical care would be considered essential trips." well you know...I don't see car wash on this list. I knew this "Companies in all other industries not outlined in the order must cease on-site operations by 11:59 pm on March 24.  and this list not include them either...Essential Businesses by US Department of Homeland Security National Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Essential Government Functions ". I found their have very poor attitude and consideration of their customers. Is not even a personal mistake that I forgot to use it. It could happen that I got sick and I can not use it without been in this national emergency. Either way they do not care. It was no a personal decision or mistake or problem. They still act like life was normal and it was not reason why I could not have use it. It needs to be my lost only, no them. I don't think I hear of any other business been so harsh, not considering and wanting to keep their customers business. It seems it was my mistake to trust this business and fair practices, they have none. Be aware. This is what you can find in their web site "Closing all vacuum areas (or every other vacuum in Texas and Utah) "...so you not getting all service you paid for any way " "this essential service and remains OPEN to serve community, including ride-sharing, taxis and delivery vehicles." ....but their contract said "Commercial vehicles are prohibited" read more
