Waited about five minutes for somebody to help me get out a standard car wash. There was nothing I was like 12.95 for a standard car wash basic. Drove through went to the vacuum area vacuumed out my car wanted to use a small high-pressure hoses to blow out any debris in the cracks, but they didn't work. So you charge me $12.95 and none of your high power blowers worked. Your vacuums were clogged. So this is to me is theft of Service. You guys didn't give me the Service that I paid for. I've been a member for over a year with multiple vehicles. Each location is consistent in giving bad washes, and as of late, my car comes out with a white film that I didn't have before I went in. The cars are bunched too close together and the dryer at the end is terrible. The last time I used it, the water turned off before the last rinse so I had a soapy car at the end. The car infront of mine came off the track. My windshield was covered with soap so I couldn't see anything. No Quick Quack employee saw this either to shut down the car wash. My car bumped into the car infront of mine. Quick Quack is saying it's the car infront of my car fault. The other party's insurance said the video shows it's not their client's fault. Finally made the trip to Quick Quack after a year!!! I ended a car wash membership with another company months ago due to increase cost of their membership. Today the sun wash shining, my car needed a wash, car floors begging to be vacuumed and free of all the crunchy leaves...Quick Qack caught me in a weak moment after leaving WinCo! The gal that serviced me was friendly and talked me into signing up for a membership. I originally wasn't planning to and just was going to opt for the 1 time wash. Might as well get some quack for a buck! LOL. I was one lucky duck! :) (My membership package of choice) I was in and out the wash in less than 5 minutes after paying (there wasn't a line when I pulled in). They have a towel bin at the vacuum station to use to dry off your car/wipe away any remaining debris. In the past I remember two attendants spraying your car from both sides before the wash, today there was one woman who gave it a short quick spray on one side. The wash itself was fine. COMPANY POLICIES PRIORITIZE MONEY OVER CUSTOMER SAFETY. On the last Sunday before my kids went back to school, we went to this location (our normal location) where we have a monthly pass. At the entrance to the car wash, a truck driver obviously was in park or was stepping on the brakes. The truck wouldn't move into the wash. After correcting the driver, he inched toward the entrance to the wash part. Somehow, he got misaligned and jumped the track. At this point, the employee waving people in for the initial rinse didn't notice because she waved us in. We gestured her to look behind her. It took a minute but finally noticed the driver before us was stuck. It took about five minutes to free up the driver. Then the driver ahead was on his way. At this point, I was leery of entering in behind a driver who had gotten stuck twice. So against the urging of the greeter, I had waited until the truck ahead was out of sight... just in case s/he got stuck again. Ok and behold, the same driver got stuck before the exit and had jumped the track again. So I pressed on the brakes. I honked the horn multiple times. The car behind us tapped us. Eventually, they once again stopped the car wash. They took another 5-10 minutes to free the driver ahead. That person just moved on like nothing happened. Myself and the driver behind us stopped for an incident report. They took our information and were very kind. I gave them feedback. Next time, WATCH any driver who gets stuck heading into the car wash entrance. There is a possibility that they might get stuck again. This would prevent any potential future damage. After the company's review, they felt nothing was wrong on their end and that the circumstance was beyond their control. Obviously someone who had issues with the car wash wasn't enough of a hazard to monitor so the people behind those drivers have to deal with potential dings and damage to their vehicles. I requested that they consider my request especially as a long time member of this location. I've talked to an employee and they said they get in trouble for not pushing people through. I responded that the times the truck got stuck easily wasted 20 minutes of my time and would result in worse backups and lost efficiency. The company doesn't get the safety aspect of the concern. Not just this location but all Quick Quack car washes should be avoided. Hopefully everyone else has a more positive experience than me, my wife and kids as we left for the family vacation of the summer. The corporation obviously doesn't value customer feedback. Membership cancelled. EDIT: 08/19/2025 - To the business manager... You do not think that a customer who had issues twice in the beginning of the car wash wouldn't be something to monitor as it made its way through the remainder of the car wash? I love how clean my car is from the car wash. I just get the highest plan (31.99?) and go every week. My car looks and smells great. Bonus: my kids think this is some amusement ride. They love the multiple colors of soap that gets sprayed on the windshield. I also love those vacuums. They really suck up a lot of the crumbs. During Halloween they did a really fun spooktacular car wash. My kids loved it. I rolled the windows down and my three year old got scared by the vampire face. My older one had a ball. You guys did a great job. We loved the cobwebs and spiders. I wouldn't have expected to get some thrills at a car wash. Glad we can count on you guys for going above and beyond. I went through this car wash yesterday afternoon. Because of the level of dirt on my car, I opted for the most expensive wash service. After I paid for the wash, the attendant told me that "Oh by the way, the vacuum is not working, we are waiting on a motor ". Now I understand that these things can happen. But why not tell me before I paid $27.99 for the premium wash I would not be able to complete my car cleaning? On a past visit, I noticed one of their vertical brushes was not moving. Again, not providing the consumer with the full value they advertise. There are other car washes in town that will now get my business. I feel like this BRAND new QQ is a bit longer than the FF and VV branches! Techs are quick and patient to motion you in w/ the pre-wash. Thorough washing from start to finish. They have lots of towels available for drying. The vacuums and drying area are neat and tidy! Not a bad deal for multiple car home and fairly affordable. I try to stop at this quick quack location at least once a week or two if I can. The staff is always so friendly and fast. Today Adriana was checking in the cars and Darren was guiding us in and using rinsing the car with the hose. They're really good! I've noticed them working before and had to get their names to give them a shout out. I went through twice because my car was extra dirty, and they didn't even bat an eye (at other locations we've gotten weird looks, understandable!!) I have a membership and I think it's well worth the price. And they have a pretty big selection of car fresheners and wipes. The trashes are almost always empty but there's always cars here when we get here, they're really on top of keeping the parking spots clean. I had a $19.99 free car wash coupon for this location. Confusing as I thought it was a monthly membership. But after the employee explained it was a $19.99 car wash for free. Now I would not pay $$ for something I had to do myself unlike the others that clean your car for you. One thing I did realize is the wheels did get "shined" evenly and NOT spotty. This was during the tire shine step. BUT each stall has 2 vacuum hoses: one regular and one small narrow nozzle. PERFECT !! Then this small air nozzle which I used for my vents. They say 10 minutes usage but I was there for about 25 ( not busy). The overall carwash and me vacuuming was one of the best self serve type carwashes. read more

I am a Quick Quack member. The MyQQ app is easy to use and has proved to be convenient. I have two cars signed up. It cost me 51.99 a month for two cars. I figured if I wash my cars once a week it more than pays for itself. I know I could do it cheaper if i washed them myself, but I found the convenience of this service makes it worth. The wash is excellent and the vacuums always work well. The vacuums do no cost extra they are part of the service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This place used to be good, but the prices went up and quality of facility went down: the wash doesn't always clean parts of your car... the vacuums in the self clean area have little to no suction... and they removed the complimentary towels for touch up cleaning. Overall: NOT worth it. read more

So my experiences at this car wash so far after 5 washes have been way below satisfactory. EVERY time I have been there so far, has been problematic. Let me address each part separately starting with the wash itself. Each time I have gone through the car wash (5 times so far) I have had leftover soap still on the car. Clearly they are not using enough water to rinse the cars. I have attached pictures to show what the car looked like after exiting the wash. I also believe that the cars go through the wash too fast. There is barely any contact with the brushes (literally under 5 seconds) and it does not do the entire car. With the amount of soap still left on the car after only attracts more dirt to the car. So by the end of the day, my car is dirty again. Look at my pics showing the amount of soap leftover. Does anyone think this is worth the $32.99 per month I am paying? This happens every time I have tried this car wash. Now lets move to the self service area. I have yet to ever ever see a clean towel in the bins marked for clean towels. It's NEVER happened. I have included a pic of the standard empty bins for where the towels should be. So I have no way of wiping up all of that excess soap left over from the car wash. Also since the drying cycle is so short, there is always water spots leftover. Now, on the website they claim that they give you complimentary dash wipes. No, they don't. I have never been offered one ever in my 5 washes so far. So that is sort of a false advertising ploy. I want to warn you that you can get a much better overall car wash at a 76 or shell gas station car wash. Both provide a better wash. I am going to end my membership as this car wash is not worth $10 per month let alone $32.99 I advise you to take your car to any other car wash company. Not impressed. I went through the wash and my car was still dirty on the front grill and around the windows. I decided to vacuum and clean the inside before going back through the wash again. When I went to go back through the wash again the attendant told me that I had to come back right away because we only have a "certain amount of time"...but no where does it say exactly what that time limit is. I pointed out that it says if you're not happy to come back and that I never left the wash, I was just vacuuming my car. Then she said that I needed a receipt, however, she did not offer me a receipt the first time I came through. After asking to speak with a manager or for corporate office number, she let me go through the car wash again. I don't understand what the point of this car wash is. My experience at this car wash was one of the worst for many reasons but the main one is that the car wash damaged my car. The license plate frame was broken and the plate itself was bent. The front plate frame was also broken off. I went to tell the employees and they looked at me and said "the manager will be in contact will you." And I said okay but how? What are they going to do? The minimum would be to reimburse me. They then made me sign a slip with all my info and gave me a copy. The employees did not seem to care at all. They said my slip would be added to the pile that they already have. That means this happens more than often. A day later I got an email saying they wouldn't cover anything because my car was older than 5 years. I am so upset. I don't think it was worth the $22 I paid to have my car damaged. I would highly recommend that you do not waste your money here. The employees also don't wash the towels correctly because they left my windows all streaky. I felt like crying because I just wanted my car to be clean and it left looking worse. This is not okay. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. read more
