1 Star Very Disappointed After Being a Long-Time Customer I never thought I would be writing this review because I have been a loyal Quick Quack customer for years. I trusted this company and continued to use their services because I believed they valued their customers. Unfortunately, my experience changed after my husband's commuter vehicle was damaged while going through the car wash. This is not a vehicle that just sits around, it is the car he relies on every day to get to work and is an important part of our daily life. Before entering the wash tunnel, the mirror was completely intact. After going through Quick Quack's equipment, the mirror was damaged. I immediately reported the issue because I truly believed Quick Quack would stand behind their service and work with us to make it right. Instead, I was told they would not take responsibility because the vehicle is older than five years. That response was extremely disappointing. The issue is not whether the vehicle is five years old, ten years old, or older, the issue is that the vehicle entered their wash without damage and came out damaged. What hurts the most is feeling dismissed after being a longtime customer. We were not asking for special treatment; we were asking for fairness, accountability, and for Quick Quack to take the situation seriously. A company is judged not only by the service it provides when everything goes right, but by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. I hope Quick Quack reconsiders how they handle situations like this because loyal customers remember how they are treated. read more

Utilized this location only once - but it is eveything I've come to expect from this car wash: fast and a good value. It is so fast. Consider washing your car at home. YOu play tug of war with this water hose. Accidently drop the hose and get sprayed in the face. Your shoes and glasses soaked. The hose kinks. You can't find half of all the things you need an you have this wild goose chase looking for the dry towels or the wheel scrubber brush or whatever. You don't need all that. Nobody needs all that. Get Quick Quack. You will thank you. YOur car will thank you and the environment will thank you. read more

Quick quake is my go to for getting our car washed, and it's an easy go to when bee bopping all over Northern California. Stopping at the Vacaville location to get the freeway dirt off of the car, was an easy off and on the freeway. I like this location because it's larger than most, it's super clean, and it wasn't crowded. I prefer to vacuum prior to washing, but all the vacuum stalls were filled, and even with a time limit it didn't look like people would be leaving anytime soon. So into the wash I went. I was hoping to be able to request a free dash wipe, but staff never came out to greet me, or to offer me a wipe. I know that staff was around because I could see them through the closed doors. Just weird. This location has a much better wash than many of the other others, but a shorter dry on the way out. I have always loved this carwash. However, today they had a very rude young lady spraying the bug spray who appears she really hate what she was doing. She was directing me to move forward and I did and I was close to the entrance of the carwash equipment and still hasnt sprayed bug spray on my front and so i made hand signals if she can spray some in my car and she didnt smile nor nodded yes. April 9 2026. Wash stopped working and came back on with no water or soap. Just dry brushes. Immediately drove thru second time and it stopped working again during rinse. Left car all wet no dry. I pulled in to dry car and found dents on side rear upper corner. Immediately filed a report. Firs pass I had heard a bang and after 2nd pass when drying by hand I found damage to my vehicle. Reported immediately. Chris called to smugly say their video shows pre existing damage but said he only looked at one wash when there were two. He refused to provide or show me video. He refused to look at first pass which would show no damage and compare to 2nd pass. I mean they have the videos for both passes with 10 min of the passes. . This is typical to customers that report damage according to BBB and online reviews. Now an expensive repair I am stuck with on a new vehicle. I wish I would have read the BBB and google reviews for damages before I used this wash. They have a repute on for denying damage claims and they cause much damage. read more

Quick Quack is the place to get your car clean efficiently with quality. I have had no issues with their cleaning facility as I have had trauma with my car being scratched at other car washes that use machines. AJ helped me to choose my subscription plan--the "Lucky Duck" and I would say that it is worth every penny. AJ was a very kind and attentive worker that enhanced my experience at Quick Quack. I called customer service about the quality of the wash. The brushes don't hit the back right side or back on my car. I called CS rep and he said sounds like a mechanical issue I need to call the location myself. What??? I've been to this Quick Quack location a few times so far and have been satisfied with the services I received each time. I personally went from being one of those individuals who would wash their own car every weekend to having my car washed for me every few months (if I remembered). Since the recent rain storms didn't clean off the dirt on my car, I decided to finally take my car to be washed. Thankfully, Quick Quack Car Wash almost always does an amazing job of getting my car squeaky clean. The vacuum cleaning stations are well-kept and have some well-meaning rules to make things run more smoothly. I've never encountered an issue where the vacuum cleaners or air blower things didn't work. They also have several trash cans where you can discard any crap that you have to throw away from your vehicle. As briefly mentioned, they do have rules listed right by each vacuuming cleaning station. Some of the rules include: patrons not playing loud music and that there is a 10-minute time limit to clean the inside of your cars at this station. Customer service here is good. All of the staff I've encountered have always been friendly and knowledgeable of the services this establishment has. Each staff does greet you and asks which membership you'd like to purchase; however, you are not obligated to purchase a membership with them. I do appreciate how they do not pressure you into buying a membership. The only reason why my husband and I do not plan on purchasing memberships with Quick Quack is that they don't have any tools to assist in cleaning the windows and windshields on the inside of our cars. I've cleaned my windshields on my own at my home many times; however, I always end up with streaks on my windshield. It would be nice if they had tools to make cleaning the inside of your windshield streak free. 4 out of 5 stars. read more

Not very helpful. This quick quack is not friendly. They do not do a good washing before you go in, they don't scrub your car good before you go in AT ALL. And they will not fix the issue. I will not be returning at this location. They are not friendly. Poor customer service overall. I drove all the way back there to see if they would let me go through the wash again, they wouldn't they then made me WAIT in the line for 10 min to exit, but wouldn't let me go through. Do not use this business!!!! I took my vehicle in for the first time. By the time I exited the carwash, my passenger side mirror had been torn off . I immediately reported this to the attendant on duty. They retrieved the mirror for me and stated that they did not cover side mirrors. I later noticed that there was a scratch along the side of the door and set up an incident report. No one followed up until I called their corporate office. I requested that they replace the glass that had been broken and pay for the touch-up paint that would be necessary to cover the scratch that was on my door. They finally responded and said that the claim had been denied. I have used several car washes in the past, and this has never happened. I've attached their reply. read more

I visited Quick Quack when they were offering their free car washes. I wanted to try them out and see how it was. Service was good. Pushing the monthly program and asking for your email. No mirrors in wash drive up so it's hard to see where your tires are. Before entering the wash they provide a couple dash wipes which was a nice touch. The wash is very good, lots of suds and the blower at the end is surprisingly strong and really dries your car. They offer a self serve area that you can park at and vacuum your car, blow out vents and wipe the dash. The vacuum is very strong so you'll need to hold your mats down. **It would be nice for them to offer some rags/towels so you can dry off your car. I recently had an issue happen and I documented it as I am very observant with my vehicles when it comes to scratches or damage. First off they will take pictures but team leads don't work on weekends so then you have to wait and they will reach out to you by email and not phone with a generic response telling you that the equipment they use is state of the art and they don't take any responsibility. I have also read articles that QUICK QUACK FACILITIES DO CASUSE DAMAGE! I tried them out today. She said "If it's not clean, come back and we'll run it through again". Everything went smooth. As I was running errands I saw some bird debris and other dirt left behind. No big deal, I'll stop by again on my way home. Dude was looking at my receipt asking what time I came through today. Hmmmmm. He said policy is to only get a second wash within 5 minutes. No surprise to anybody I'm busy just like everybody else. If I'm going to inspect my car for missed spots, I might as well as wash it myself. We were just looking for a quick quack car wash until we encountered Miss Stephanie on 8/28 at 3:45 pm who decided she was going to be condescending when I requested a one time car wash, informing me that this area must be on hard times since everybody was turning down the monthly subscription ( in her own words mind you) assuming I couldn't afford it and if that wasn't enough she had to add that I must not wash my car very often since I didn't want the subscription as she said in a very snarky way again implying that I don't care about my $52,000 car. Why she had to even say what she said is beyond me but I didn't appreciate it at all. To top it off the car wash itself was awful, my windows didn't get clean nor did they dry. IF YOU WANT TO PAY $4500 FOR A CAR WASH, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! On August 27, 2020, my daughters took our VW Jetta through this car wash store off of Leisuretown, on Walnut Road in Vacaville. During the drying portion of the cycle, the large door at the exit fell on top of our car. The door landed just above where my my two girls sat and then dragged across the sunroof until it smashed the rear windshield and trunk. The technician working at the time said the door just fell and was in no way my daughter's fault. Luckily no one was in the backseat. The manager told my daughter to take it to an auto body shop he named where "it would be taken care of."He told her more than once that if she reported it to our insurance company, it would go on her record. Later, when I came to get the car, he told me the same. Given the car was not driveable, that the manager was unable to provide me any legitimate written next steps regarding Quick Quack's process for repairs, and my lack of confidence in anything said, I filed a claim through my auto insurance. It took over 2 weeks to complete the repairs with a follow up visit due to glass found in the back seats and trunk after we had driven it a couple of days. I left it to my insurance company to deal with Quick Quack after September. Crazy thing is, my insurance reached out to me to get my assistance regarding QuickQuack contact info because no one from Quick Quack would return their calls. Last month the insurance company said they could not resolve the situation because no one from Quick Quack would respond to their outreach. They suggested small claims to recoup expenses. What is most concerning to me is the lack of customer service across multiple levels of the organization. Given the severity of the damage (to no fault of my daughters) and the potential for serious injury, I actually thought Quick Quack would check on the girls as their customer incident report form stated we would hear from QuickQuack in 3 business days. In the past six months, despite my email and repeated calls to the customer service number, I have yet to hear back from anyone at Quick Quack. This incident, how it was handled and the lack of assurance that the Quick Quack takes this type of accident seriously is completely unacceptable. With all the options out there, I strongly recommend about any other car wash as it would have to be a safer choice with better service. Don't be fooled by all the bells, whistles and lights. read more
