Avoid Quick Quack Car Wash. Their machine ripped the side mirror off my car during a normal wash. The attendant had to shut the system down and hand me the broken piece. I filed an incident report immediately. Days later, corporate denied any responsibility because my car is "over 7 years old." That's their excuse for damage caused by their own equipment. This wasn't wear and tear. Their machine broke my car, and they refused to take responsibility. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to stand behind it. You're on your own. I want to thank KiKi finding my prescription glasses which had fallen out of the vehicle when I opened passenger door to vacuum and never noticed them missing until I arrived home. Normally great, employees and friendly, wash was good, but the towels OMG. Ever smell a really dirty kitchen sponge? That's what their towels smelled like today, and the smell transferred to my hands ahead of a 2 hour drive. Never had this happen before in my over a year as a happy member. I use several of their locations and all have been great until today. They used to dry the towels which was super nice but probably expensive. Leaving them damp is OK, they still dry, but I'm guessing that they got left somewhere wet for way too long. Once I can write off as a big goof, but if it happens again I'll cancel my membership. Slow and rude as shit. For a new car wash location it's pretty disappointing how slow and rude the women working here are. 20 mins to even check in? Snide remarks about the signage and the wait? Maybe you should establish a lane for new members so your older members don't need to wait. I have been a member since 2022 as I live in Anaheim, and this location is trash. The 1 star review makes sense. The car wash itself is great once you can finally make it into the wash. Quick Quack as a whole is convenient and easy to use. Been several times and the towels that are offered to utilize are always wet, never any dry towels. If you going to offer towel service, what is the issue with not having dry towels. I even went @ 8:00am it was not busy and the towels were all wet. read more

We signed up online for the unlimited car washes. We were able to go through the members line when we got there. The machine had a little trouble reading our license plate. Andres was super helpful and told us the trick for our odd license plate position. All the employees were kind and helpful. We had just got back from a wet trip to BB, so we had to go through the wash 3 times. I highly suggest tucking in your Sideview mirrors. read more

I DROVE DIRTY! I will never go to any Quick Quack again! I was all excited about the new Quick Quack in Yucca Valley. The ceramic car detergent sounded luxurious. I'd never heard of the name before. I got a free car wash and am glad I didn't have to pay or buy a subscription. Even when I "won" a "free" trial subscription, they tried to charge me a dollar. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. That isn't free or legal. You shouldn't have to pay to claim a prize. That's Scamming 101. I think it's quite interesting how reviews keep disappearing on this Yelp page. Another reviewer here said the same thing. It's a glorified automatic car wash with a light show. The detergent was good, but I can buy that in an auto supply store. My license plates were filthy, all my windows were still dirty and the paint still had bird droppings on every panel. It was free, but that is how a business drives subscriptions. I've been to automated car washes before and knew I needed to go a bit slower than usual so the car would get clean and dry. The rude jerk at the end of the car wash told me I was going too slow for others behind me. I sped up a TINY bit and I told him there was still water on my back window. Then he blamed me for going too fast! Then I found out I had to dry the car myself? I didn't even bother using the vacuum or running it through again. Give me a full service car wash any day! UPDATE: The owner gave me the same blah, blah, blah reply he gives everybody. He should personalize it, as every customer's situation is different. My business offers a guarantee as well. However, most customers aren't interested in going through confrontation. They simply find someone else. I understand why. So thank you Quick Quack owner in Yucca Valley, as I learned from this experience why customers weren't interested. It's because if you say you're going to perform a service, do it right the first time. I agree. The car wash itself was fine, though it only lasted 30 seconds. The sales pitch before hand was irritating. I understand the workers are just doing their jobs, but their "check in" process involved taking my license plate number, asking me several times to upgrade, trying to "relate" to me by explaining why I need to upgrade to a membership, etc. It was pushy and I feel like corporate needs to stop with the sales pitch stuff. It was weird to have a guy leaning by my window giving me a sales pitch for 5 to 10 min straight and refusing to stop and just let me pay.
