I'm a service member, this is by far the worst Jiffy Lube I've been to. I went for an oil change, air filter, (oil filters are integrated directly with the fuel pump assembly inside the gas tank.) Not A JL quick fix, battery check, transmission fluid exchange, tire rotation and reset the tire pressure monitor. The car had been sitting for an over A year. I put stickers inside the tires and the air filter Compartment. Had a 3 minute discussion with the manager, he said all can be done. It was 1.5 hours till closing. 20 minutes later, car is finished, paid, start pulling out and noticed the tire pressure monitor hadn't been reset. I asked where they put the transmission fluid b/c it's difficult to find in a Challenger, while I'm looking at my bone dry windshield wiper reservoir, neither the manager nor the technician who lied & said he did it could tell me. My battery is in my trunk, at no point did they open it. The tires were not rotated nor was the reset done but he took my locking lug nut. No courtesy fluids were topped off & no battery check. I wrote the CEO and BBB that night. My entire service was reimbursed to me and I had to pick up my lug nut. Like little man children, they offered no apology, the technicians wouldn't talk to me after I tried to be understanding & the manager still said I lied about the reset request. They offered free services but no way in h$ll do I trust any of them. CEO tried calling a couple times but there was nothing to say so I deleted the VM. The manager said I lied and never told him that I wanted the tire pressure monitor reset, as if that was the main problem. I'm not the sharpest tool but I had a list I read from of the things I needed done and was even happy to come back another day if they needed more time but I can remember a 3 minute conversation of him saying yes to everything. No idea if I had my oil changed or just topped off. read more

I needed my oil change and headlight replaced and told them I had a coupon. I'm guessing my oil was changed since I paid for it, but no one verified with me and showed me the oil stick. I break check or headlight check. They were all done and I had to ask again about my headlight "oh yeah we didn't have it" was the response. I asked which one I needed and they said I don't know I would have to open your car again. Just go to the store and buy one and I'll replace it. So I went to O'Rileys and bought both since the other was fading too. When I promptly came right back with it he said he wouldn't replace the one that wasn't burnt out because it would be too hot. They ask forgot I had a coupon and had to refund when I reminded them and he seemed annoyed. Overall no communication. The car next to me they were calling things out the entire time, but with mine nothing. I also didn't get a new sticker to tell me when I need to get my next one. I've never had this service at any other Jiffy Lube. read more

Everyone was super helpful and nice. They changed my oil, topped off my coolant, and evened out the air in my tires so quick. I was there for less than 20 minutes. It literally felt like a NASCAR pit crew, I'm not even exaggerating. I said I'm never returning. My car had transmission issues later and had to get repaired. We only went there for a oil change since we had the check engine light on. They did it pretty fast took about 10 minutes to do the full oil change and to get ride of the check engine light while another car pulled in at the same time, a oil change will cost you about $100. They did pretty good work and were nice I don't know much about cars but they seemed pretty professional doing what they did. We were just coming out of Joshua tree national park. I was going through Twentynine Palms and stopped by to see my Marine son. As I was leaving I noticed he needed an oil change and the transmission fluid was low so I offered to take care of it. On base and right off base they were booked so headed out to the good ole Jiffy Lube. They did his oil change on the spot and topped his almost empty transmisión for free. Fast efficient service, provided the safety checks etcetera and he was on his way. I've went to jiffy lube one time in my life and will not be going again. The customer care was amazing the work was fast and the people were nice HOWEVER! These last couple weeks have been hell for me and my brand new car, I've had to take it to the mechanic multiple times to hear that there's SAND and DIRT in my oil. With jiffy lube being the only company to ever change my oil in this vehicle they're the only culprit. Now I'm stuck with a 1500$+ mechanic bill and a vehicle that I can't drive. The first time I came here for an oil change the workers were super nice and professional!! They did it efficiently and even gave me a military discount. My husband takes my car today and as soon as he pulls up one worker throws a chair and the other other throws his hands up as if we had interrupted something. While pulling up the man telling us to pull in was getting mad because the car wasn't completely straight. Mind you he's not giving the best hand signals to help us so... then the workers start starting about an*l and genital to butt conversation. Pretty sure I took my vehicle there (pre leakage), everything was fine, up until they came to notify that my oil pan bolt was stripped... and ever since it's been leaking. I go back to tell them what's wrong only to be told that sometimes the crew forgets to clean up the "excess" oil from the change... nothing done help with the problem. Which I guess was "clearly" my previous fault when I changed it myself that resulted in no oil leaking. I'm not quite sure if whoever changed my oil tightened my oil pan drain screw too much clearly stripping the tread. ... but now my oil leaks. When it didn't before... also when the guy changed my oil. He asked if he should just remove the o ring that was meant to hold and secure the oil pan screw to my oil pan... maybe that's the problem but the guy servicing my vehicle clearly had no idea.... This place was better off when Leonard was running it. It's gone down hill. read more

Been coming to this jiffy lube for about 5 years now . Always reliable and gets the job done efficiently and quick . I enjoy going to jiffy lube because they will update you on your vehicle ( what needs to be done now / in the near future ) every time. They also go over what they completed to your vehicle as soon as they are done with it. Great and loyal staff there that have been there for awhile . Cecil is awesome and very knowledgeable. I like their honesty too. It's hard for me to trust mechanics or anyone working on my vehicle , but I never had / have any problems with the jiffy lube here. We have used this location in the past, service was great then. This location has touched every car we have, and never a single problem. An excellent group of gentlemen that really work hard to be customer service oriented. Gretted with a smile by everyone. Very friendly and inviting. We had our transmission serviced today and as before a great experience. No stupid questions, no belittling due to being female. Got us in and out quickly. Had no issues what so ever. It's a little bit of a drive for us. But for sure we will not bother with the other businesses closer to us again. I had my oil changed the other day and I was as pleased as I am when I do it at home in San Diego. From the moment I drove in on a weekday, was greeted by one of the younger dudes that worked there, to when Alberto the other young man explained the oil change prices to me, it was a positive experience. As always and as most places, they will try and find out if you need anything else done because that's how they make their money...come on people, all you have to do is say no thanks if you don't need it, don't want it or can't afford it like me. I have been to some hardcore, high pressure shops and in fact, I like the challenge, but this Jiffy Lube is not one of them. The vacuumed my dirty car, cleaned my dirty windows and left the front door open when all was said and done so I could just slip in and drive away. One more thing, when I checked in on Yelp, I was able to unlock an additional $15 off the total price so you might want to hang on to that bit of info until you are told what the total price is with the inevitable discounts they give you for this or that. If I lived here, this would be the only place I would come...fast, friendly and a decent price. Ladies, don't be intimidated to come alone. Ask questions, they will answer and use your good judgment. I just got my oil changed and tires rotated by the fabulous Mr. Leonard, I was greeted with a million dollar smile and was tended to immediately. He provides exemplary customer service, if he hasn't received a raise then I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube give him one! Getting my car serviced and vacuumed took no longer than 30 minutes, which actually surprised me because the dealership likes to keep my car for 2 hours when I go in for a basic oil change. If you're still teeter-tottering on the idea of going to our local Jiffy Lube, just go in and ask for Leonard. He'll check your car thoroughly for anything you may need to repair or replace! Side note: bring your own coffee because the free coffee they provide doesn't taste all that great, then again.. it's free! read more

I'm probably gonna be one of the few who will give JL a good review but, really, I have no complaints. I started taking my vehicle there last summer. My husband also gets his oil changed there. They are always extremely nice, and have GREAT customer service. Most places will just look you (as in, a woman) up and down and think they can treat you like you know nothing about a car. What makes this a great review is my experience in the past few weeks. A couple of weeks ago I tried to take my van to WalMart for an oil change. I figured it was cheaper there, and I was there anyway. Well. I go shopping around WM, and come back to the service department. I sit and wait for a good while, and finally they call my name. The "mechanic" comes up and says, "Sorry ma'am, we couldn't change your oil". Uhm, what? Why? "You have an aftermarket oil plug". I don't know what the hell that means. he explains that it's used to make oil changes faster, and that by law they are not allowed to remove them. Hmm. Ok. I didn't get charged, so I pack up and go. The next morning I go to pull my vehicle out and notice there's drops of oil on the ground. Very weird, considering they "couldn't" change my oil. I take it to JL and as usual I get great service, and have my oil changed. Fast forward to today - two weeks later. My engine, after a lengthy drive to and from San Diego, has started making a horrible sound. When I accelerated up to about 3rd gear, the sound would stay and get worse. Weird. I thought, hey, maybe it's my transmission? I don't know *that* much about cars, but I know enough to check fluid levels. Transmission was fine, so that was out. On a whim, I decide to check the oil. There's *nothing* on the dipstick. Not good. I take it up to JL and they were aghast that I had such a low level of oil. I wish I could remember their names, but two or three guys spent a good 20 minutes figuring out what was wrong. It turned out to be a gasket on the oil plug that was missing. This means that WalMart actually DID open my oil pan up, and lost the gasket. Don't worry, they'll be getting a nice little letter regarding their lack of work. JL refilled my oil, and showed me what kind of oil plug I had, and what part it was that was missing. They suggested that I could go to AutoZone and see if they had the part, but if not, to come back in the morning (they were about to close) and they would try to order the part for me. [As it turned out, AZ did not have the part nor did they really know what I was talking about, so I'll be going back to JL]. I have to say, that's some GREAT customer service. I have heard complaints from others about JL, but personally, I've always had great service there. EDIT! JL wound up ordering the part for me - free of charge. It took about five days to come in, but as soon as it did, I received a call from the manager. In between the time it took for them to diagnose the problem and have the part come in, they refilled my oil once (again, for free!). I cannot say enough about their excellent customer service! read more

Danny and KJ there worked on it together and not only did all the checks like pros but even did a quick windows cleaning and vacuum (is that the norm??) and explained how next time my oil is low, jiffy lube offers its customers free oil top ups (how come no one else tells me this??)
