When possible I like to support small independent local businesses and made the call for an estimate . Dan the owner spent a lot of time at our in home visit to review the scope , made great suggestions on 2 new pots and pan drawers and assured us we would not know they were refaced but would look like new cabinets . We chose a beautiful Maple wood with new drawers on amazing soft close silent hardware . The work crew was professional , skilled craftsmen that figured out every little corner and angle to perfection . I am amazed at the quality of work . The transformation is stunning . My adult daughter just saw the new kitchen today for the first time and was so impressed she thought it was all new boxes from the ground up ! We recommend better than new Kitchens 100 % for refacing .They are an honest local company that delivers on their project promise.

Then Dan came to our house and spent a significant amount of time with us explaining our options, showing us samples of cabinets, and answering all of our questions. We opted for several additional options on top of our initial estimate, but we never felt pressured to add or upgrade anything. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid. We really couldn't be any happier with Better Than New Kitchens, and we LOVE our new kitchen. I'd highly recommend working with this company!

He and his two efficient workers came 8 am sharp. Worked all day with no break and left at about 4pm with kitchen and bathrooms looking like new and no trace of them ever being there. Jeff and his crew are very professional and truly know what they are doing. If there more stars I would truly use them. You can trust Jeff. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. At the agreed upon time, Elvis, the owner, arrived with Corey, one of the team members, to review the project. They provided detailed information on the work that would need to be performed and the cost. It was all very professional and, I must say, quite impressive. When I accepted the quote, a date and time to complete the project was set. Elvis, Corey, and Chase arrived on time and began the work. They kept me updated on what was being done to correct the problems. In my situation, the issue was several doors not closing appropriately, one of the doors being my very large, very heavy front door. When all work was complete, they invited me to check each of the doors to ensure it was working as I expected. They completed all of the necessary paint touch ups and did a very thorough clean up. Chris responded promptly and came out to put the carpet back in place; stretching, trimming, smoothing around corners and in the closet, as well as fixing two areas in which we had to cut the carpet to pull it back after the saturation.
