After that, I made sure I called ahead to find out the exact price for what I needed. I called a month ago about the price of three vaccines and I called again yesterday to verify that the price was correct. I was told it was correct. I took my dog for her appointment today and was once again overcharged for my visit. When I questioned it, she went to the back and checked with someone, came back and told me that the overcharge was correct. I have been a business owner in Canton for over 38 years. This is not how I conduct my business. If your staff made a mistake, you should honor the mistake in good faith. For $33 they have lost my business forever. It's not the $33, it's a matter of trust which has been broken with every visit.

He stood arguing with me there while my dog was in the other room and I was a mess having the weight of putting down my best friend! Where are these people's 5 star reviews of these doctors they call amazing and great? They are quick to throw out 1 star for other reasons but don't have the time of day to appreciate these vets.
