He made me sound like I was the stupidest person in the world by the time I left. I don't pay people to make me feel stupid. I spoke with the front receptionist who was very nice to me but was told that I could not talk to her about anything that I had to talk directly to the owner. What a mistake. I thought when you went into a business and told them what you wanted they said OK and then told you how much it costs. That was not the case. They basically made it sound like the signs that I wanted they couldn't do or did not want to do them. I went to another sign company and I was amazed how easy it was to get my product. I would not walk back through the door of this establishment if they were giving stuff away for free.
