My Honda CRV was damaged in a 4-car crash in Wenatchee recently. This business was the only shop out of 3 in town who could provide the estimate in a timely fashion and agree to work with my insurance. Not only did they help me through the arduous communication requirements, they did it in a respectful and professional manner. While burdened with parts delivery problems due to ice storms and hassles with insurance, this small shop delivered my Honda in as timely a fashion as was possible. I had been in an auto accident and had to have my KIA Forte 's bumper overhauled. It took about 10 days due to waiting for parts. However, when I picked up my car, I was very surprised of the quality work. Not only did they replace the bummer, but they completely detailed my car. Reasons to not go to Wenatchee Body and Fender: 1. They quote you for a weeks worth and then take two weeks to finish the job, and don't give you a discouont for taking an extra week. 2. While they're taking their sweet time with your car, they give you lots of excuses for why they don't have your car done. 3. They say they'll call you when it's in the paint shop, when it's getting washed, when a part arrives, and when it's done and never do. 4. They take a week before the job to order parts they'll need for it, and then after having your car for 11 days they realize they need another part and get it late. 5. After you get your car they call you two hours later claiming their mechanic left an expensive snap on tool in the hood of your car. Being car illiterate, you remember some red stuff in the hood and say you might have it and that you'll look real quick. Taking your mechanic of a husband with you, he discovers you found a battery cover and not an expensive snap on tool. So, you call them to tell them your findings and agree to take the car down to let the mechanic go through it to find it. After going out of your way to go there, the mechanic looks through it and says, "it's really weird that your wife said it was here and now it's not", over and over again. In essence, calling you both thieves and liars. Your husband finally looks at the guy and says, "I'm not stealing your tools dude" and the mechanic says, "Well it doesn't matter if they don't have the charger for it", again calling you a thief and liar. Save your money and go elsewhere for all your collision needs. You'll be happy you did. read more

I was very surprised with how quick my F-150 was repaired. They were polite to me when I dropped the truck off. My truck had been rear ended, and they kept the people from my insurance informed on their progress. They also did some body work with my truck (outside of the rear end collision), and I was very happy with their work. Thank you Wenatchee Body and Fender! The only thing I should mention is that when my mom and step dad went to go pick the truck up for me, they felt guilted because the individual they were dealing with said that they'd miscalculated how much time they said they were gonna put into it. DO NOT GO TO WENATCHEE BODY & FENDER!!! Paint runs in the fender, multiple paint defects in the cowling around the grill, several new scratches in other parts of vehicle, paint doesn't match, didn't repair broken headlight plug that I told them repeatedly about, left under hood light off, was told it would be done in 2 weeks, it took 5 weeks and got a CRAP JOB!!! read more
