I needed a custom T-Shirt for a special occasion. I communicated online with the owner and told them what I needed. Their designer turned the art work around in 1 day and it was perfect. They offered 2 different T-Shirts, a pretty standard cotton shirt and a premium cotton/poly blend much softer and comfortable than standard. They also carry polo's and sweatshirts and a variety of products. What impressed me the most is they print right on the product making the shirt more durable then heat transfer types. Their price was 1/2 of the other quotes that we had received, and they got them done in less time than promised. What an absolutely horrible business. I reached out asking if they could meet specific requests: shirt type, color, screen printing, etc. The initial response was quick and filled with "Yes!" Only to find out none of what I wanted could actually be fulfilled. Rather than an honest and honorable business, I felt like I was always having someone try to sway me or lie to me in order to keep my money. Ultimately, when I went to pick up my order it was incorrect. Poor print quality, wrong color, wrong type of fabric, not screen printed. One of the designers recognized the mistakes instantly, while the store manager denied everything. Trying to convince me I was wrong rather than the order. I appreciate that someone identifying as the owner reached out, but they did not provide a solution and did not respond. While I was at the store, two other customer came in to pick-up, neither of their orders was correct nor fully complete. Stay away. read more

They always make very good quality and reliable shirts and are on time. This order little frustrated as I was having sweatshirts made for department of corrections and they messed up the sleeve that says "lock it up" it was on there but going the wrong direction and I didn't have time for them to fix them. The platoon was upset but still liked them but overall good company. read more

Something very awful as happened with this business Once Upon a Time you could go in there and get a t-shirt print it up no problem. I just went in this business not one customer was in there. I wanted a very simple t-shirt printed up with a name on it. I was told that they were very very busy. How are you busy and you have zero customers in your store. And if you do have a backlog that won't require you to print up a t-shirt with a name on it that would take perhaps maybe five minutes to print you're losing money. If anyone knows a small company that that can print t-shirts would you please let me know where they're located phone number Etc and remember if you're looking for a T-shirt and you want it turn it up with a company that has no customers and their store don't think it's big frog custom t-shirts because they won't do it read more

I had a Thanksgiving shirt designed and done here and was really happy with the way it turned out. Now I did bring in my own shirt from another store, so I can't review their actual t-shirts, but the design process was great. I had an idea of what I wanted and Anne was very helpful in assisting me with the font and color choices. I was really happy with the color choice process... for example, I wanted part of the design to be red and we were able to click on a large color pallet to get just the right shade. She was also able to create a preview of exactly how the shirt would look, so we could adjust the size accordingly. The turn around time was good too - just a few days. I guess the only suggestion I have for this place right now would be for them to create a comfortable seating area for customers who have to wait. Right now there is nothing. read more

Knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Very efficient, explained my options and gave me time frames and delivered product on time. My son waited until the last minute to get his school project completed so I was concerned that even if we got his original design to the shop there might not be time to get it printed on the T-shirt and back to the teacher before his due date, or that it would be really expensive BUT Big Frog exceeded expectations- great product and great price! read more
