Ordered several simple approximately 8x3 and 10x3 banners from this company over the past 7 or 8 years. Generally perfectly acceptable even after several months of outdoor duse. Unfortunately the last one ripped at the grommets after two weeks which is crazy. Weather wasn't out of normal for the summertime in NYC. Sent an email to customer service a couple of days ago and zero response. I guess they don't actually care much about problems with their product. read more

If I could choose -0- stars, I would. This company is among the worse I've dealt with to get simple parking signs. I am a 45 year sign contractor and usually do these signs in house. Pressed for time, I reached out to esigns and they said no problem. What came to our facility was terrible quality, printing on 40% of the sign face instead of filling up the entire panel. I complained and they did nothing. In the end, they simply put me on hold or hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and they should really get out of the sign business and stop making things worse. Window decals were printed on a cheap looking printer. It looked like an old school inkjet printer. The vinyl lettering decals weren't lined up on the grid, so the final installed sign was off, I removed it and luckily I ordered a spare in case I messed up in the installation, and the next vinyl lettering sign wasn't lined up right on the paper - waiting for a local sign shop to re-print for me. They offer a "Goof Proof" guarantee and it was very challenging to get them to refund, and they wanted me to pay for the shipping back which exceeded the cost of the decal. I do not recommend this company - spend the extra few dollars and have a reputable local company print it. read more

Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this. read more

I've bought a couple standing banners from them over the years. The second to last one I bought was an economy retractable -- it started showing signs of wear and tear pretty quickly, but since the product page clearly only rated it for two days of use, I feel like I got a fair deal on that. After going to a number of events, I realized I needed to upgrade to a banner that's more durable so I got a top of the line double sided retractable silverwing. When they shipped it, they just tossed in the end caps on top of the banner, which ended up scraping the metallic finish on both the base as well as the end caps. One of the endcaps even got split. The banner itself is well printed and was shipped quickly, although the bottom is a bit wrinkled on one side, and like every past order I've had with them, the retractable banners always have a bit of difficulty feeding back in straight as it tends to want to tug to one side or another. In this case, I was able to polish out the base, not retract it the whole way, and just not use the end caps. The end result looks adequate, but I definitely feel like I overpaid for what I got given the defects. read more

Checked status online, order delayed a week with no notification! Now they are refusing to refund money because they are unable to communicate with production. Item hasn't been produced yet. Recently I have been asked to create/design a banner for a business (I am not creative at ALL). So I study how to use publisher and used templates. I looked around locally to print banners at a good price. OMG, like posters these suckers are $$$. So my friend goggle suggested esigns, what the heck! Uploaded my files on a Saturday night, and POOF the banners are delivered to my house on Friday. Pretty good turn around from MI to AZ, and shipping slow UPS. I am very pleased with banners. I designed two banners for inside my seasonal business to let the traffic passing by know when we were opening. I designed them on a Friday afternoon, upgraded the shipping option so I could get them by Tuesday (I ordered after 10 am, so couldn't get the next business day delivery). Took me about 15 minutes on the site. LOVE he banners! Very heavy duty; would withstand the brutal winds we get here in NW Ohio (even though they are inside). Grommets seem nice and sturdy too.
