The Dr. Pharmacist is one of the nicest and caring people..has treated me very well since I've become a customer / patient. He has assisted me with my insurance company and answered all my questions..working with me and my Dr. For the best possible treatment...you CAN NOT get service like that at a CVS or Walgreens..trust me!! And all the kids who work here are all so sweet. Even a few years ago ( before I was a regular customer ), I got my Covid shoot here ( under protest as a NYC First Responder..facing termination if I didn't comply with vaccination mandates ), they were so understanding and sensitive about my concerns. It was fine then a random employee called to confirm I didn't want to sign and all of a sudden the packages started being delivered to a ups location. The pharmacy denied doing it, but ups said the pharmacy requested the change. I'm incapacitated and unable to get essential medicine. They won't fix it after I've tried fixing it over four times. It delays days of medication. I find this poor service and bad medical care.

So, the I call the insurance company, and they tell me it's not too soon, I should be able to get it. When I have said this to pharmacists in the past because I believe they aren't counting the days correctly, they have all told me they make their own rules. Then there are many other rules to abide by. You can't pick up a refill from 30 days after the doctor sent it in, you have to wait 30 days from the day you pick it up. They just make it impossible
