As we stop for food, we notice the car feels weird. We see one lug nut busted off, and the wheel is rattling. We had the 2010 Subaru Outback checked by the dealership, and had our local seattle Les Schwab do a rotation right before we left. As we limp the car into the Grants Pass Les Schwab, the manager says 'let me take care of this...' Thirty minutes later the car is on a lift. Within an hour the car is fixed. Seemed a bit high so I continued shopping. Went to Southern Oregon Tire and 4x4. Told the gal at the desk, Dannie (forgive me if misspelled), exactly what I wanted. She quickly gave me a quote that was $300 less than the other shop. I thought to myself, "why?", but didn't ask. No need to. I double checked that the price quoted included mounting, balancing and any other fees. She assured me the price was all inclusive. It was. I couldn't be happier with my new set of Cooper Tires.

Then the tire changer said it's not because he could see cords and I didn't get it aligned so I had to pay for a new tire this time too. Sooo, why didn't they tell me I needed an alignment last time I was here and just do it? And why did the lady say it was under warranty when it may not have been? She didn't say "unless." She just said it is. I will not be coming back. I wish more people could see that they are lying crooks and go somewhere else.
