I have been wanting to purchase a watch from Throne for sometime. However, if I am going to spend $500+ on something I typically like to see it in person first. I made the hour or so drive out to their Brooklyn store for the first time a couple months ago when I was in town - only to find out that it was closed. I emailed them asking to set up an appointment because maybe I thought it was by appointment only. By the time they responded to my email (which was a week later) I was out of town again which was unfortunate. Now, fast forward six months to the present day. I am in town for a couple of days. I email them again asking to set up an appointment. No response. I check online again and call their listed phone number and get an automated response system which lists the store hours and it should be open. I even attempted to reach their store representative several times to no avail. I drive all the way out there and it's closed again! Look, if you're going to have your store hours posted online along with a automated response system confirming those same hours, you better be open. Hopefully no one else makes the same mistake as me. Don't bother trying to visit the store - it's a total waste of time and expensive gas.

I was in the market for a new watch to mark a life event, and through a few months of research, I…read moredecided to get myself an Omega. I reached out to Element in Time as a customer from out of state, and they offered the BEST price shipped. I contacted them about the piece and was told that though it is not physically in stock, they would be able to source the watch and to give them a few days. For the price I was quoted, I was more than willing to wait. Personally, I'm a customer that has no problem missing out on the in-person "AD" or boutique experience, especially if it could save me some money. In a day I was sent a message, letting me know that they were able to source the watch, and I just had to be patient while they received the watch to inspect and forward on to me. My new Aqua Terra is on my wrist a week later and I can't say enough good about Element in Time. They were prompt with responding to all my inquiries and kept me posted on the status all throughout the process. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future as life happens!
