I have been coming here for years and the service is second to none and the prices are wonderful. I have had earrings fixed, bracelets repaired, watch batteries, you name it.....this small one man shop has epitomized the perfect idea of small business!!! Larger chain businesses are trying to run him out of business and it's not fair! I hope they stay as long as they want providing excellent service to Brooklyn! read more

There's always a line when I pass by, now I know why. This guy is good. I came in with 3 watches. 2 for a battery replacement and the other to get links taken out. I was done in about 10-15 minutes. All for $27. You get a warranty on the watch batteries. One of my watches was a 1 year, the other was 2 I think. He even sets the time and date for you! He told me something about one of my watches I knew nothing about & I've had it for about 2 years. It's true, you learn something new everyday. He also repairs jewelry as well. This man needs a bigger store! Cash only. Luckily there's a chase not too far away in the mall. read more

This guy is the reason I come to the mall! He can fix anything. I had a piece of crystal from a store in mall who said they could not repair my item. Quickly Fix did it in one day for $15. Hope he stays forever! read more

In a word, amazing. My Seiko watch stopped running and I knew it was time for a new battery so I called the number listed on their Yelp page and spoke to Chrissy. She explained to me that because Kings Plaza hadn't opened yet, they were operating from a different location, not too far away on T and 58th and she would arrange for her husband to meet me to change my battery. How convenient is that! I had a really great feeling from talking to her on the phone. She was so friendly and down to earth and loved how she explained that they use Swiss batteries and provide a one year warranty on the battery. Wow, I was so impressed so off I went to meet her husband. It felt like a covert operation. Ha! When we met, he took my watch and got right to work with his extensive bag of tools. It took about 10 or so minutes and voila, I was back in business with a running watch! The price was extremely reasonable too and he reiterated what his wife explained about the one year warranty. Very nice and professional man. Great business and great people. Highly recommend! read more

Great and prompt service. They answer any questions you have on jewelry and watches. They helped fix multiple watch batteries, which have all lasted over two years. I also had their help in removing links from two watches so they would fit better, which was done promptly and a super fair price. They've been around for a while and are usually super busy, but always turn things around super quick. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area who needs something done while you shop around! read more

I brought my watch to get repair at 2 other jewelry stores. Both of them wanted me to leave my watch and pick it days later. I remembered that this shop was in the Mall and was happy they were able to fix the broken band on my Michele watch on site. read more

Best Watch Repair Ever!! Fixes watches while you wait, or come back in an hour or two, after shopping. I've used him multiple times, always satisfied. He even educates me on watch care so it can last longer. Thank you! Offers a guarantee on batteries, one year or free replacement! Does jewelry repair too. And all at a fair price. I can't get better service anywhere. I come to Kings Plaza just to come to this little shop that does amazing repairs. (then I do some shopping too) read more

The middle-aged repairman, probably the owner, was wearing a sweaty white undershirt. Not professional, but it was hot and humid and at least it wasn't a beater. No smile offered and short on words, but gets the job done quickly.
