I just had to pay a copay for my visit, which was great. Prior to our area having a children's hospital, I took my 1.5 year old there for a broken collarbone (now 17) - they took amazing care of him. Dr Solmen, the only orthopedic foot and ankle specialist in the area, did a tendon repair on my right ankle several years back. I now see Drs Musser and McElroy for my back. Excellent providers who take the time to explain what is causing the issues, discusses multiple (when possible) treatment options and takes the time answer all my questions. They also have an orthopedic urgent care clinic to help those who've been injured and want to skip the ER. Definitely two thumbs up!

When I went to rapid care I specifically asked the young PA whether I had wax in my ear as previously I had an impaction with hearing loss years ago. She said I had minimal wax and my ear was normal. The competent PA at Southwoods insisted I had significant wax and they first tried to flush it then he manually pulled out big clumps out of both ears !! I saw it . My hearing immediately improved also. And they had the nerve to not even help with regard to my flight. Pure incompetence. I am a doctor that has covered hospital Emergency rooms and I was insulted by the care I didn't receive at their center. I shouldn't have to pay them and I expect an apology and a call from the supervising doctor .

HIPPA violation when revealing blood and urine screen in front of my mother. My father is the only person who has written person period! The downtown hospital is filthy, they are understaffed and rude. The staff made me feel like I was…read morea burden and so I was hesitant to use call button for anything. They admitted me and I received medication I could have taken at home and was not even there 24 hours before they discharged me with the same meds I took there and no improvement in how I was feeling and I had pneumonia. The managers treat the employees like they are beneath them, their training is poor and I personally would not take my dog there.

We thought his nose was broken so my wife took him here. Again, same fast and professional service and they are great with the little ones when treating them. And no, my little guy's nose isn't broken but it sure looks like it is. This is an urgent care/ambulatory kind of place. If it something too serious for them, they would send you to a local full service hospital by ambulance if you so choose. Great alternative should you need emergency care that does not require a full service hospital. I will not go to any other urgent care place except for this one based on my two experiences. Dr. Kalli doesn't just give an adjustment, she answers questions (I have a lot) and explains the tools she's using in a way that isn't over my head with doctor lingo. She knows a ton about her field and about wellness in general, but she simply provides info and leaves the space for me to make my own choices. A refreshing experience after often having to deal with doctors who condescend to you when you don't take their advice or want another opinion. I usually don't realize how much pain I've been in until after she's realigned me. Now at her new location there are so many other services (I'm excited for the reiki!) to engage with and the space feels friendly and welcoming. Sidenote the address is 1111 which is a super positive/lucky number. In short I'm happy to be able to get medical treatment AND be treated as a whole person at the same time.
