It's one of the best golf courses in WNY, so if you don't like long rounds, get a dewsweeper tee time like I did or play in the afternoon. Anything in the late morning or early afternoon means the course will be packed. It's beautiful there and the for t nine starts you out with a relatively flat layout and then the back takes you up and down in elevation where the ski slopes would normally be. Hole 11 is really tough with a narrow landing area and a ravine to hit over to get to the green. Beautiful golf course and well worth a trip to Ellicottville and playing a little more to play a round there.
