Quigley's is my local corner bar in Ridgley's Delight, so that makes me biased, but I would come here every night to see Anna and Laura. Unfortunately, they only work Wednesday (Laura), Thursday - Friday (Anna). Great cute personable bartenders. Tip them well. Besides the fries, irish wings, irish nachos, burgers, and cheesesteaks, I have tasted the new menu and give thumbs up to the crab dip, Anita's Italian Wedding Soup, drunken shrimp, and rockfish bites with spicy aioli. 40s of Natty Boh, 24 ounce Sierras, and shots of Jameson are always available. Great jukebox, especially if you like U2 which is often played. Three tv's in this nice neighborhood bar where you are generally treated with respect and not ignored. Close proximity to Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium and one block from the Babe Ruth Museum. Stop in before or after the game. On the girls' off days, ask Quig, the owner, for his DeNiro impression. I argued with the bartender that we had 2 each and the bill was wrong, to which she tried to correct me and treat me like a retarded child. I'm quite sure I was older than her, and I don't drink more than 2 beers on a week night. She said we had 6 total and we were paying. Talk about RUDE! So she charges my card, then says, " there's NOTHING you can do about it!" I refused to pay it and will dispute this with Visa, until then, forget this place. Yes 5 stars, awesome food and really great prices, great drinks, not only was it great all around , the owner Jim, came out and made sure my wife and I were taken care of , found out I was from buffalo New York which he turned into the chef, he wanted to make sure his wings were up to buffalo's standards, and the result was 5 star, thank you Jim !, also his crab cakes were 5 star as well , my wife truly enjoyed them! Five words: THEE World Famous Irish Crush. The superior Baltimore version of it's more pretentious Ocean City sister; the orange crush. Quigley's version is precocious, but never overwhelming, pro-pallet-exploration, but never overtly challenging. The same punch, pickup, citrus notes, and smooth drinkability, but with a staunch whiskey pride, rather than the accompanying vodka guilt inevitable with the more common "Orange crush". read more

This is possibly the worst bar in America. We went in for a Sunday event and ordered some pizzas and it took more than an hour to be served. The chicken tenders were frozen in the middle and the fries like cardboard. Owner said he'd make it up to us by getting us a round but ended up charging us $6 a shot and billing a guy I know in the neighborhood. $12 for a vodka Red bull, nothing on tap and a rotten business model. Maybe they'll find new ownership in the near future and save the place from "your boy." Keep in mind I've never written a poor review on Yelp, this place is categorically terrible. read more

Awful!! Walked into a completely empty bar at 6:30 on a Sunday night. Stood in the bar for a complete minute before the bartender/owner appeared from the basement. My brother asked for a Miller Lite in a bottle and he pulled out a can, popped the top and handed it to him. I asked if he had Michelob Ultra and he said he had Miller Genuine Draft. I told him I didn't want that and he said "What's the difference?". I asked him why he was being so rude and mean and he said "I have been up for 48 hours and don't have time to argue with you!" We wanted to eat and watch the basketball game but felt so uncomfortable that 3 of us shared one beer and then left. He was extremely rude and arrogant. great little pub just a block off Camden yard. Great service and good food. When crab cakes are a plenty in Baltimore these are heads and shoulder above most in the amount of crab to breaking ratio. I went in here recently before the game because it is dead any other time with a few of my friends and loved the barmaid Liz but the owner was rude and creepy and we had to wait forever for our food which turned out awful. Half-Irish is a great bar that is in walking distance of the inner harbor. The food and drinks are very affordable. I had the drunken irish wings (buffalo and whiskey) and that was one of the best tasting wings I have ever had. We had a larger group and service was the best here that we have seen in the past few days. I will have to come back before I leave. read more
