Nicole is pleasant to work with. Her process from start to finish is very professional and efficient. When we got one of my daughters photos back we noticed an odd reflection on her lip that we hadn't noticed before. Without being asked, Nicole fixed the photo and ordered a new print for us at no cost. Her initiative is greatly appreciated and shows that customer service is a priority for her. We will use her exclusively for all of photography needs in the future.
