It's all about the finish and finishing strong, and that's where Quik Quality Car Wash comes up a little wet...when it should be dry. If there are water spots on my car after a beautiful shine, is my car really clean? The air dryer at the end of the conveyor is good but it just doesn't dry everything as needed. There should be a person with a towel for final wiping to eliminate this complaint. One of the main reasons I go here is local flavor offers a 1/2 off deal for the $20 car wash and shine service. Definitely not worth $20, but worth $10. Especially in winter time when I don't have to get out of my car. I'm not thrilled about the conveyor possibly banging up my wheels, so I'm not sure I'd bring a brand new car here with nice rims. Altogether a pretty good place for a quick wash and go. read more

Disappointing service! Paid $424 to get my truck detailed and now the navigation buttons don't work. I called mangement after the detailing and asked for help. I was told it was not their responsibility. I asked for an email address so i can send the video of the navigation buttons NOT working. He asked me if NAVIGATION buttons were working before I dropped off the truck. I told him it was working because we drove from MD to PA for thanksgiving and the navigation was working fine . I told him I had videos to share of the malfunction. Manager Dominic refused to provide email address or discuss my concerns or watch the video. Indifference! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. Requested and paid for an Ultimate wash and Super interior. Got home and opened the hatch and found a poorly swept cargo area. I called the car wash to let them know and requested a refund. After talking to the owner, I was told I needed to come back in, and they would redo cleaning. I explained I didn't have the time until next week. He told me if I couldn't get the car in sooner, I couldn't get it redone. I didn't want them to redo and waste my time I wanted my money back. I needed to pick up company at the airport. I told the owner I would review the car wash and he started yelling at me and dropped the F - bomb and hung up on me. Be aware, AAA members.. the discount has been reduced from 50% to 25%. Yes I understand why they would reduce the discount but it was a great benefit for someone who spends the money for AAA membership to be able to come and get my car cleaned and vacuumed for less than 20 bucks, but that is no longer the case. The quality of work done is not horrible, but my windshield was left very streaky. I suppose you get what you pay for. read more

Let me start by saying that I didn't yelp this place before hand and I regret it. I paid $100 for a full interior detail. I came to pick the car up and the cup holders were still dirty. The middle console was not cleaned out properly. Stains weren't removed. I told Curtis about the issue and he came out and cleaned it up. But still not how it should be. At this point I just decided to leave and do it myself. Not worth coming to this place. Don't waste your time. It is cheaper here to get an interior detail than elsewhere but you get what you pay for. I also used their Quick Lube Service as well. If I could give star minus' I would. This place is incredibly shady. After having my oil changed, I noticed my truck was leaking oil. I took it to my mechanic who informed me whoever changed my oil last did not put a new seal/gasket on which was causing the oil leak. I called and tried to talk to the manager about this. He was extremely rude, got loud and argued with me and basically said he didnt believe me. I will be reporting them to them to the BBB and do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

The owner was equally rude as his employee at my last visit. He seems to know everything about everyone and if you say something to the contrary your a liar. This establishment does not even deserve a single star. The personnel is sketchy and the business is a complete rip-off. I went there to get my car's oil changed. I heard a loud clicking sound, a loss of power, and the Chk engine life light came on after the oil change. I immediately turned around and took it back, and they offered me every excuse that it was nothing they did. I informed them I'd be right back after I get a mechanic to look at it and drove it straight to the repair shop. It turns out that these idiots flooded my 1st cylinder and coil/spark plugs by spilling oil all over the place, according to a diagnostic examination. I had the mechanic undo what these knuckleheads had done. He emptied the oil they put in, flushed out the extra oil they spilled all over my engine, The mechanic was shocked to see how black the oil was when they drained it because I had just had the oil change an hour ago. These con artists didn't even replace the old oil, yet they charged me for one. This is the worse car wash ever. It cost $30 to get a car wash and vacuum. This did not include the doors and cup holders cleaned. I will never go back there. It cost $149.95 (plus tax) for a full interior and exterior detail, which is terrific. Since I was waiting for the car (I couldn't leave it there for the day), they were kind enough to expedite the process to closer to three hours instead of the typical 4 hours. When I left I noticed that I was hearing more wind than normal. Turns out the weather stripping of my door was out of place. I called back only so that they could FIX what they messed up. The owner denied that this even happened because "they didn't vacuum my weather stripping. They vacuumed the carpet." OBVIOUSLY! Someone who was working on that side must have accidentally bumped something. They would not issue a refund and I was told to take my car to my mechanic. I would think twice before taking your car to the Quik Quality Lube which is right beside the car wash. I had a coupon from Clipper magazine (a local magazine with coupons for local businesses), for $10 off a Full Synthetic oil change. You have no choice, that is the only change they offer the coupon with, which is of course one of the most expensive oil changes they offer, which is $79.99. I think this price is quite outrageous for an oil change, but I agreed to it, since I was already there with my hood open and I'm sure the oil pan underneath my car was already being drained by this time, as it's a drive-thru service. It only took about 15 minutes, maybe even a little less time than that. So I must have had "sucker" written right across my forehead, because the boy came over and told me my bill would be $93.76. I didn't get it: How could it be that much more with a $10 off coupon? I asked if the coupon was taken off, he said it was. So I paid it while I was still in shock and disbelief that I just paid that much for an OIL CHANGE ONLY! It turns out that they charged me for extra quarts of oil because my 2017 Dodge Journey required it?! And they also charged for an oil filter, which was $9.95!! Shouldn't these things be included in the price of an oil change?! I was not told that I needed these things, nor how much I would be charged for them until after it was said and done! I saw another review on here that called this place "shady" and I would agree that may be a good term here! I've been there before (a few years ago) for oil changes, and they were reasonable. Yes - you do get a free $30 car wash out of the deal, but that's definitely no reason to charge over $90 for the oil change. I have no problem paying for a good job. I do have problems with over priced crappy service! This place stinks. I paid for their top of the line wash. It cost like $28. When I checked out the inside, they didn't even vacuum my car. When I brought it up the guy took my car out back and barely vacuumed anything. When I got home (because I was in a hurry) I looked over my car. What a piss poor job they did and this was not the first time this happened. WARNING: Their car guides severely damaged the alloy wheels on my Mercedes costing me over $300 to get repaired. I didn't notice until a week later when I re-washed the car. Nothing else in the meantime could have done that type of damage. My husband and I took both of our cars there today. Both were in bad need of a cleaning. $56 we are terribly disappointed. We paid extra for the rain-x treatment that we were told included wiping down dashboard, center console, etc. I was able to wipe dust off with just my finger that they had left behind.
