I spent money over there getting a phone. I bought everything in cash everything for chargers a speaker and different kind of charging devices. I can't get away from them every time I fight with them I pay what they tell me to pay. I tell him I wanna be released released this phone. This phone is a piece of shit has not worked since I bought it. I thought it was just me took it into Apple. I was so impressed. Oh my God this guy got to my car went home. The phone was just as bad as when I left them all so I will never ever get an apple again mine heat up. I have to put it down for a while and take it off a charger because it gets so hot. I don't even have time to tell you everything wrong with this phone at 65 years I thought well let me get me a nice phone. I've had them before, but let's get a nice phone and then that's gonna be it. That's gonna be it. I got the worst crap phone. I got the worst crap help from them every time I try and call there's more money on my thing. How can that be I pay my bill in full I cannot tell you how much T-mobile screwed me over now. I'm here. Gotta talk to my doctors because I'm disabled and I need the phone. This makes me so angry. It's like I just give up.

I was told that I can keep my old plan and get $1100 off with trade-in, leaving me to pay less than $100 in a span of 3 years, which is only slightly more than replacing the battery at Apple, so it was a steal. I've recently experienced issues with my iphone 7 battery. The battery would drain really fast so I took my iphone to Quik Repairs and the owner, Sal, was very friendly and quickly went to work. He even took the time to explain to me possible issues that happen with iphones and the signs of them. I learned some interesting facts and signs of a bad battery which occur on the inside of my phone. He quickly, but precisely replaced the battery and even helped clean my speakers and ports. My iPhone glass shattered at the top after too many drops. I took my phone to Quik Repairs today and Arturo replaced the glass and added a screen protector. It looked brand new again. They close at 6 and I called to ask if I could come in at 5:45 for a screen repair. He said yes, so I headed over. I got there at 5:45 and he replaced my screen super fast.
