My original battery health went down to 77% It was time for a refresh, so I decided to take it to Arturo. He was very friendly and helpful with explaining the process and how it works. I was able to swap in a new battery in 30 mins. The newly replaced battery even displays the new health percentage. Service was amazing and I had a great time at the shop! If you have an older phone and plan on holding onto it for a while I highly recommend you to replace the battery and it'll make it good for another few years. read more

I had to take one of my Samsung S7 phones in for repair- water damage this time! I watched as Arturo carefully took it apart to reveal... water! It was still inside the phone! He dried it out, replaced the swollen battery, turned it on and... nothing. It wouldn't turn on. He tried a few other things, but no, the phone is dead and I will have to replace it. He put the phone back together and gave it back. I waited to hear the cost of all this, and when I asked, he said there was no charge since he was unable to repair it. Who does that??
