Came into this store to open a new line and get help from an associate to get a new phone at 6:30pm on a Saturday. Spoke to Aaron and he was not helpful what so ever. He insisted that I could change my plan on the T-Life app and was giving off a "I'm almost off work and don't want to work anymore" I went to another tmobile earlier this week and the guy there was much more helpful and informative. I ended up just leaving bc he just did not want to be of any help. I'll just go to the other tmobile. read more

They still wouldn't do it so my granddaughter had to do it to where I'm on her plan now and with Spectrum and then I'll pay off the $69. The worst in my life had to have the phone seen at Apple three times I took in the phone a year when I had it. I'd like to thank the team here for actually helping my mother in law phone situation. They were at the Buena Park location before, that led to hours being there when we showed up, that led to her phone not being in "warranty". I knew it was and the worker there just wasn't doing his job. I decided to come to this location but before I did, I called and they already seemed more understanding. I get there and not even being there for 2 minutes, they are going to warranty the phone and explained that it is in fact under warranty! Came today to buy a new apple watch. Got here at 10:15 and Mario helped me right away. I told him I needed to be in Orange by 11 so he got everything done in 30 mins for me, which was great! Knocking off a star because I got home and no wall plug. When I called I asked why wasn't one offered to me? I have an iPhone 11 with the usb charger, so mine doesn't work. I had my phone out so I feel he should of asked me if I needed it. The store is small, but the service was friendly. All in all good location. read more

Although the T-Mobile Store in La Habra can be unpredictably busy at times, it remains my go-to location for all my T-Mobile needs. The reason I keep coming back is the consistently excellent service I receive here. No matter how crowded it gets, the staff always manages to be helpful, professional, and efficient. Last time the line was extremely long and wait time was around 45 minutes to be seen. During my last two visits, I had the pleasure of working with Aaron, who was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. I've been helped by other team members in the past, and they've always provided great service as well. Compared to other T-Mobile stores in the area, where the service and expertise can vary, this location stands out for its consistency and high-quality customer care. He was understanding and compassionate about reducing her bill since she is on limited income and partially deaf. He presented all options and ultimately she was able to reduce her monthly bill. Went in to do multiple things. Trade phones in, upgraded, pay lines off, transfer data...etc. Ivan sat with us and did the math to make sure I was getting just what I wanted and wouldn't be paying more than I am. Then he proceeded to transfer data between a couple phones, one phone took 4+ hours, and didn't all while I was able to run errands, go home, etc. He called when it was all done and the new phones were ready to go! read more

Switching cell phone carriers after coming to this location I originally got my phone from. This is the only carrier to run credit to see if you qualify for a phone. Not the issue in this scenario. Why would i come to a brick and mortar location to do all the work of upgrading my phone myself. What is the worker there for if i have to complete the upgrade my self? How are you going to staff people that do not even know the promotions or have a promotion that doesn't say online only and not offer it in store? Worker was even too lazy to see if a phone was in stock. I had to use my t-life app to figure it out myself. Needless to say I did not do an upgrade because why would I lose out on $250 headphones that the carrier is giving for free on promotion that a store cannot honor. I'll definitely be going back to AT&T since the quality of staff knowledge and customer care is trash for this carrier. read more

I have to say that I usually accomplish what I came in for...new phone, watch, phone repair, etc., and the wait time can be excruciating due to the # of customers in the store, but if you time it right there is hardly any wait time....usually 6:30pm or later. Anyway, my two star review is based on two things. One, they don't seem to hire proficient staff, as evidenced by the fact that there is a lot of turnover and the staff that is there can't seem to complete a transaction without help. May be a training problem, but I was being served by the manager yesterday and he was very proficient, but he kept getting interrupted by much younger staff members for a # of issues that they couldn't solve on their own. My second complaint is that no one I interacted with was very amicable....from the person who signed me in, to the manager who served me, to everyone bugging him with questions. It would be nice if the staff were personable or friendly or cheerful or made you feel they were glad to be of service, maybe a little smile, anything except the behavior of someone who didn't like their job and was just 'phoning it in'. I have drywall in my garage the has more personality and is friendlier than everyone that worked there. One thing I noticed is that when two young guys who weren't busy were joking and laughing and having fun, but that didn't translate to a pleasant demeanor with customers. Be careful with them and the insurance they have if you still have yours. They screwed me over 600 when we had a deal in place to prevent from happening. It did after I was told it wouldn't, that was over 4 days ago I've spoken to multiple team members and even talked to assurant. They told me to basically eat di** for two months. Basically told me that my family being impacted my this doesn't matter. Lack of remorse or response even though I'm taking other financial hits from this. It was money not supposed to be spent, it was spoken for. As I told the call agent. Now they can care less and I was advised to "sell some things" Horribly disgusting. Stay away from them. If you have a phone already mint mobile is dramatically cheaper as I've done my research. Now I'm going to continue to spread the word. I hope no one ever has to go through what I went through with them. There was far more things impacted but this isn't the place to unload all this. I just wanted to make sure no one ever gets shafted by tmobil like I did. Because they will and will more or less tell you to go f yourself. F me. F my family. I was very disappointed with my Experience at this store . I went last weekend to see what trade in offers there were for two lines that i had with "sprint " and the salesperson insisted that we could not migrate out numbers to T mobile and had to get new numbers if we wanted the trade in value for our current phones ( NOTE 3 and iphone xs max ). So because we didn't want to get a New Line .. we had to Purchase one phone outright with no offer or trade in credit . I decided to go into another T Mobile Store for my phone just to inquire if there were any other options and it so happens that they WERE able to migrate my number with no issue , but bc the La Habra Sales rep stated we couldn't .. i lost out on a $830 Trade in credit for my phone and $315 Credit for my Phone.. This was so frustrating and Upsetting especially when you've cost me over $1k in credits all because you wanted to make a commission . Anyone with a Sprint account be aware .. they just want you to get new Lines to get a New Customer Commission ! read more

Two times I have gone to this location to file a claim on two phones and I have always been told I "need" to complete it online or call a number and when I'm doing either/or it tells me I can also do it at the store. How can I start ranting? I highly dislike T-Mobile! I feel like if I'm paying an exaggerated amount for my phone, T-Mobile can at least give me great reception, no dropped calls or even fast Internet Service! I wont be holding my breathe!!!!!! This was the second time I stopped by to purchase a phone. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. Got me taken care of quickly and I was out of there with my new iPhone 12 Pro Max, a new activated sim for my iPad Pro, and switched out my 4G LTE sim to a 5G provisioned one for my Note 20 Ultra. Don't understand why they would tell somebody to go in pay $5 to get your phone replaced when you get in there and all they do is show you how to get online and do it on the internet. The first time I came to this store was 8 years ago. As my first experience, this visit was excellent and Bill assisted me. The store was getting busy and somehow he managed to multi task 3 clients (including myself) at the same time without anyone feeling neglected. Customer Service center was busy as Bill was trying to get through to help me. After waiting 30 mins, Bill asked if I wanted to come back so I didn't have to wait any longer and he would call me with an update. I had errands in the plaza so Bill said he'd call. Sure enough, he called with an update and apologized that he was still unable to reach anyone at the Customer Service center. After discussing back up options since the store was closing, we agreed on a plan for me to return the next day (my request) he was at the store. Shortly after ending the call, he was able to speak to Customer Service center and finalized what I needed. The store was closed, so we agreed for me to return the next day and he would ensure the items were ready since he was off the next day. Next day, I came to the store and spoke to Kash. He mentioned that Bill asked him to have everything ready to go so I wouldn't wait at all. Kash was trying to get me on my way as quickly as possible. I appreciated his efforts and our discussion on Business product lines that TMobile offered. Bill's attentiveness, product knowledge, attention to detail, multitasking multiple customers, follow up, and welcoming gesture is an absolute asset to this company. As a business owner myself, it's hard to find someone like him who cares about the customers than a paycheck.
