Do not come to this place, I came in with my phone working perfectly fine just needed the screen replaced because of a crack. The kid went through several screens still didn't work. Something went wrong when he was installing the 3 party screen. I was sent to an other store to see if they could fix it, unfortunately it wasn't able to be fixed. The other store informed me nothing was wrong with the phone no water damage phone was still turning on however the screen wasn't displaying. Terrible service the worker even lied to the owner saying my phone wasn't turning on. Even when the worker himself got the last screen to work and handed to me ON everything working even with the crappy screen they gave me. As I walked out it turned black. Took over an hour just for the guy to tell me there wasn't anything he could do. When I arrived he said he would try and get it working I asked how long it would take him and he said about 30 mins and that he would call me back when it was ready. Left and about a little more then an hour had gone by and I had to reach out to them for in the end him to tell me it was ready to be picked up and he wasn't able to fix it then. I would need to order a part wait till next day and pay 50$. I ended up looking into other places and found a spot 10 mins away that could fix it in 15 mins for 29$. So hopefully for next time and other customers they can provide better timely services read more

I wish I can give more stars but the fact that I had to go back again after picking up my laptop from being "fixed". The picture of my laptop after they supposedly fixed the screen. Not only that but customer service needs to improve they done greet you until they get up from their chairs and they give no explanation what's the issue with your items unlyou ask them. I have been coming here for years and this is the first time I have had a problem. My sister broke her laptop the corner was all smashed and the laptop wouldn't close correctly. Took it in and waited for them to call me, later that day they called and told me what was wrong and how much to fix it, in total it would be around 180 bucks I said that's fine go ahead and fix it. The next week they called telling me it was all fixed and to come and pick it up, when I arrived the backend of the laptop was loose on the opposite side of the laptop from where it was broken. Showed the front desk guy and said this shouldn't be loose and have someone look at it. Later that day the technician called and told me he would have to order another part for the back end of the laptop but his parts guy said the part for my computer was on back order and that it may take 2 months to get it. I told him that's fine he could keep the laptop till the part comes in, but he suggested super glueing it and taking it home then when the part comes in bring the laptop back, I told the technician NO I don't want it super glued I actually want it fixed, and that it was okay if you keep the laptop for 2 months. I got a call the next week saying my laptop was fixed and to come and pick it up, when I arrived my laptop looked fixed till I flipped it over the back part was super glued. I told the front desk guy I did not want my laptop super glued I wanted it fixed and that I was willing to wait 2 months for my part to come in and I'm not paying for a broken laptop that's super glued. Later that day the technician called me giving me some BS story about why he super glued the back of the laptop saying it was to reinforce it. I told him to just take off the super glue and fix my laptop I don't care how long it took just don't super glue it, he said okay and that he would work on it personally. I got a phone call on August 8th from the technician saying that my laptop is all fixed he took off the super glue and that he wanted to speak to me personally I said okay and we made an appointment for August 9th at 1:30. I get to the store at 1:10 and the front desk guy says there's no technician he's running late and won't be in till 3:00. So at this point I'm beyond upset so I tell him I'm just here to pick up my laptop and even though I was quoted a price of around 180 he tells me the total cost is $222, I tell him I was quoted around 180 and he just shrugs and tells me that's not what the receipts say so I asked him can I have copy of the receipts he tells me I can take a picture of them. This has been my worst experience dealing with the store and I've been coming here for years and even recommended them to my family members and because of my experience here with them I don't think I'll ever be coming back or recommending them. read more

Had an emergency with my iPhone. This morning, a portion of the charger stayed inside the phone. Contacted a few places in the area and they were closed. Called this location and brought the phone in. It was fixed in 15 to 20 minutes while I waited. Computer and cell phone repair shop that is recommended. I was able to charge my phone back up. Terrible service. Overcharged me just to fix a issue that messed up. They stole most of my original parts and replaced them with knock off stuff. My phone has been acting slow and even moving on it's own. I had to go to another technician and they told me they had put a chip inside my phone and they also never put my face id on. Oh and they also forgot to put three screws inside my phone. This place is terrible. If you like you be scammed and want to keep getting your phone fixed by these guys. Don't . They'll charge you for the shit they didn't even do right. The owner was a total creep to my wife as she went alone after the first time he met us. He tried hitting on her and pretty much flex that he was some big shot. You own a iPhone repair company buddy. Anyone can do that. Next time i won't be coming in for a repair. These guys are sketchy, brought my phone here for one thing and then 1 months later a different issue started happening. They just don't put there all into really fixing iPhones, they specialize in putting a bandaid over the problem and then boom you're back there again because their work sucks. FACTS: Owner sold me a broken used charger for $20. Drove back to my house and wasted an hour and a half trying to get it to work. Brought it back and told him no problem just find another one lying around that works (I don't even care if it's used). Then he said he has another used one for me that works, "but it's made by HP and that's a good brand so this one is going to cost me an additional $15." Dude is out of his mind. A brand new charger of the same variety goes for less than $20 shipped on Amazon. I wanted to shop local and see if I could get something on the spot rather than wait the 2 days for Amazon.
