This business is good for all other services it offers except for these 2 shady male cashiers (either father & son or relatives) that refuse to sell lotto tickets. They often would tell their customers either a)their machine is down (understable to a certain extent); or b)powerball tix have sold out already (head scratch moment). All other cashiers I've done business with had no issues whatsoever except for the said 2 cashiers. They're working this afternoon (9/5/25) for those that are wondering. read more

In high school I went through a car was with my Toyota Tacoma with the side mirrors that didn't fold in and witnessed the arm of the car wash break of my driver's size side mirror. That was me in high school, me now goes to no touch car washes and Quick stop has that! The pressurized water does a pretty good job washing my car and I do have to get out and wipe down some of my car (bottom tail window(I drive a Prius)). But that doesn't bother me too much 'cause it always happens anyway. All I can say is terrible customer service. This is my usual go to as it is only two blocks away from my home. There's always something going on here but I tend to ignore it. This evening due to the storm I wanted to make sure I had gas in my car, so as I'm trying to pay at pump I realize that it will not let me put more than .15, so I try another pump and once again not working. I go into the store and the cashier accepts my payment and tells me it might work better instead of paying at the pump. I attempt to put gas in my car once again without any success, I go back into the store and let her know it didn't work, and I asked her if the diesel gasoline is having problems. Another woman answered from one of the other aisles, and says "yes, didn't you see a sign that I put on the door " and I said unfortunately no I did not, I would've thought that the pump nozzle would've been covered. She said well it's raining and I'm not trying to get wet so you just have to figure it out it's not working. I understand it's raining but we all have our jobs to do and this was a part of hers. read more

Man, how often do you pull up to an oasis to find friendly people, happy to see you and happy to help you? After our Team winning the double header tonight, I realized that I only had a whiff of petrol left in the tank. Barely enough to get home and certainly not enough to get to work early the next morning. I arrived shortly before 9pm. This location is at the intersection of Cement Hill and Peabody (the Northwest corner). It is well lit and has many pumps to choose from. We went inside and one employee was sweeping up, one was doing administrative tasks and one was behind the register. We were greeted by everyone as we made a beeline to the soda dispensers. There were Slurpee's, soda's and even extra flavorings (for free). There are also canned and bottled beverages, snacks and necessities. And the price of gas was very competitive to boot! My experience is quite frightening. Recently I pulled up to the store I parked in the last parking spot it was dusk had my twin sons in car seats . Well this tall skinny black lady I know was a employee at quick stop , she was dressed all in brown and had a name tag. Anyways my window was half way down when she runs up to my window and trys to hand me $20 and all she says "it better be good". ! Clean place.. stopped off to pick up an energy drink on my way to get to the softball fields. Prices are a little expensive. But location is convenient to run in and out. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their job to make the process quick and easy. A plus since I'm always running around with my head cut off and in a hurry. The location even has a food area for fresh food.. nachos.. sandwiches... chips... drinks... Don't waste your time or money going here. On several occasions I've had a bad experience here with there cashier Louie. I have been refused items (Alcohol/tobacco) more than once and questioned about my appearance regarding my ID picture. I've gotten a little older and have facial hair. One time he told me to have my ID updated. Ive never had any issues with any other clerk nor been carded by other clerks because I'm clearly old enough to be purchasing my items. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. read more

I stop by here all the time because of there prices. The cashier are very friendly and the store is always clean. The fast food selection was typical of a gas station. That was until they added PIZZA. If you come in the morning grab a slice because it goes quick. Okay I know this is a gas station but I do frequent this spot because they have the best prices on gas. This experience that I had was completely random. So this gas station has at least 16 pumps, well today there was at least 10 that were not covered with "sorry this is out of service" plastic bag. I finally found a pump that was not taken and go through the whole process of payment. Then I proceed to pump gas into my car but nothing happens. The numbers were not moving and nothing was happening? It was almost like the pump was out of gas. I wasn't the only customer that was having this issue. EVERYONE couldn't pump gas. Then more people were circling around in their cars just staring at us all dumb founded on why we couldn't pump gas. I went inside along with a few other people explaining the situation to the cashier. Not once but three times I attempted to pump gas. I ran my credit card three times when the cashier told me to try it again and nothing. Then he disappeared. Then I saw that other customers were able to pump gas. I had to ask a fellow customer and they said oh yeah no problem go for it. So I pumped my gas no problem. Might I add it was $73.00 for my tank of gas which is not bad for a full size truck. Either way, yes I would have liked a little more communication from the cashier about what was going on. Then again it is a self serve gas station, and 99% of the time I never have to go inside to get assistance. But I'm a little mad because I was told to "try" my card three times and nothing happened. I checked my online banking and I have 3 transactions pending plus one more where I actually pumped my gas. I hope I don't get fees for the attempts? That's not fair and it is not my fault there was a malfunction with their system. The stars are for their price.... read more

Four stars because the place is amazingly nice! It's clean and the stuff is nicely put. I entered the bathroom expecting a usual gas station bathroom. I even come veered my nose to avoid smelling it too soon. But it amazed me how good it smelled!!! It was pretty clean too! This is the only reason why I'm giving it a 4 star! The staff??
