Super clean and pleasant environment with nice employees constantly taking care of the place!

Horrible experience! The website says, last load in by 8pm, well I arrived at 7:45pm and the extremely rude Mexican lady that works there stopped me at the door telling me that they are closed! I looked in and saw at least 10 people in there doing laundry! I said, well your website says last load by 8 which means I still had 15 min to load. Well she started a temper tantrum and said that she is upset because she wanted to close early. I said that I wouldn't even use the dryer, just the wash and I could be out in 20 min, she still complained and said whatever. So I went to put load in, went back to my car to grab the other load and she told me NO! I can't add that one because it is 8! I showed her my phone which now said 7:47 and she flipped out even more... stomping her feet and bitching about it as she walked through the building where everyone could hear her! I was so upset that I took my kids clothes back out of the wash and took them out to my car! She didn't care one bit, still had a shitty look on her face and that was the worst customer service experience, soooo not professional and I will never be back! I will drive 10 miles out of the way to do laundry from now on! I hope she isn't the owner! That would be even worse! Wish I could leave negative stars!!! read more

I finally said sayonara to the dumpy laundromat on 28th Drive north of Cactus. It's 24 hours, unmanned in the evenings, no carts, lots of broken machines, dryers that don't dry and homeless people washing up in the sink. So this place is a dream in comparison! Clean, carts, machines that work, friendly staff, immaculate floors and everything. Even a clean restroom! It's a bit further to drive and I have to mind the time but I'm sold and very happy. Too bad it took me 2 years to switch. read more

It was my first time to this laundromat and I was greeted when I walked in the door and the lady with the black curly hair and nose piercing was very nice. She even offered me and some other customers a laundry bag. I'm here for my sons baseball tournament and next year when I come back I will definitely come back here. read more

They have pretty big washers and dryers here . Really nice and friendly. They sell masks. Have dispensers but I would suggest bringing your own soap and stuff. read more

I love this place! I drive across town to get here just because they are the best laundromat around! It is always clean and the staff is wonderful. The location has free Wi-fi. I've been to a lot of other laundromats and none compare to this one. when you go to a laundromat as a woman you are quite often afraid of the people that also go there. But not this location! I've never felt anything other than safe and secure. read more

I found this place after a horrible trip to the one across the street. This place took 2 weeks worth my clothes , clean/folded and ironed about 10 of my shirts and call me to come and pick them up with in 2 hours same day! OMG they done a outstanding job. It's been years since I've been to a laundry mat, but this was the cleanest one I've ever seen. I needed an industrial size washer/dryer clean to my families comforters. I walked in to get the lay of the land to see what was open & I wasn't even in there for more then 30 seconds before I had the attendant ask if I needed help. So friendly! Plus, while I was there both workers were cleaning & wiping down the machines before/after each use. Great place to get your laundry done! read more

Great laundromat! We went in today to wash our sleeping bags and large comforters. The place is spotless! I never saw the brunette, female attendant sitting down or taking it easy. She was cleaning, folding laundry, and offering us coffee or water while we waited. She is a gem! All of the machines were working and spotless. Great place to wash those big items. read more

Champ clean and respectful laundromat. It's well supervised and directed with help (assist you to a machine or two) once you walk in! Atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Folding Tables are cleaned after use. Machines are wiped down after use. Reasonable priced to wash and dry your articles. read more

Checked this place out this morning and did some laundry! As advertised the place is very clean and the owner/employees are very nice. One of the employees asked a customer if she needed help out to her car. That was great customer service! Prices are reasonable here. They have I believe 20, 30 and 55 lb washers and I believe 4-6 extra large dryers. Perfect for large loads. The 55 lb washers are $5 per load. XL dryers are .75 for the first 16 minutes and then .25 for an additional 7 minutes. All other prices for washers vary depending on load size but seem to start at $2 and top out at $5. Dryers seemed to be .25 cents per 6-8 minutes basically it comes out to about $2 for 60 minutes of dry time. The area is not ghetto. The neighborhood was built about 40 years ago. Just because the area was not built within the last 10 years ie north of the 101 does not make the area ghetto. Well okay, the Circle K on the corner could be considered ghetto Anyways, this place is perfect for laundry! read more

This facility is cheap, fast, and super clean! The staff is also helpful and friendly. Doesn't seem to be very crowded either. We like to use this place for items too large for washing and drying at home. read more

Went to do laundry today and found out our dryer was broken! So I came here and was extremely happy. It wasn't too busy, the gentleman working (who I assume is the owner) was very helpful and even helped me get my bags to the car while I wrestled my son into his car seat. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This laundromat has affordably priced machines. For comforters you're not limited to the largest only machines if the comforter is small. They take quarters, but there's a coin machine on site. Only 22 minutes to wash the comforter (less than half the time it takes to wash clothes at my apartment complex). Wow! I haven't been to a laundromat in 20 years, but an out of state move and no washer and dryer ensured I needed to find a place to do eight loads STAT. I came early to avoid heat and crowds and found huge washers and dryers. It only took 5 loads of wash and 4 dryers. In and out in about an hour. The lady working spent the whole time cleaning and wiping down every surface from the windows to the floors. Other reviews were right- cleaner than your own laundry room at home. This is by far the most neat and tidy laundromat I've ever visited. Within a minute the manager was offering assistance with the machines should we need help! The manager was barely sitting; she was cleaning, restocking and helping customers to/from their cars. Lots of coin operated machines. We drove from Goodyear mainly due to previous reviews.
