Quite possibly the nicest and biggest laundromat I have ever been to. They have machines that take from 10 pounds to 100 pounds and plenty of dryers from 35 to 55 pounds. No a single out of order sign in sight. Very clean and tidy. Attendant always cleaning and primping the place. First time here so wasn't sure how the coinless thing worked. The attendant was super nice and helpful, walking me through the process. The place was very clean and had a good assortment of different sized machines. I spoke to another customer and she told me the machines are wiped down every morning, trash was always emptied when full, and broken machines fixed in a timely manner. read more

The washers are great! And it's always clean. For a laundry mat in itself, it's a great choice. However. Each time I come there's always an awkward interaction with the employees. The website states they close at 10PM it was the first night in 3 weeks I was able to come to laundry. But I'm one person and it typically doesn't take me longer than an hour at most to do my laundry. I arrived at 8:30pm, and started my loads at around 8:39PM. My wash had already started and the worker came to tell me they were closed. I said "oh, the website says 10pm, and your open signs are still on" and I physically showed her on my phone the hours it says they're open until. She shook her head and said no and looked at me like I should pick up my things and go. I told her my wash had already started, She said "okay hurry then. Quickly quickly then" I sat here confused cause.. I can't change how fast the washers wash and how fast the dryers dry. Then she said "final wash is at 8:30, I leave at 10" I looked a little dumb founded because it's stated literally NO where that final wash is at 8:30. Again, I am one singular person who's loads take an hour to wash and dry. I don't even need to fold them at the mat. I am one singular person who doesn't have a lot of clothes in the first place. I cannot wash my clothes where I live and I have to spend $30 for 3 separate loads and to dry my clothes that way my whites don't turn pink. I felt very uncomfortable and outraged that it was apparently MY fault that they don't state their hours correctly. This is not a customers fault and I quite literally have no control over how long the machines take. Not to mention the bathroom is always unavailable and I'm treated as burden when I ask to use it. Again, the washers are great and the place is very very clean. And comparable in price, but apparently their hours are not correct. This place apparently actually closes at 8:30, and heaven forbid you get your last load in at 8:39. Update: The attendant has been staring at me, and watching my clothes, and telling me where to dry my things, not giving me any options. She won't leave me alone and made me cry. It's embarrassing to wash your underwear with a total stranger watching you. My living situation makes laundry a very big issue for me and I cannot believe how incredibly uncomfortable she has managed to make mad she keeps sending her son to check and see how much time I had left on my machines. I am disgusted and hurt truly. This is embarrassing for me and for her. She and her son watched me walk in, watched me start my load, and THEN told me "oh no we're closed" and now this?? Everywhere I go she's standing nearby watching me. And when others think you don't speak their language and use it to talk about you, the irony is astounding. I fully speak and understand Spanish and I'm hearing nothing but complaints that I even exist. This experience has gone from uncomfortable to full out terrible. read more

Amazing Laundry Center!! The lady that works there does an amazing job keeping everything clean! The place is clean, safe, and reasonably priced for the machines. They have Large and extra large machines. Also I thought it was cool the have machines dedicated for pet hair use. Like dog bedding you can wash and dry in those only. This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever used and the machines work reliably. It's a card system and I have found that the cards work with no problem. The attendants are always nice and helpful if you have questions. TV's are on and working, vending machines for laundry supplies, soda and snack machines available. So why not 5 stars? Well, it's very annoying when there is an outside commercial business that comes in every weekday (maybe they are there on the w/e also, I'm not sure) to do their laundry and they use the whole east side of the laundromat. Every single dryer on the east side. They do huge amounts of laundry and are there a good portion of the day. This greatly reduces the amount of dryers available for others to use. Not to mention the wear and tear on the machines. The staff from this commercial business are always pleasant but I really wish this laundromat did not allow commercial laundering here. Also, be aware that the bathroom can only be used when attendants are there (they are not there all day). And it does get quite hot in the summer time as the doors are kept open (no AC, just fans). Still, overall, it is a nice, clean laundromat. And check out Bruno's pizza next door. Great food! read more

This was my first time ever going to a laundry mat and I definitely picked the right one! The attendant was very helpful in explaining the process, how you pay etc.. It was very clean, she was constantly cleaning, wiping down machines etc.. I will be back the next time I have to wash quilts and items too big for my washer at home. read more

Not very impressed. We are first time customers and could not get a laundry card issued for the amount we needed to pay. We ended up over-paying to get a card. Of course there was NO ATTENDANT available to help us. I will stick to old fashioned laundry places where you can pay the exact amount with coins. read more
