Brought my king sized comforter in for a wash and fold service. The owner Ryan was so helpful and nice, he made doing business so easy. I dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon and it was ready the next day! My blanket was soft and even still warm from the dryer when I unfolded it. This laundromat has many options on how you'd like to wash your clothes. Top loaders, front loading, or even laundry washed by their employees by the pound. Largest washers can handle 55lbs! I've visited here twice now, once during a weekday morning, the other an early evening on the weekend. Both times I feel like the crowd is a 'clean crowd' wanting nothing more than clean laundry. This is the cleanest, most caring and respectfully staffed laundromat I've ever been to. Because their machines take coins they are easy to work other than the card swipe method I've used before. My clothes smell clean after washing and that's due to their filtration system, which is also a huge plus. The cost is cheap compared to other laundromats in the area, and though it may seem small it's well organized. I will keep coming back here! read more

By far, one of the cleanest most efficient laundromats I've ever been to. The owners are always making sure the establishment, washing machines, and dryers are always tidy by cleaning spilled detergents or sweeping the ground of laundry debris. Plus, they're really friendly and helpful! The laundromat is equipped with folding tables, laundry carts and baskets, sink washing station, machine in case you forgot laundry supplies, heavy duty washers for large linens or loads, and heavy duty dryers. As an event coordinator, I washed table linens in 3 loads and two drying cycles for a total of about $20. Overall, great place to get your washing needs done. read more

Customer service is amazing here. The atmosphere is welcoming and establishment is very clean. Even the bathroom! The girl even swept throughout her shift. It's a good thing too, because I have dogs, and fur tends to build up while doing laundry. The only reasons I'm now giving 5 stars is: 1) The machines are coin only. While they make it extremely easy to get coins via cash back on a credit card, I would love the convenience of a credit card machine. Plus, coins make your hands dirty, which ends up on the wet clothes when you transfer them to the dryers if you don't wash your hands every time you start a load. 2) I have experienced large machines that literally take half the time, and there are more of them. Albeit not in town, I have been in and out of a laundromat in 2 hours from doing 7 extra large loads. It took me about 5 here. 3) there was a lot more lint than I was expecting. The other laundromat I mentioned earlier (not in Phoenix) had dryers that made lint and dog hair disappear, so there must be dryers that mitigate that a lot more. I don't have a dryer at home, which is why I came. Next time, I will continue to wash and hang dry my clothes at home, and only bring the stuff like blankets and towels to the laundromat. I WILL be back, and I definitely recommend them. I just hope some upgrades are made soon. :) read more

It's my first time here, I have a washer and dryer at home so I don't normally go to laundry mats but I had tons of bedding to get done and thought it would be faster to get it all done at once. I looked and looked until I saw how this place has a five star rating and now I know why! The place is clean and the machines are well maintained and the best part of all is Tina!!! I absolutely love coming here to do my laundry. It's always clean, machines work and the staff is always there to help if you have questions. The have decorated chalk board signs all over with price info and how to load of you're having trouble figuring it out our simply ask one of the staff members. During the summer the owner had cod water bottles then upgrade to a cool filtered water dispenser. It's coins only, so make sure to take cash to change them out. The prices are extremely reasonable and the have all size washers. They also offer wash and fold if that's your thing ;). read more

I chose to tryout this laundromat when my dryer broke in summer and I had already washed my clothes. The people who worked there greeted me nicely with smiles upon arriving. They asked if I needed any help, which was surprising and nice of them, even while they were working on another order. The laundromat was very clean, and organized (out of the other 3 I had been to. At laundromat standards). There seemed to be a balanced mix of big load or regular load washers and dryers, and they even offer a service to do your loads for you charging by pound of laundry. The only reason I gave the laundromat a 4/5 is there didn't seem to be a lot of washers and dryers available. If the handful of regular size washers were broken you had to spend more on the bigger ones that were available. This was the same with the dryers. There were also about 5-6 broken machines taking up space, so this would have helped. But, all the machines available are higher in quality and fast, so only assuming that was the balance. I actually felt comfortable and glad I researched to find this laundromat. They are a place I will return to if any more home issues arise read more

Totally impressed with this laundromat, you never think much about a laundromat until you need one. That being said this place was immaculately clean, I needed to wash a very large and heavy comforter, a quilt and (3) king size pillows, so I used (2) of the $5 washing machines and all my stuff came out perfectly clean. To Dry these heavy loads I used (2) dryers with 2 dry cycles each @ $1.50 per dryer (total). My Comforter, Quilt and pillows came out completely clean and dry without looking over processed or still damp. They looked and felt new again. My apartment complex is renovating their laundry facilities, so I looked up a place nearby to wash my clothes. Found Quik Trip (a Saturday afternoon) read a lot of favorable reviews, and gave them a shot. Very clean facility, it wasn't too busy at the time, and plenty of working machines. I hadn't been to a laundromat in several years and walked around aimlessly for a minute before an employee (I forgot her name) asked if I needed help. She walked me through the entire process of loading the washer, was very kind and helpful, and went back to tending to her tasks when I figured it out. Washers and dryers of multiple sizes, folding stations routinely sanitized, and the price was a better deal than at my complex. I may end up continuing to go here. read more
